2024 Toyota Tundra
Customer service was great, sent a replacement for the bed cover that leaked. It still does leak in some, in the corners though. Very easy to use as well.

2019 Nissan Titan
I did not score Customer Support only because I did not need to use it. The installation was fairly easy, but definitely read the instruction carefully and use the videos on Youtube.
The bed cover is exactly as advertised.

LOVE IT!!! Promptly received my LimitedHDx Edition cover and it arrived nicely protected and packaged. A couple days later, I finally was able to install it. I wasn't sure how long it would take so I dedicated the better part of my Saturday to the process. The instructions were very simple to follow and quite thorough. I loved that they provide QR codes to YouTube videos. This made the installation so much faster. The entire install ended up only taking about 1.5 hours and the next time I do it, should only take about 45 minutes since I am a pro now. The only complaint I have is that because I finished so quickly, and had planned my Saturday around this, my wife was more than happy to fill in the remaining time with her honey do list!!!!

Quality retractable tonneau cover. Much more secure than roll up options and it can be used partially open too. I wish it sealed a bit tighter to protect from rain but is a bit the case with any retractable tonneau.

The instructions were simple to follow. The videos were a helpful addition. I had to contact customer service with a question and they were more than helpful and accommodating. The cover was a perfect fit with simple operation. The cover is secure and I feel safe leaving things inside. The locking mechanism is superb. I highly recommend this cover!!

2017 Toyota Tacoma
I did a lot of research before deciding on the Peragon for my bed cover. I wanted the hard cover, ability to use the entire bed, no vision blockage, and easy to remove. The Peragon fits all of these excellently! The videos AND paper instructions were invaluable (who sends paper instructions these days??!!). Very mild criticism was the removal on my particular model is a little different than the videos or instructions show. There's a "gate" in the ramp that must be opened to remove the cover, and you must slide each panel over the wheel well before collapsing the whole thing to remove. Understandable that there can't be a video for every single model truck it's made for. Still, very easy to remove/reinstall once I figured that out. Looking forward to years of use! Thanks for a great product.

2024 GMC Sierra 2500 HD AT4
This cover truly is next-level. The engineering behind the Tectonic to be able to fold, slide on rails and take completely on or off in seconds is beyond anything I’ve experienced. I’ve used almost every cover out there—camper shells included, and this cover is exactly what’s been needed in this space. It’s the most versatile cover I’ve used, hands down. I’m constantly switching up how I use my truck, and this cover handles it all.
It’s rugged, secure, and opens and closes with ease and even removes completely within less than a minute— reinstalling is the same ease. I’ve driven hours on gravel (paired with the tailgate seal), days through nasty weather and the bed is pristine. I love how it doesn’t get in the way when I need full access to the bed, and it holds up to the demands of a real work environment. Side note but worthy note— it looks bada$$ too.

2020 Toyota Tacoma
Excellent addition to my Tacoma. Open and closing is a breeze after the break-in period which very tough in the beginning. Full removal is a bit painful since the wheel-wells get in the way of a fully open configuration, have to expand slightly to clear the wheel-wells. Contents stay dry, I do want to install the gasket around the tailgate to help keep the dust accumulation down and need to replace one side rail gasket and the tailgate foam gasket as they tore a bit during the break-in period.
