2019 Ford F-150
First off this bed cover is amazing. My previous truck had a one piece hard cover and the peragon is already proving to be much more functional and secure. I have the Limited HDx model and the cover is completely secure as soon as I lock the tailgate and there are no other keys to deal with. I love that I can open the tailgate without needing to lift my cover...this is great when others are putting items in the bed (like groceries) and before I never locked my hard cover because of the hassle.
I thought the installation written instructions were a little vague so I switched to just following video instructions which were better for me. The only things I would add are that I needed to cycle the push rod detent a couple times because it was very tight. Also on my original installation I didn't quite have the lifter guide aligned with the cutout in rail which kept cover from operating smoothly but after seeing the issue it was a pretty easy fix.
I was a little hesitant to buy the top end model because of the cost but I am very glad that I did.

Just installed the dual-lock bed cover on my 2018 Colorado Z71. I am very happy with all aspects of this product and your Company. Well packaged products, in-depth installation videos and hardcopy instructions, and the overall quality of the product made my installation easy. As a 74-year-old Navy Veteran, I don't get around as well as I used to, but with the help of a young friend, we got the install done in about four hours. The black cover complements the Cajun Red and black trim on my Z71. Thank you for producing a quality product made in America and for being a faith-based Company. I will definitely show my buddies at my VFW Post how your product looks and its quality. Thanks again.

Easy install with minimal help with videos. Videos were nice to go to when stuck. Very durable and water tight. Only downside I’ve seen so far is if there is any moisture or snow on top of cover when opening it your bed or cargo is getting snow or moisture on it

GMC
I purchased the limited HD tonneau cover as a birthday gift. It shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. I started the install one night after work. About 2 hours in I realized that I just don't have the time to get this done in a timely manner and it was below 25 degrees here in Colorado. I chose to take it to a gmc dealership and had it installed for 400$.
It looks fantastic, works properly and I am happy with the purchase.
I had 2 minor issues. The first was the bed seal kit was not shipped and the second was one of the rail caps did not fit correctly and was at risk of falling off. Both issues were promptly taken care of by peragon with no questions asked. Customer service goes a long ways in my eyes and they definitely are on point.
Overall I give the tonneau cover and peragon customer service 5 stars. Installation was on the difficult side but I also am no mechanic and did not have the luxury of a heated garage to work in. If it were warmer I probably would have stuck it out and got it done in a few nights after work.

2024 GMC Sierra 1500
I spent a week researching options Tonneau cover options for my 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate. I wanted something that would be low profile, attractive, and easily removable. I purchased the Limited HDx with the XRP Rugged Matte Finish, and am extremely satisfied with my decision. It looks amazing, to the extent a co-worker asked me about it, referred him to Paragon, and he purchased one for his Trail Boss. About 6 weeks after I purchased, I noticed a nick in one of the panel seals. Without a doubt something I did myself. I contacted support on my mobile device via chat, asking to purchase a replacement seal, and no questions asked Paragon informed me I have a 5-year warranty, and sent me an entire replacement of the panel group, and instructed me to keep the damaged panel group. Wow, I am just blown away by this level of customer service. It is increasingly rare to have this experience. If you are considering a Paragon Tonneau cover, pull the tigger, you won't regret it.

This cover is absolutely the best truck bed cover I have ever purchased! This was my fourth one to date. Easy to install instructions as long as you follow them step by step and don’t try to get ahead of your self! Quality product , very happy and impressed with the end result. I did have make modifications to the factory installed bed liner. But other than that great product !
