Haven't had it long, but it seems to be made very sturdy. Very easy to put on my truck and I did it by myself! Had two days a of heavy rains so I went to see if it leaked anywhere...NO leaks! The only thing I found is that my automatic tailgate doesn't like it. Oh well, I still think I will be very satisfied with this purchase.

The unpacking and installation video were very helpful. The wheel adjustment video showed a different assembly than was on my cover. I figured it out but it took a few minutes. I called customer support but you are not open on the weekends. I suspect many of your customers don’t have time to install the cover during the work week so weekend customer support would have been nice. There is a slight tear in the rubber along the side. It doesn’t impact the performance, just annoying for a $2500 cover. FedEx destroyed the top cover of the box. No damage to the product. I was worried that the rails might have been warped but they went on without a problem.

These products are GREAT. I originally owned the folding cover on my F150 it worked flawlessly and looked great, I got a lot of compliments. It was not waterproof enough for me. So this time I went with the Tectonic cover on my new F250. First the INSTALLATION was super easy and me and my son(mostly my son) installed it in 45 minutes. As far as the the OPERATION, is amazing and is super smooth. Now for the reason I went with this cover WATERPROOF, I have had this on the truck for 3 week through rain, snow and the carwash. It is completely dry, not a drop. Now for the CUSTOMER SERVICE, I ordered it and it took 2 weeks to get to my house and low and behold a forklift went thru the box and damaged the cover. I called Peragon customer service and got the nicest lady. Even though I was upset(not their fault)she calmed me down and said they would get back with me in the morning. Friday morning I had an email apologizing and said they were shipping out a new cover and would be there Monday. It showed up Monday just like they said. I know they are expensive but well worth the investment!

Super easy to install. Quality and packaging is top notch. Just wish that the cover extended back a bit further to cover more of the tailgate lip on my F250. Also, and this isn't really a reasonable expectation, but I wish it didn't cover the stake holes so they I could still utilize those. Otherwise seems to be a really high quality piece that's a simple installation with good instructions.

Best waterproof cover I’ve owned, install was simple (30 minutes). Their customer service is top shelf, fed ex handled shipment rough and cut a seal not a problem, sent an email and immediately got a response. New seal was sent out immediately. I highly recommend Peragon.

Having had an earlier model from Peragon, I was familiar with their quality and service. They certainly didn’t disappoint with this model. Haven’t had much rain here to test its waterproofness so I drove through the car wash and the bed was dry as a bone. I can’t recommend this cover enough.

When they say easy to install they are not lying. I am a 69 year old widow. I kept my husband’s truck when he passed and am trying to make him proud. I was able to put this together and on my truck in less than a day. I have two knee replacements so I cannot get on my knees therefore it took me a bit longer. It looks wonderful and I am so thankful I chose your company!

Ordering was simple. Instructions were complete and very easy to understand with written instructions and video instructions for each and every step of installation. It took me a couple of hours to do the install but I took my time and was able to complete it by myself. The only thing that I had a problem with was the rear foam did not touch the tailgate and leaked water a lot. I loosened the bolts tying the side panels on and slide the whole top to the tailgate. The spacers during installation didn't allow the foam to overlap the tailgate. So after sliding it all the way back so each side touched the closed tailgate, this allowed the foam to cover the top edge of the tailgate. If the panels were about 1/4 inch longer, this would not have been an issue. Overall I am completely satisfied with the cover.

Installation is more difficult than other products I've purchased in the past. Videos helped but in several cases sped past pertinent information. Customer service was helpful.
