Installed today. Took about 2 hours, not difficult. Found some variation between the videos and the install manual, but it didn't really affect install. Final result, looks amazing on the truck. Looking forward to seeing how it performs.

The shipping and packaging was exceptional.
Installation was good but the web site videos I viewed was nowhere near the type of cover I received. The enclosed installation instructions were excellent. I want to extend my compliments to the illustrator's details to the drawings. Though operating the cover retractation & closing process takes some getting used to involving the sequence of push/pull of driver/passenger side knobs when retracting & closing the cover. None of this is explained in your web site videos.
The only negative is this cover does leak between the sections.

I have had my bed cover for awhile now and am finally writing a review. My initial impression, after a little cussing to get it installed (watch the videos), was this thing looks AWESOME! Now after owning it a few years now, my impression is still this thing is awesome and here is why. So simple my young kids have figured out how to open and close it, this cover looks just as good today as it did when I first installed it, and it has taken a beating and still impresses (hail, gravel roads, sports bags thrown on it while closed, etc). The only area I can downgrade in is durability. I have had a few of the brackets break due to improper use or just plain cold weather (10F and below) and heavy use. However, the customer support and warranty process have been top knotch! Send some information, a quick picture, and they get the parts out to you quickly. I am hard on things so a great customer service and warranty department are a must, and Peragon meets that expectation.

2024 Toyota Tundra
Fantastic cover. Looks great and actually does a reasonable job of keeping the bed dry up here in the Pacific Northwest (better than anticipated). I haven't had it long enough to really rate durability but feels very solid. Installation was a breeze thanks to VERY detailed and easy to follow instructions. I didn't need the supplemental videos (the written instructions with pictures are more than adequate), but having them there as an additional resource completely minimizes the margin for error. Couldn't ask for better. Very happy with the purchase and the product. The ONLY thing I wish they had were bed rails with a T-slot to mount different bed rack options. Perhaps a retrofit kit in the future?? That's the only opportunity to improve an otherwise great product.

I love the cover; the look, the way it folds down and can be taken out of the bed and the quality of the product. Quite a cool invention! The written instructions were not as complete as I would have liked but the videos answered all of the question that the written pages left out.

2023 Ford F-150
I recently bought the platinum bed cover for my new F-150.
I was a little apprehensive about spending so much money for a bed cover, but it was worth it.
Installing it was easy, I was able to do it by myself in about an hour. I did have the call customer service BUT, they were helpful and able to resolve the issue within 24 hours.
The cover expands and contracts with ease, securing what items may be inside. The removal and installation of the cover to get full access of the truck bed is just as easy.
The only negative is having to lower your truck bed, in order to unlock the cover, which is not a deal-breaker.
I love the cover, and not having to worry about things being stolen out of the back of my truck.

The bed cover was delivered to my house in two packages that were very well packed with everything needed for the installation. I was very impressed with the quality of the packaging, instructions and the fact that there was a youtube video for every step of the installation. I watched the videos as I went and took my time putting it together in my garage. It took me a little over 3 hours simply because I took my time and I was working alone.

2016 Nissan Titan
I've had one of these tonneau covers for years now, I like it, nice and sturdy. I had it come apart between panels a couple times pushing down to open it, but it was an easy fix, and probably caused by me pushing to close to one side rather than in the middle causing the pin to come out from the hole in the adjacent panel.
The one knock I have against it is it takes up 1/4 to 1/3 if your truck bed for the opening and closing action. Which is not good for when you want to load your truck up for camping or something like that, you can't fill that part of the bed.

'24 RAM 1500: As a certified perfectionist I expect a lot for my money and have very little tolerance for companies whose products don't live up to the advertised claims. This is not a problem with the Peragon tonneau cover. Is it a bit pricey? Yes, but I'm a strong believer in pay once and be done. I gave a rating of 90 for strength and durability because I've only had the cover for several weeks and can't attest to its long term durability. However, my best guess would be that I won't need to replace it in the foreseeable future. It's very good looking, a far cry from those floppy soft covers. Since install (and 3000 miles) it hasn't moved at all and even high pressure car washes result in a dry bed. I did order and install the tailgate seal from Peragon and woul highly recommend it. I did the install by myself and would recommend getting help from another person as it will be an easier and quicker install. Take your time, read all instructions and watch the videos and you'll be fine.

2020 Honda Ridgeline
Looked like a great idea but turned out to be a very poor choice. Very flimsy, should be a little heavier gauge, and many of the parts pop riveted on pulled out and several hinges sheared. The tracks intrude into the box and very easily bent if anything hits them. The tracks that the bearings follow to accordian the cover are flimsy and in the way inside the box. The seals work very poorly keeping water out of the bed. The Ridgeline box is not very deep and the panels intrude and take too much clearance, and god forbid you hit the bottom side of a panel as it will bend. It is very difficult to release the cover using the flimsy lever. Lastly the nylon strap to tie up the panels for removal is a joke, I mean really, you couldn't come up with a better idea? I solved that problem by cutting a chunk of the strap and put velcro on it. It got recycled!

I have had this cover for 3 years now and love it. Just the other day I had a roller break off probably from years of abuse. I contacted Peragon through the customer support to see if I could get a new one sent out to me so I can fix it myself. They sent me a new roller and instructions for replacement free with no questions asked!! Best customer service I have ever had with any company!!!

2022 Ford F-150
This is my second cover that I have bought from you. Like the first one , this one was easy to install. The only problem I encountered was the latching mechanism. It needed some additional adjustments to the driver's side. After the adjustment, everything is working fine. I appreciate the way it attached to the Ford bed without drilling any holes. Thanks again for a great product.
