Its a great product, very durable...
However a couple things that could would make it better. I use my bed with it uncovered from time to time and I've noticed a lot of wear on the top of the panels would I've got it closed. Also the rope in the center can be a pain, it would be nice if there was a way to pull it from the side without it shifting sideways.

I just got the new Peragon Limited HDX cover installed on my 2025 Chevrolet 2500 and it looks excellent. Not only that it has a new latching system that I really like instead of the gas struts and it works really well. The new fine texture powder coat looks great with the plastics rather than the high gloss black like on my last Peragon cover. Also, I really like that you can fully remove the cover quickly if more space in the bed is needed. This is a great cover! Thanks Peragon

2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
I installed my "Limited HDX" cover two days ago by myself and it took about 6hrs; it did take me a bit to get going since I was overwhelmed at first on what to do first but once I got going it went fairly smooth.... Now that I've done it once, it would only take me about 2-3hrs since the process was fairly straightforward. The step that took me the longest was Bracket Mounting since my driveway was VERY off center (about 6-8 degrees) so I had to use my iPhone "Measure" App. I used a combination of the Installation Manual and Installation Videos to make the process easier. Each page of the manual has a QR Code to an updated video of the same installation step which was much appreciated since I am a visual learner. I did make a few mistakes during the installation process which added A LOT more time onto install which I'll list below to help future customers.....
1) When mounting the 'Rail Crosspiece' be sure to set the rubber weather seal on top of your bed crosspiece; I had to fix this the next day after calling customer service to clarify since I manipulated the weather seal to go inside my truck bed which was incorrect.
2) Once you've installed the 'Spring Clip' onto the Rail Crosspiece and aligned it properly, be sure to tighten the piece so it does not move. I didn't tighten the bolts enough so when I tried to install the Panels they would not clip since the Spring Clip slid upward not allowing the pin to latch.
3) When the time comes to check if the rails are aligned and PARALLEL do not neglect this step.... I watched the video on this step but didn't fully understand what they were talking about until a few hours later. After I had everything installed and working properly I noticed that the gap between my truck side panels and the 'T Rails' where the bolts feed through was off by about almost an inch so I had to re-loosen all the bracket bolts which held the Side Rails in place so I could make the adjustments so everything was parallel. This just added more time onto my install.
4) An extra set of hands is very helpful when you are installing the 'Adjustment Bracket' where you are making sure the rollers are fully making contact with the ramp. These adjustments took much longer than they were supposed to since I was trying to hold the ramp at the correct angle while ensuring the adjustment bracket was making contact with the bed and at the same time trying to tighten the Adjustment Bracket Bolt.
5) Once you finish installing your panels and have made your final adjustments, be sure to tighten the 'Static Ramp'... When I originally installed everything and was testing the cover operation I was having a ton of issues with the panels getting stuck or the panels falling off the rails since I didn't read the instructions and kind of went rogue. It took me at least an hour to realize that the ramp is called Static for a reason meaning it is not supposed to move once installed. Once I realized this and tightened the bolts it operated perfectly with no issues.
6) The final mistake I made was tightening all the bolts on the side rails which was part of the problem in mistake #3. To clarify, the final step in the installation video is tightening all of the bracket bolts that connect to the siderails starting with the brackets closest to the tailgate and progressing the the middle bracket and them the bracket closest to the cab. I must've overlooked this when watching the videos when I went rogue and it just added more unnecessary time.
***All of these mistakes cause me to constantly go backwards in previous installation steps and undo things which added a more time onto the install. I didn't have to take anything apart since it was mainly related to tightening or loosening bolts. The benefit to this however is I am now very familiar with how everything works since I did a few steps 2 or 3 times and did some problem solving when I couldn't quite figure out what was wrong (primarily related to mistake #5).
FINAL THOUGHTS ON THE COVER...... Mistakes aside, I am VERY happy with how the cover turned out. The cover looks amazing and really completes the look of the truck. Opening and Closing the cover is incredibly easy. The only thing I am still trying to master is the process for removing & re-installing the cover since it's taking me much longer than it should so I just need to practice. Once I have that process dialed in I could easily remove/install the cover within 30sec.
For the "Limited HDX" cover in particular which has keyless locking features, there are a two operation things to note in regards to locking/unlocking the cover.
UNLOCK MECHANISM: When you go to unlock the cover you would use first unlock the Passenger Side Rod by pushing it forward which releases the spring followed by pushing forward the Drivers Side Rod. Once this is done it will allow you to push the panels together.
LOCK MECHANISM: (opposite of Unlocking Mechanism) As you're pulling the cover towards the tailgate you will hear a click. You will then be able to lock the cover in place by first pulling the Drivers Side Rod which will lift the final folded panel followed by pulling the Passenger Side Rod which lifts the other side of the folded panel locking everything into place.
There are still a few things I need to tweak with my cover like adding some weather stripping to a couple open gaps on the Rail Crosspiece. This is something I've spoken with Peragon about and they are aware of. They are in the process of sending me some weather stripping pieces along with instructions so I haven't been able to test the water resistance capabilities yet. There Peragon Team has been very helpful with answering questions and troubleshooting.

Very easy to order online. Shipping was fast. Product packaged very well. Came in two packages. Written Instructions for installation is very informative. if you don’t like to read there are many install videos you can view that are specific to your truck. Make sure you read the written instructions to confirm what was shown on the video. I only say that because I made a mistake In Installing the spring to release cover off the rails. I realized the mistake when I thought I was almost done to only have to undo a whole side to fix my mistake. (The video doesn’t show you a close up of the spring orientation when you install it but the written instructions does show you this). Im not an installation professional but I installed the cover by myself and it took a little over 3 hours for me(with the mistake). Make sure you keep track of all the nuts, bolts and washers that you don’t drop and lose any of these items since there are no extras
Overall: I love how the cover looks on my truck, the ease of use, and the cover is made with quality in mind. I am very pleased with bed cover
