2022 Honda Ridgeline
Put it on solo in about three hours, probably 30 minutes of that was second guessing myself on one step. Install videos are very well done and the illustrations in the directions make it a cinch to put together. Have a screwdriver that accepts a socket as well as a ratchet for the job, some of the bolts end up being hard to reach at certain points. The trunk opens about 5-6 inches less with this installed, but still completely usable even with the cover completely closed. No road noise, rattles, anything. Looks great. Makes the bed much more useful.
Deduct one star for shipping. One box in the shipment arrived, then waited another week for the second box to be delivered to the wrong house. Fed Ex performance isn't Peragon's fault, choosing to use them is. If FedEx is reliable at your address order away, if they aren't...be prepared to chase your order down.

2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
What a product!!! Putting the tonneau cover on was honestly too easy. I opened the two boxes, got my phone out, went to the Peragon website and went step by step to assemble/install it to my truck. We had severe rain and flooding here in soflo and I was out with my truck and let me tell you… IT WAS BONE DRY INSIDE THE BED!!! I would give Peragon 6 stars if it was possible!

2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500
Okay, here goes. My old truck had a BAK RollX, which was fine but didn’t operate well after about 3 years and parts failed be put the same time. New truck, and I do mean new, bought it with 11 miles on it, ordered just for me. Started looking at covers and Peragon came straight to the top like cream. I bought the top of the line model and installed it over a couple days with help from my son. Generally it was a simple install but I am somewhat disabled and couldn’t get around well in the truck bed.
A couple complaints/comments, 1) mention that ONLY one side has a spring earlier in the instructions, I spent 10 minutes thinking it was missing and looking through everything and everywhere looking for it, 2) the rods the control the locking mechanism could be about 3” longer and they would be easier to reach but still secure. At 6’3” I have a tough time reaching them when the tailgate is open and my son is about 5” shorter and he has a tougher time. I don’t believe my wife could reach them at all without climbing up on the tailgate!
All that being said, this is a terrific tonneau cover, works well, mechanism seems smooth, and it’s nice and solid. Of course we’ve only been using it about 3 days so time will tell!

2020 Honda Ridgeline
Love the quality of the material and the instructions were pretty easy to follow. My only gripes would be the rubber pieces that protect the ends of the rails not fitting perfectly and at risk of flying away. Maybe having a flush mounted screw that secures the endcaps in place. Also I wish there was a standoff from the truck bed for the component that connects to the locking rods.

Back in 2013, I wanted the security of a bed cover for my pickup. I did my due diligence and researched several companies. For reasons I don't specifically recall, I selected Peragon. AN OUTSTANDING PRODUCT! The quality is without a peer. So when I purchased a new pickup in May 2024, I immediately and, without hesitation, ordered my second Peragon cover. Peragon did not disappoint. The quality and ease of installation met my expectations ... AGAIN! THANKS PERAGON!

2022 Ram 1500
This is exactly what I was needing. It opens and closes great. Haven't had a chance to test it through a carwash yet. What I most like is when driving at higher speeds, it doesn't rattle or whip in the wind. The previous topper was a rollup and would do that.
Definitely worth the investment.

2023 Toyota Tundra
This bed cover is great! I love the fact that the cover doesn't restrict the bed use because you can take the cover off at anytime if need be. The folding is super easy and closes with no issue at all. The installation was a breeze even with a 2 year olds help. I have had it on for a month and I have had no issues with it.

2019 Ford F-350
First of all, thought I was paying for a premium product. I got the best one: Peragon Retractable Tonneau Cover - LimitedHDx Edition for my 2019 F350 6.5' bed. Instruction manual did not match product. Then I was directed to a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mmi_FnaWrQY. Had to watch video while installing because many confusing things and manual did not match product. I would prefer a manual, but I think the install is so complex, it is hard to write instructions for it. I bought it in Sept. 2023, and barely used it during the winter in terms of opening/closing (mainly a plow truck in winter). Then this spring, started to use it more, and the small rollers often get bound up due to the flimsy front ramps. Often have to go into truck bed to move it around to catch ramps. Then today I had the rear roller come off and was a pain to put back, causing separation of the panels. That problem pointed here: https://support.peragon.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047619313-My-Panels-Have-Separated, but I managed to push it back onto the pins on side without disassembling like that article says. Support keeps saying installation problems, and that's the point I guess? It seems impossible to get it installed perfectly and working well. Several times at lumber yard I had to fuss with it. If I was still within the return period, I would return it. Even though it's probably only been opened/closed maybe 20 times total, at least 5-6 times I have had to fool around and even trying to re-adjust it. Not worth the constant fussing for the cost of this thing.
The review asked why low rating and redirected to support. But I've contacted support several times and same problems. I don't like to give negative reviews, but this thing has me pretty ticked-off.

This is the best compromise between the many types of truck bed cover. First the design is super solid and quiet with really high quality fasteners. The design is ergonomic and folds together at the base of the cab and really doesn’t take that much space. It’s also fully removable within one click and a lift. The newer ones allow to be partially open and when fully closed the locking mechanism is under the bed and protected when the tailgate is closed. Truly ingenious and simple / reliable design with only a few downsides. One being it’s more water resistant than it is waterproof but not many on the market are. The last being a little pricy but in this case it’s a good thing… American made, High grade aluminum and stainless, customer service & the instruction manual is GOLD, I have never seen instruction manuals with your exact vehicle, yes each one has an exact vehicle specific instruction manual with videos as well. Peragon wins in the support category hands down.

Very nice bed cover. I did a lot of research and went with the Peragon cover because of the reviews, it being light weight, the ability to lock in different positions, lockable, the ability to take it out quickly if needed, and a US company! So far no issues. I've had a lot of positive comments about it. Looks great! Putting it together took just over an hour. The videos made the installation easier. Happy with this purchase. Highly recommend.

Love this cover it is exactly what I was expecting. Did not rate everything 100 because the installation an be frustrating. The instructions in the book and not as nice as watching videos due to it being 2d and the video gives you a better all around view. Just take your time read/watch and it won’t take more than an hour to install. Ease of use is not 100 because if you don’t push in on the spring loaded lock rod(the ole I have uses moveable locks rods) when closing and hold the strap tight when you pull it back, that side does not lock properly. Still love it and would buy again for my truck.

The Peragon bed covers DO NOT keep water out of the bed. Not even slightly. Pushing the panel down to open the cover has about a 30% chance of knocking the panels out of line, requiring you to take the whole thing off and reinstall. They have a video on how to do it because it happens so often. The track to hold the cover takes up about 1/3 of the bed length, and drops into the bed. This means that you cannot use the front 2 feet of the bed and the cover at the same time. The marketing looks great, it fails in actual use. They have a generous return policy but only if you send it back in the original packaging, so you need to have space to store a couple 6 foot boxes for 3 months.
