Install took a little longer than I expected, but nothing crazy—just plan for some extra time to get everything dialed in right. Once it was on though… absolutely worth it.
The cover looks like a million bucks and fits exactly how I was hoping. Super clean, low-profile, and really elevates the look of the truck. You can tell it’s well-designed and built with quality in mind.
Overall, really happy with it. If you’re on the fence, just know the install might take a bit—but the end result delivers big time.

Installed the bed cover yesterday. The instructions, along with the videos were very good. This is my second Peragon cover and I was pleased with the first. Looking forward to the Limited HD model. I like the lock bars under the cover rather than the key lock on the surface.

Everything I was looking for in a tonneau cover but installation was a bit tricky, make sure to view the videos carefully to avoid retracing your steps. Now that's it's complete wouldn't want any other but Peragon!

Easy to install with available video tutorials. Addition of model specific anecdotes were perfect for my application. My orginal skepticism regarding quality and durability of the material has yet to become an issue. The only complaint I have functionally is managing the storage of the tether strap and the excess loose material simply stuffed out of the way when operating the tailgate. Additionally, the unlock/lock releases may be difficult for shorter operators to manage without trouble or any type of suspension lift is involved. Overall this has been a great purchase and I am very satisfied.

2019 Ram 1500
Customer support was phenomenal! The product was damaged by the carrier, and Peragon replaced the product for free, quickly, without any questions. Typically, you have to go after the carrier since it was their fault for damaging the product in transit. But no, Peragon did not play that game and made sure we got a new product effortlessly.
As for installation, their installation videos were very thorough and complete, leaving no question unanswered on a variety of issues that could go wrong.

Will not work with a 5th wheel. It sticks inward to far and when making a sharp turn it hits the rails. Waste of money and time getting it.

Great quality truck bed cover. The Paragon cover feels very solid, looks great on the truck, and was easy to install. It opens and closes smoothly and keeps the bed well protected from weather. I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

It arrived in very good shape, all of the parts were there and packaged separately which made the install easier. Between the manual and available videos I had it installed in about 4 hours by myself. I have driven and left it parked in the rain with a very little leakage and that was without the tailgate seal installed. Haven't had it long enough for durability but seems to be very well built. Paragon has sent follow up texts and offered help with any problems of which I've had none. Time will tell.

Great durability and accessibility. I have full access to the front or back of my bed when needed. I originally purchased another cover from Paragon. I needed full bed space and the recommend the Paragon Tectonic. Glad I made the change and great customer service so far.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with the Peragon bed cover. The product quality is excellent; it feels solid, secure, and well-built once installed. I’m very satisfied with the final result.
The installation process was manageable, but it did take a bit longer when done by one person.
One area where I would appreciate additional support is with the mounting and removal system. I would like to confirm whether I installed the cover correctly, as removing and reinstalling it is not as easy in practice as it appears in the videos and advertisements. Some guidance, troubleshooting, or confirmation from your team would be very helpful.

Bending the mounting brackets to the recommended 1 degree was near impossible. It seems to work without that level of accuracy.

2019 GMC Sierra 2500
Nice bed cover, we like it! We pull a Fifth Wheel RV and I didn't want a flip up cover blocking the the view through the back window nor a roll up cover as they do not seal along the bed rails over time. This cover works well with the B & W fifth wheel hitch in the vehicle. We can secure items in the bed while not hooked up yet the cover accordion folds forward against the front of the bed when towing or hauling items.
I didn't expect to loose the 1.5" of bed width on each side due to the rail installation and I wouldn't want to put anything on top of the bed cover since the panels are very thin. Water "resistant" as expected.
