Man these guys are awesome. Their customer service is fantastic. I had a bracket come loose due to improper fitment with the rails. I had it too tight causing the panels to separate. I called Peragon and they sent me step by step instructions on how to put the cover section back together as well as sending me brand new brackets and hardware because the rivets that held it in place popped out. I recommend this Peragon cover to anyone. You will not be disappointed

It's a great look on my white Ram. Installation videos were an excellent resource. My only "disappointment" is the amount of water intrusion. I understand that they're not waterPROOF but resistant. However, customer service has been responding and giving me some suggestions to help reduce the amount of water I'm getting. Awesome customer service!

Great customer service! Cover arrived with small dent and a new one was sent without hassle. Cool cover with unique features. I have the MFT on my RAM with the cargo management system, it makes install a bit challenging and it can't be sealed up from water intrusion, still a great cover for my use.

The support bar second from the cab came bent, I installed it and was hoping it would straighten out but it didn't. So this causes a leak when washed or rain.
The cover was easy to install with the help of your Videos and Paper instructions. It's a great looking cover with the exception of the bent rail, which is very visible to me.

After receiving my cover multiple pieces came in bent and broken, obviously it was a fedex issue from the state of the boxes. I reached out to peragon, and sent them pictures of what fedex had done. They immediately got another cover shipped out to me very quickly! The customer service was amazing! And I absolutely love the cover. It's ease of use and doesn't take up bed space is a major plus. It easily covers my fifth wheel hitch to keep it out of the elements, and slides right over top of it to open and close with no issues! Everything I expected and more!
