Basically, this is a very good cover and I'm glad to have chosen and installed it. Mine was damaged in transit, but the damaged panel was replaced at no cost by Peragon. This is the first truck bed cover I've installed and owned, so my comments are not offered in relation to others. Here are my thoughts on each of the categories of the review:
Customer Support - Excellent! Jacob was knowledgeable, patient and offered to replace the panel damaged in transit without hesitation. A+
Strength and Durability - I only have the cover for three days now, so I'm not really qualified to comment on this subject except to say that I expect it to hold up well based on my initial impression.
Ease of Use - Generally, it works well, though there are two aspects worth mentioning. First, it takes a fair amount of force to push the two front panels down against the pneumatic struts when opening. Not everyone will be able to open the cover easily. Second, the strap used for pulling the cover closed is attached to the center of the rear panel. That allows the panel to get cocked and has come out of the track on one side a few times. A simple fix it to move the strap to one end of the panel and add another strap at the other end. They can then be tied together and pulled simultaneously, which keeps the panel moving straight, eliminating the problem.
Ease of Installation - The installation manual and online video are quite good considering it's a relatively complicated installation. As stated in the instructions, it's very important to read the entire manual before starting and follow them closely. It took me about five hours. Well worth the time for a classy and functional addition to my workhorse.

From the order, shipping and installation, all went perfect! We compared lots of different brands, but after seeing the reviews of the ease of use and installation including my personal 2012 Honda Ridgeline installation, it was a great choice to go with Peragon.
Installation took about 1 hour max, with no holes having to be drilled into my truck.. It was like this cover was a perfect match for my truck.
That night we drove 2 days straight thru lots of rain and snowy weather, and our luggage which we put in the back never saw a drop of water!

I shopped for a long time before deciding on a paragon bed cover for my truck, I ordered the clamps and tailgate seal kits it installed in a snap. looks great on any truck. I have run it through the car wash a few times and the only water that got in the bed was a few drops that fell from the seal when I opened the tailgate.

I chose this cover because of the recommendations on the Ridgeline owners website.
Instructions were written for my specific truck, and were very very clear and concise.The online videos were great for additional directions. All parts came packaged in separate 'pouches' which corresponded to each step of the install.
BTW, the G2 Ridgeline is a no drill install.
Was also very nice using nylanuts instead of a million washers!
All parts fit perfectly. I would also recommend as the instructions do, look at all the videos, and read the entire instruction book before you get started.
Love the look and the construction.

I brought this for my husband for Christmas and he want the Quick Claps so he did not have to drill into his truck and finally put it together and he loves the way it fits the truck and it was easy to put together he love the video on putting it together and he love how you don't have to raise the cover up to open and close the tail gate of the truck and the color black matches the trim of the truck perfect THANK YOU PERAGON FAMILY

Thinking about your bed cover today as I was driving along. Have had one
of your covers now for, if I remember right since 2002 maybe. Actually
two the first covers the aluminum tabs would break off and I would have to
replace them. But this second design with your updated design with the
tabs. This thing just keeps on working and working great like it did day
one. So happy I chose your bed cover design for my pickup.

Just installed my Peragon cover a few weeks back and it is great. I can say that the only leak I may have is due to my own error on install and damage to my tailgate that is no fault of Peragon. I accidentally cut my front of bed weatherstrip too short even after reading the instructions and watching the videos. Being mildly OCD I have one thing to suggest to Peragon. I have noticed vibration in the panels driving down the road. I'm sure I will get used to it over time, but I am VERY aware of my surroundings at all times and this drives me a little nuts. I would suggest possibly another line offering a more rigid panel with maybe a foam-filled fully encapsulated panel. Yes, it would add a little more weight and more cost, but I would gladly pay up to a hundred or two for a more solid cover. All in all though, GREAT cover for the price.

Pros: Looks great. Installed 1 hour 15 minutes. Easy to use. Been through 2 hard rains and hasn't leaked yet.
Cons: At 75 mph the panels started rumbling. But I came up with a great solution to that problem. Take the panel out. Flip upside down put spray on insulation on each panel. Stops the rumble and keeps the temp down inside the bed on them bight sunny days. The cover is definitely worth the money. Thank you

Got my cover a couple days after Christmas. My brother and I installed it in about an hour, very good written instructions and videos. Couldn’t be happier with the fit and finish. Looks good on the truck. I got the quick clamps and tailgate seal which I highly recommend.

The Peragon cover is the best truck cover on the market. this is my second truck that I have used this cover on. My first was a 2010 Heavy duty F150 and I owned that truck till I purchased my new Chevrolet Colorado the Peragon was amazing and durable looked like new when I traded in the truck. I liked it so much I had to have another one for my new Colorado. I looked at all the competitors both times before I purchased the Peragon and now 8 years later there is no competition to the paragon in looks, durability and functionality!
