2024 Ford F-150 Lightning
This is my third Paragon bed cover. So far, I'm beyond impressed with the build quality and ease of installation—20 minutes from unboxing to fully installed. The ability to slide the cover forward or back increases the options you have for loading and securing your bed cargo. Thanks for continuing to make a quality, made-in-America product.

2025 GMC Sierra 1500
Have had several different premium bed-covers over the years. So far, the Peragon Tectonic outshines them all in terms of strength, security, and loading options/flexibility. It also looks tough on my brand new 2025 GMC AT4 (standard bed). Out-of-box actually made me laugh. It's a large delivery, and it comes on a pallet... and the packaging seems to have been engineered by a combination of NASA scientists and elementary school teachers... meaning it's both very well designed AND easy to understand (amazing!). Everything worked as it should. The online videos were accurate and helpful. And I was able to get it on board in... 40 minutes? Could absolutely do it faster with practice and if I'd watched the video in advance.
Like the security features and the build is very, very solid. Compared to the BakFlip4 I had on another GMC, you can't readily open the rear panel by poking a coat hanger through the tailgate/rail gap. Tragically, I have to park my brand new truck outside... in Washington... so was looking for a cover that had good weather protection. Rain has been minimal of late, but the results have been solid. Took it through a carwash a couple of times... and experienced minimal leak-through. Very weather-ready.
The end panels open easier than I had anticipated, and close cleanly.
Things that could be improved:
1) The cover requires four small allen-head screws (with special washers) to secure the hinges. This isn't illustrated anywhere in the promotional videos... only at install. This means that to remove the cover isn't just "lift and go" rather you have to unscrew four fiddly little screws. And... keep track of them. It would be good if Peragon included a few extra screws to throw in the glove box for that inevitable moment when one or more disappear into the gravel, driveway, field, etc. And/or clearly spec what size of (stainless?) screw to use as a replacement.
2) The tie-down straps for when the cover is driven with a panel open also seem like an afterthought. They are there. They likely work fine... but they also seem to be just a little underwhelming for the task at hand.
3) Probably not practical, but it would be nice to be able to open the panels from either side if unlocked.
Haven't yet had occasion to work with Customer Support, but gave them "100" just the same. I'll bet they are fantastic :-)

Love the cover so far. Have driven with it out of town a few times and it makes life so much easier. I love the trifold because it locks at both sides so it makes it easy to get in whichever side you need. Installing it went smoothly with no issues. The high cost is the only downside we’ve run into so far, but it does come with a lifetime warranty which helps justify the price point.

The new Peragon Tectonic truck bed cover is sleek, incredibly sturdy, and impressively smooth to operate with its sliding action. High quality is everywhere on this tonneau cover! First the packing was immaculate, no wonder why they charge so much just for the packing material. Followed the install video on YouTube and everything is exactly as shown, from the box to the install. - Only thing is I would ask they include enough zip ties to re-tie everything back. They sent one big one (nice) and one smaller one. - Install was super easy. Sections glide pretty easily. Finish is outstanding. After about 3 weeks of use, I will say my biggest gripe is I wish there was a way to operate the opening device from the passenger side. One thing that I don’t think can change that I wish could is the size of the hinges for the front panel. But because of the way it works, they kinda have to be. One of the weather seals tore a little, so be careful when closing the panels. Oh their claim of a fast removal depends on how fast you can unscrew the (4) tiny bolts on the hinges. Price is a little crazy but I think it’s ok for the value of what you’re buying. Overall, 10/10. Very happy!
