Awesome cover. For my work it offers quick and easy access to the front of the truck bed. The sliding cover is what I have always needed and I have had several different covers.
Install is easy and the video is great.
Customer service in Shell Lake WI was excellent. I had misplaced the key cover supplied. I called and they shipped me another.
I would highly recommend!!

This is the best cover I have ever purchased. Very expensive but worth every penny. It is completely waterproof and very secure. I get a lot of compliments on the look. Very rugged. I love this cover and it’s been on the truck for 2 months. Now the customer service part of this. It took 6 weeks to get. When I got it fedex destroyed it. Looks like a fork lift went through the box and bent all the pieces. I called customer service that day and got the nicest lady. I was not happy and not easy to deal with which I feel bad now. That was on Thursday and on Monday I had a new cover delivered. This is my second paragon cover and would buy again.

I called to order because I needed to make sure I could get the cover in time for a roadtrip. Sales rep was super friendly and the cover arrived ahead of the promised time. The cover itself is beautifully made and was easy to install. It was solid under light rain but the desert dust easily found its way into the bed. Maybe this was the tailgate? My one real issue is that I need to unlock both front and back locks every time I want to open the cover to reach deeper into the bed. It would have been great if there was some way to lock and unlock with the tail gate itself.

the top came well packed and now flaws. I watched each helpful installation video a few times and followed them to the tee. The top went on very easy with the help of my son. It operates just as advertised I would hight recommend this product.

Install took a little longer than I expected, but nothing crazy—just plan for some extra time to get everything dialed in right. Once it was on though… absolutely worth it.

The cover looks like a million bucks and fits exactly how I was hoping. Super clean, low-profile, and really elevates the look of the truck. You can tell it’s well-designed and built with quality in mind.

Overall, really happy with it. If you’re on the fence, just know the install might take a bit—but the end result delivers big time.

Installed the bed cover yesterday. The instructions, along with the videos were very good. This is my second Peragon cover and I was pleased with the first. Looking forward to the Limited HD model. I like the lock bars under the cover rather than the key lock on the surface.

Everything I was looking for in a tonneau cover but installation was a bit tricky, make sure to view the videos carefully to avoid retracing your steps. Now that's it's complete wouldn't want any other but Peragon!

Easy to install with available video tutorials. Addition of model specific anecdotes were perfect for my application. My orginal skepticism regarding quality and durability of the material has yet to become an issue. The only complaint I have functionally is managing the storage of the tether strap and the excess loose material simply stuffed out of the way when operating the tailgate. Additionally, the unlock/lock releases may be difficult for shorter operators to manage without trouble or any type of suspension lift is involved. Overall this has been a great purchase and I am very satisfied.

Customer support was phenomenal! The product was damaged by the carrier, and Peragon replaced the product for free, quickly, without any questions. Typically, you have to go after the carrier since it was their fault for damaging the product in transit. But no, Peragon did not play that game and made sure we got a new product effortlessly.
As for installation, their installation videos were very thorough and complete, leaving no question unanswered on a variety of issues that could go wrong.
Love the product, love the company!

Best cover I have ever owned, I did a lot of research with this purchase and ended up with the Peragon Tectonic. From the packaging it arrived in to final resting place on my truck, the whole process was just impressive. The directions where clear, everything labeled, very easy install. Its light weight and easy to use. Easy to remove if you need the bed space. This is what you get with American Made Family Owned manufacturing. I have had the TECTONIC™ Dual-Motion Trifold for 3 months now. It has been incredible. Starts with super easy self installation then to the how easy to use. My kids will get on top and love to be there. No worry with the amount is supports. Yes this is waterproof! I did install the tailgate strip to ensure no leak and is perfect fit also.

Will not work with a 5th wheel. It sticks inward to far and when making a sharp turn it hits the rails. Waste of money and time getting it.

The hardest part of installing the Tectonic was disposing of the substantially sturdy packaging. My Tectonic was constructed with precision, as was the packaging. This is a high quality, sturdy and secure truck bed cover; easy to install and easy to uninstall should you need to haul something tall in the truck bed or attach a gooseneck. Strong, secure, versatile, durable, quality.

I haven't interacted with customer support so I have limited feedback there. However, Peragon is proactive about checking in to see if I've had any issues (I haven't). I purchased the Peragon Tectonic. I installed it myself quite easily and quickly, maybe an hour. It's very strong and durable but still light enough and easy to use that my wife had no problem maneuvering it. We are quite happy so far.
