The wheels should have been to the furthest out position rather than working out it to the furthest position the bills bolts weren't easily accessable to change the guiders. Other than that 10/10.

Product went in very easily and adjustments were well designed. Overall quality is fantastic. 2 people would make installation easier but it can be done by yourself. Lock covers are very well designed and will keep the water out of the mechanisms.

Got my tectonic cover a few days ago. To easy to install. Love how easy it works and getting stuff in and out of bed now. Had problem with the locks dragging on one side. After contact with tech support they sent directions to adjust latches. Works like a dream now. So far water tight and super secure compared to other covers i have had in the past. Very pleased with this cover

Installation was easy. If you have any mechanical ability you can install this in less than a hour including adjusting the rollers. The price is worth the quality. Would definitely buy again.

It wasn't too hard to install. The instructions would have been more helpful if they had told me to not obsess about the position of the clamps until the rails and the bolts that attach them are in place.

The one thing they really should improve is the chintzy strap. It literally lasted a day before the cheap plastic thing that it is supposed to loop through broke. The strap doesn't seem like the most innovative way possible to allow reach from the tailgate. It is important to pull from the center to make the ramps for the rollers work properly, so with the strap hard to reach or gone you need to climb into the bed. I will probably rig up a hook on a pole or something to resolve this.

Other than that minor thing, I am happy. Looks great and is more secure than most other covers. It isn't all that water proof. If you put a hose to it it will drip but no big deal.

What kind of company is this? Where did the Paragon company even come from because I am literally at a loss for words.... I have a brand new 2025 Toyota Tundra and I just happened to stumble across Paragon through a random Facebook add. I decided to purchase their bed cover 6 or 7 months ago. Yes they were expensive and I mean expensive however, I have always lived by the motto. 'I am too poor to buy cheap". Let those words sink in for a moment. "I am too poor to buy cheap" meaning I cannot afford cheap stuff that will only last me a month.

Not knowing the Paragon brand I took a huge risk with their expensive bed cover however, I was not disappointed even 7 months later. This was by far the best purchase I have ever made and I am proud to be a Paragon customer even as an Army veteran.

Now let me take this a step further because their amazingness does not stop there. A few months ago I got a letter from them saying there was a safety recall on my cover. They told me to discontinue using it until they could figure out a fix. Now I will admit I ignored the letter because I love my cover and I did in fact have issues with it and knew exactly what they were talking about but I'm just a local driver so it was not a big deal. The other day I received a package from them with another letter saying that they had fixed the issues and had included all the new parts to remedy the recall.

Are you freaking kidding me? A company who literally probably, more than likely took a huge financial hit in order to make sure this issue was resolved for all of their customers? But wait, like shut your mouth and sit down because there is more. Not only did they send me the parts to fix the recalled parts. But the also had upgraded a lot of the original parts and sent me the upgrades too. "Are you kidding me?" You're not only going to fix your original problems but also and me upgraded parts for free?

Paragon, I love you, you have amazing business practices and you truly do care about your customers.

Ps. The upgraded parts were waterproofed covers for the locking mechanisms and hand turns screws for the panels. Amazing amazing amazing upgrades.

This company is truly for the people.

This bed cover give my Toyota Tacoma a really good look. It’s more sporty and it fits perfectly. The instillation is a little tricky but if you follow the instructions , you would’nt have any problem. The video is a big help too

Super easy to install. Alignment adjustment took a little longer due to minimal space to work with. End result is superior to anything else I've seen. I love th strength and the security of locking items in the truck bed and not worrying about someone breaking in. Also, tried to get water inside the bed after installation using high pressure hose. I failed!
