Even older trucks need covers.
Took advantage of the holiday special what a great offer.
While waiting for it to arrive i watched all the install videos and a couple of ones from customers that where on u tube. This was a big help once the cover arrived and i started the install. i was able to complete the install by myself in about 2 1/2 hours. Do feel help is needed while placing it on the truck after i put the rails together with the front bar.
i used the mounting hardware that came with the holiday package this made it so easy to install. No Drilling needed. Also the tape trick on the side rubber was a big help.
One of the u tube video talked about the savings on milage. Well i am happy to say it is true. While waiting for my cover to arrive i check my millage several times and average 11.2 MPG i have use 3 tanks full after the install and have increased my milage to 12.9 MPG with this increase if i have done the math right, with the cover will pay for its self in 2,858 miles at the cost of CA gas average $3.65 a gal. i have a gas V10.
i also have a back rack system and with the required spacer provide by back rack it is a perfect fit. Allowing me to keep cover closed while using the rack and being able to open cover and tailgate as needed each by them self.

I ordered your retractable truck bed cover for my husband’s new Ford F-150. I surprised him with it for Christmas. I researched on my own and felt confident I chose the best. When I ordered, I missed entering a promo code and received an immediate email reply upon my request to apply it! That was most appreciated.When my husband opened his new bed cover, he was surprised I risked ordering it online. He had some reservations with installation because he has a custom fitted bed liner, but he called customer service (JACOB) after Christmas and was reassured his liner would not affect a proper fit with th retractable bed cover! He installed it yesterday. It took him and a friend just 2 1/2 hours. They did feel the written instructions weren’t sufficient enough BUT with the video, they were successful. I’ve overheard him bragging about his new bed cover and its sleek look! He is extremely happy and gave me all the credit. I credit Peragon and your excellent customer service, user friendly website and quality product. Thank you!

The fact that this cover was custom made for my truck and that it had a perfect color match made it the perfect choice for me. I shopped around quite a bit and the main selling point was the feature that allows this cover to be easily removed when I need the extra space in the bed. Yes, it was more expensive than other options and yes, it I had to install it myself but ultimately I'm extremely happy with my decision and would highly recommend this cover. The installation process was very well explained in the written instructions and the videos on the website. I highly recommend reading and viewing both (in their entirety) before beginning so you understand how the process is supposed to work. I had a few issues with installation but they were my fault for not following the instructions exactly due to several interruptions from other people while I was trying to finish the job. :) Also, I was pleasantly surprised at how dry my bed was after driving in a downpour right after installing the bed cover. AMAZING! I highly recoommend this product. Oh, one more thing. My truck came from the mfgr with bed storage boxes which had to be removed before installing the cover. Peragon discloses this at the point when I picked the truck. I was having some trouble figuring out how to remove them and shared this with the customer service group at Peragon and they went out and found a youtube video for me showing how to remove them. While the video wasn't exactly on point, I was impressed by the fact they would do that to help out a customer. You might say they did it so they could get the sale and that may be true but I think it also speaks to their willingness to help their customers and make sure they have a great experience with their product. That goes a long way in my book.

Thank you for the review! Since the cover you ordered included the Quick Clamps, spacing washers were not needed, as the clamps would just be moved up on the bed lip rather than using the spacing washers. Please let us know if you need anything in the future. We’re here to help!

I bought one for my husbands new truck. Loved that it came in a couple days earlier than anticipated. Since it wasn’t going to fit under the Christmas tree, I just gave it to him when it was delivered. Although the videos he found online on how to install it seemed to be super complicated, he and his dad were able to get it done in a couple of hours. The only downside was that it didn’t come with the spacing washers he needed.

Just got the truck bed cover on and it looks amazing. I love the fact that when its rolled up, I have nearly full access to the bed of my truck. The ease of folding out and in is a definite plus. Installing was a bit of a challenge but certainly doable and the step by step videos on the Peragon website are a must. Very well done. I would add that you should mention the upgraded mounting hardware as it is not mentioned in the videos for those of that upgraded so as to not have to drill into our truck beds. Overall a great product. I have had other products and minus the strength in be able to stand on the truck bed cover, I think that I will be very happy with it. Thanks

I have owned my cover for about 4 years and this is the second truck I've had it on. As with all things mechanical, sometimes they break. That being said, I am still pleased with my cover and very happy with customer service. My repair parts were shipped promptly and with about 45 minutes of labor, the cover was functioning like new.
Upon closer inspection of the broken part and the function of the cover as a whole, I'm beginning to think the part failed due to an adjustment failure when I installed it on the new truck.

So happy that I found this company! Great American Made product at a great price with great customer service! It fit my needs of easy removal without much loss of bed space when the full bed is needed. Looks great when on the truck when I need to keep my storage dry. If you are in the market for a bed cover, you can't go wrong with this one! I made a mistake during installation and damaged a part on the locking mechanism. Emailed customer service and had the part with instructions within a few days! Excellent all the way around. Should start up a sister company to teach other companies what customer service should be! I've had my cover on for about two months now and I've been 100% satisfied with it. I did a lot of research before making a purchase and I feel the Peragon is the best bed cover for my application. There will always be some pro's and con's with any cover. I used to have a fold up hard cover on my old truck and I never liked how it blocked my rear window when I had to open the entire bed. This cover eliminates that issue. I did have an issue with the Peragon not long after I had it installed. We had a very wet, heavy snow, and it got packed in and stuck between the cover and the rail on the passenger side (I didn't have the dual locking option), not allowing the bed to close all the way. I reached out to customer support and they provided additional hardware and instructions right away to rectify the issue...at no cost to me. Their team is top notch! I've got lots of friends who drive pickup trucks...I'll be recommending Peragon to anyone who asks. My only recommendation to Peragon...come up with some way to secure the cover and keep it together when it is all the way open rather than just wrapping the pull strap around it. My solution is a cargo bar, however a little bungee or something would work great. Thanks for a great product and great customer support!

My baby, (“my truck”) has a lot of features, and gets a lot of loving cleanup and maintenance. The appearance of your truck says a lot about who you are here in Texas. I was told that the Peragon bed covers were the best, and I was NOT disappointed. After my order, the boxes showed up in about two weeks and in good condition. The painted parts finish was exceptional and matches the truck perfectly. After reading the directions and watching the installation video, many times, I had the information needed to complete the installation. I opened the boxes and started assembly in my driveway. The step by step directions allowed me to complete installation in about 3 hours with the help of my son.

I purchased the quick connectors, which allowed me to avoid drilling and made the installation process go rapidly. I purchased the painted bed cover to match the main, upper color of my baby, (that is “my truck”), a 2015 Ford F150 King Ranch Edition. The color, looks and construction of the bed cover are perfect. It opens quickly and easily, making little to no noise. My other baby, (“my wife”) thinks it looks great on the truck, and appreciates the security when we travel. Thanks to the nice people at Peragon for answering all of my questions, you people rock!

After order two boxes showed up promptly and in perfect condition. After reading the directions and watching the installation video I felt like I had all the info needed to start with installation. Un boxed everything and started assembly in my garage. Following the directions step by step I was able to complete installation in 3.5 hours. Purchased the quick connectors and seal kit for back of truck. After a couple days the cover opens and closes smoothly and makes zero noise even on ruff terrain. Nice keeping items clean and safe in the bed of the truck and freeing up the cab. Love the looks and construction of the cover. It removes quickly and when open, it only takes up a few inches in the front of bed. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Great customer support and the quality of the cover look great out of the box but time will tell how well it will last in Arizona with the heat. Works great for me but my wife had problems pushing the cover down to open and no problems closing it. Installation was very easy but I had and issue with placement of the forward bracket were the piston hit the bracket and the cover would not close.

Once my cover arrived i placed my laptop on my work bench and proceeded to go through the installation process. Everything on the videos was straight forward with minor exceptions. Peragon has preinstalled the end caps on the rails which set me back a bit with my measurments. Fortunately Peragon tech support was available via emails on a Saturday and got back to me ASAP confirming the video was not updated reflecting this change. I did have to have the lock mechanism replaced as the key did not work with the installed lock. I did get a replacment sent out within a week. I do have two dislikes. 1)The system has to have a long draw cord to close the cover laying in the bed. I am looking at designing my own pull which is attached to the last panel so I can close it without the coed. 2) Also currently the only way I can close the system is with my tailgate open.

I want to start by telling you that I recently purchased my second cover from peragon for my new ram rebel. Not only is this cover in my opinion the nicest and most convenient cover on the market but your customer service is what will keep me as a customer for the future to come.
After receiving my new cover I had some issues with it closing. I made a call to your support. We did some trouble shooting and tried a few things but it was not a success. Within a day I had a call back with news that you would be shipping me a new cover and arranging pickup of the defective one.
I could not have been happier with that resolution. Thank you again!
