Installation will take 2-3 hours by yourself. Make sure to have wrenches also, not just a socket wrench, as there are spots that a socket wrench will not fit. Foam on the very edges of the tailgate ever will tear almost immediately, not sure if that's normal or not.
Cover is pretty good at keeping water out, worst spot is the tailgate as expected. No rattles. First couple times closing/opening it is harder than expected.
If using the manuals + videos, note that the manuals typically start with the driver side, and the videos always start with the passenger side

I have been very happy with my purchase. The installation was relatively straight forward. The only confusion there was between the video instructions, you sent me links too, that were a universal kit and the kit I got that was very specific to my truck. I do think the kit I got is better for my truck and I'm very satisficed with it.

Put the top on about a Month ago , The instructions were spot on and there videos were spot on. It took me about a day to instal and adjust but when I was finished it worked like a glove. Love the top and love the security.

I've had this for a couple of weeks. I installed myself. Fairly easy. Being inclined I still had to pause and play video step by step because I had never installed a bed cover. I was impressed how clear the video instructions were. After reading review on other brands, I thought this is probably one of those times that "you get what you pay for" comes into play. The construction is solid and collapses fine. Locks great so I certainly feel secure. No leaks. I am confident the quality should last for a long time. I have already told myself, my wife and friends, several times, how happy I am with the purchase.

Great product and outstanding customer service. I had a minor issue with a seal strip on my cover which rubbed a hole in the seal. Probably my fault from installing it but customer service was happy to replace it for free. I’d definitely buy from them again!

Well We installed it in about 2 hrs. It looks great the only thing I don't like is after I unlock it I have to push down in that area for it to fold up and maybe the more I use it the weaker the spring will get there to where it works faster let me know if there's something I need to do to make that process easier.

Excellent, high quality product that is best of all, made in America! Very easy to use and looks great when installed. Installation was fairly straight forward, but the use of the high quality installation videos supplied on Peragon's website made it a breeze. Adjustments are easy to complete if needed, and the ability to remove the bed cover if you need the entire truck bed really set this apart from the competitors. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this product to anyone looking for a high quality, made in America bed cover.

After searching many of the tonneau covers on the market, the Peragon Ultimate quickly rose to the top of the heap. I really liked it's innovative style and opening and closing of this flush mount design. I watched the very informative installation videos multiple times to ensure good first hand knowledge when it was time for installation. This helped in only taking 1.5hrs to install using the manual and videos for refresher. The only issue I ran into was during installation of the top, when first pulling back on the cover strap I tore a small hole in the tailgate seal. I quickly got ahold of customer support and they acknowledged this has been an issue for some during installation and were trying to find a remedy to keep this from happening in the future. They sent out a new warrantied seal pronto. Only having this cover on for few weeks now and love the looks, quality of materials and ease of operation. Great Job Peragon!!!
