2024 Honda Ridgeline
I could not be more impressed with the installation videos and step by step instructions. What a fantastic forward thinking crew of engineers & QA team! My only suggestion, and this is not a criticism, is to show us close up pictures of the final product ahead of time. Working it upside down makes complete sense when it is finished, but along the way it can be a bit confusing for a simple mind. Fantastic job of construction and instructions regardless! Thank you!

2024 GMC Sierra 1500
So far I really like the bed cover. I would like to get a new rubber gasket where the tailgate seals because mine has a small tear.

Customer support was not needed for the installation however access seem to be very available.
The cover has been installed for less than 2 months. The durability cannot be evaluated yet. However there is a concern regarding the Ridgelines trunk lid impinging on the rails that hold the cover. This keeps the trunk lid from opening completely and could be a problem for the lid or the cover in the future. The attached photos show the overall installation as well as the pinch points of the trunk lid to the rails.

Love it works great looks great. Only had a couple weeks though. I’ll check back in in a few months but so far very happy. It’s actually much better than my retract Cover

Very great product easy to install and use, looks very good on my truck. Love it being all metal and lockable, seems to be very water tight. Definetley have and wiil continue to recomend Peragon to everyone.

I checked alot of options and glad a chose Paragon. Easy to order, quick to arrive. Took less than 2 hours to install. Easy to follow instructions. Well built and looks great on my new truck. Bonus is my milk crates for jumper cables, tow straps, etc. fit with cover retracted.

Installation was flawless, aided by excellent written instructions and helpful videos. Though not inexpensive, the form, fit and function are all exceptional, and well worth the cost. I would highly recommend Peragon bed covers to friends and family.

Fits great. I really like that it uses the factory Toyota bed rail system. Made it easy to install. Folds/slides smoothly and is super easy to remove and reinstall. Works just like advertised.
It does leak a little at the rails but I expected that in a heavy rain and that doesn't change how it works.

Awesome bed cover. Very strong, durable material. Was almost 100% water proof during the recent 10"+ of rain from a tropical storm. (Just a few drops through one of the accordion seams.) The installation wasn't hard but it took a while. I appreciated the video links included with the print instructions for each step.
One "nice to have" improvement would be if it could lock into place when fully retracted. (When hauling something taller than the cover.) Right now, have to wrap the leash around the bundle to keep it from moving around while driving.

So because the ease of installation and usage has and is making very happy..! Therefore... I have not had to call customer support, but I will assume that they would be responsive being that the whole transaction has been very smooth and without issues. Very impressed how well it fits. Looks great. Installed just prior to a trip to Colorado, kept all our gear secured. Even got better fuel mileage on the highway. Didn't hear much noise, even while on really rough dirt roads. There was some water in the bed from a hard rain. Kept most of the dust and dirt out of the bed of the truck. Instructions and the videos were great. Thanks.

I've owned several different bed covers from trifold to tonneau covers and this by far is the easiest to work with. Plus having the locking feature, I'm please with how secure it is. Thank you for making a great product.

Installation will take 2-3 hours by yourself. Make sure to have wrenches also, not just a socket wrench, as there are spots that a socket wrench will not fit. Foam on the very edges of the tailgate ever will tear almost immediately, not sure if that's normal or not.
Cover is pretty good at keeping water out, worst spot is the tailgate as expected. No rattles. First couple times closing/opening it is harder than expected.
If using the manuals + videos, note that the manuals typically start with the driver side, and the videos always start with the passenger side
