2023 Ford F-350
The installation took a little time but it's pretty straight forward if you follow the directions. It works great. I love that it covers my RV fifth wheel hitch and then stows away. Being able to remove it all together is a bonus. They are not 100% waterproof but do a pretty good job. I did have a small issue with the panels about 4 months in. It was simply cosmetic but they replaced them quickly and easily for me. They can be trusted to take care of you. Great customer service.

It was a bit of a challenge to install, especially solo. I was missing a few small bolts and nuts, I contacted customer service and they were excellent! Once installed, I am very happy with the cover, it’s super solid and a bit tricky to use/open when new.

I love this cover. And I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a sleek durable tonneau cover for their truck. However, there are a couple small inconveniences that this design creates that are worth discussing. First, when fully collapsed the cover definitely eats up more total bed space than you might otherwise imagine. Easily 12-15 inches. Nothing can really be done about this but it’s worth noting. The second design feature that is a little irritating is the location of the locking Mechanisms. Aligned alongside the bed rails, these push/pull rods/handles virtually eliminate the ability to use the bed rails in the space closest to the tailgate (where I wanted to add something). If I was designing this I would find a way to trigger the open close without blocking the bed rails. Finally, the strap you use to pull the cover closed is something you’ll find sometimes falls into the bed and retrieving it may require climbing into the bed. If I was designing this I would add a magnetic “buckle”-like end piece to the strap so it can be more easily retrieved with any long metal rod (like my torque wrench) or so it stays put if you don’t have a bed liner and the magnet simply attaches to the metal of the bed. But seriously none of these should be a deterrent to your purchase of this cover. I love mine and I think you will love yours too.

Love my cover when completely open, it only takes up about 8 inch my previous cover completely opened take up nearly 2 feet. The paragon cover is water tight also. I had 1 issue with a rail seal that curled and came loose, I emailed and sent a Pic and with in tge hour I had a response, and a new seal was sent no questions, when I received tge seal they sent 2 fir both side. If your looking for a good cover this is it. I also tow a 5th wheel have plenty of clearance fir the hitch and when I'm at the camp ground I can close the cover, with no problem it dies not interfere with hitch. Again great cover thanks

Arrived on time easy to install and operated as anticipated…… the real value here is in the customer service after installation. I had an issue within the first 60 days where the panels rubbed together creating scratches in the finish. Customer service reviewed photos of the damage, provided feedback, shipped me a new cover and I kept the old one, no questions asked…… super easy and within 24 hrs of claim

I found this to be a decent product. I had a little trouble putting it together and installing it, but, that’s typical for me. I do think it was fairly simple. Anyway, it looks nice and seems to operate well. I’m not sure about rain resistance, but I will find out.

This is by far the best bed cover on the market. I love the fact that it’s multifunctional, rugged, can withstand the elements of rain without leaking. The YouTube video on unpacking and instructions for assembly are superb. It looks great on my 2025 GMC Denali and my family and friends love the look.

I shopped around for the best cover and kept coming back to Peragon and very glad I chose them.
It fit my need the best for my 3500 Serria with a fifth wheel hitch in the bed.
Installation video was very helpful along with step by step instruction manual which made it easy.
My wife said it looked so good on the truck that it could have come from the factory already installed.
I highly recommend this all American made truck bed cover.

Shocks very stiff, need two people to open right now. Needs to be locked when going threw automatic car wash with air dryer or will come open. Overall very well built, and love it.

I got the Limited HDX Rectractable Tonneau cover for my 2021 RAM 2500 and couldn't be happier. The cover was easy to install and operate. The cover is water-tight; I have taken my truck through the carwash several times and had zero water get into my bed. And last but most importantly, it looks great on the truck!

I did not use customer support. The directions were hard to follow and missed some steps.I used the video to install. Took a little longer but I understood and was able to follow. The only thing I do not like is the amount of space I cannot use in the back of the bed do to how the cover folds down you lose alot of space.
