Great product and outstanding customer service. I had a minor issue with a seal strip on my cover which rubbed a hole in the seal. Probably my fault from installing it but customer service was happy to replace it for free. I’d definitely buy from them again!

Well We installed it in about 2 hrs. It looks great the only thing I don't like is after I unlock it I have to push down in that area for it to fold up and maybe the more I use it the weaker the spring will get there to where it works faster let me know if there's something I need to do to make that process easier.

Excellent, high quality product that is best of all, made in America! Very easy to use and looks great when installed. Installation was fairly straight forward, but the use of the high quality installation videos supplied on Peragon's website made it a breeze. Adjustments are easy to complete if needed, and the ability to remove the bed cover if you need the entire truck bed really set this apart from the competitors. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this product to anyone looking for a high quality, made in America bed cover.

After searching many of the tonneau covers on the market, the Peragon Ultimate quickly rose to the top of the heap. I really liked it's innovative style and opening and closing of this flush mount design. I watched the very informative installation videos multiple times to ensure good first hand knowledge when it was time for installation. This helped in only taking 1.5hrs to install using the manual and videos for refresher. The only issue I ran into was during installation of the top, when first pulling back on the cover strap I tore a small hole in the tailgate seal. I quickly got ahold of customer support and they acknowledged this has been an issue for some during installation and were trying to find a remedy to keep this from happening in the future. They sent out a new warrantied seal pronto. Only having this cover on for few weeks now and love the looks, quality of materials and ease of operation. Great Job Peragon!!!

We still haven't installed our bed cover completely, however, the customer service is just excellent!
Very responsive, very professional and above all very commercial.
I have rarely seen such competent service !
We cannot give our opinion on the quality of the product, although the materials seem to be of excellent quality. On the other hand, we are certain that we made the right choice in choosing Peragon as regards the customer service who were able to help us when we encountered delivery problems, following errors by Fedex.

This is the second cover I have purchased. My first purchase was over 15 years ago. The quality and ease of use is unmatched. I checked around for this purchase and no one could match the quality of this cover. It looks really nice with the truck. It is very sturdy. Replacing my first cover was due to my own fault, nothing to due with the cover. If this new cover lasts anywhere near what the original cover did, it will be money well spent.

I'll make this review short and to the point. All the other 5 star reviews are exactly correct.
The one thing I was concerned about was the ability to continue to use the bed extender. Not a problem at all.
I like a clean look so sorry Peragon I removed the stickers. They came off super easy, no goo gone needed.
Despite not advertising with the stickers, I will recommend this cover to everyone.

I looked long & hard for several weeks comparing tonneau covers before settling on Peragon's Limited HDx for my new truck. The main features I was looking for; security, removable, durability, flexible configuration, water resistant & USA made.
The installation instructions, associated hardware packaging, were top-notch. As you progress through the installation, each phase comes with a Q-code that pulls up a video further explaining the install. One note, even on a new truck (don't assume the bed rails are square) make sure you don't tighten down the side clamps before you open the cover all the way to double check roller fit and clearances.
I have had it now for a few weeks, no vibrations at highway speeds, overall operation has been flawless. I have a bed carpet product and I have noticed some rain infiltration on it at the front and along some of the joints. (I do not have the tail gate sealer installed.) I guess I was hoping the joints would be more water resistant. Currently, I just open it up to allow for drying.
Customer support was spot-on and very fast to respond when I had an issue. Overall a very solid product and company to deal with.

So impressed with this cover. Everything from the quality to ease of installation gives the finished product a sleek look that's very functional. Paragon provides so much in the way of installation (ie: detailed install manual and on-line videos) that its hard to mess up.

I liked the concept of product. Atter received i was a little skeptical of the bolt on plastic ramps. Insructions and install was clear and easy about 45 mins. On truck now for a couple months. Product is as advertised. Great quality. Easy to operate. Looks good and im satisfied with product. A little expensive but what isnt these days. I would highly recommend.

I love this cover! It looks beautiful and much more expensive than it really cost. I had a problem with the seal in between the cover panels, contacted customer support and they sent me a replacement immediately with no hassle. Customer service is exceptional, product is well made and looks beautiful.

Some of the instructions are not very clear and collid with each other and not super easy to understand. Installed it before I went on 600 mile trip and did great. The only thing I'm not impressed with is that I can't put stuff all the up to front of the bed cuz the cover won't go up then since it hangs so low.
