We just bought a Honda Ridgeline and wanted to cover the bed. The reviews were good for the Peragon and it looked great. Arrived in good shape. We and my wife installed it on her Honda Ridgeline with very little problems. I loved that we did not need to drill any holes the install used the holes and screws that were already in the bed liner. (GREAT!) We used the video and instructions and all is good so far..

The instructions were vague in places and the videos didn't exactly answer questions. Mounting hole drilled into bed rail per instructions was too high to provide clearance for washer and nut on back side. Track alignment bolts were twice as long as needed which if not modified would have blocked or snagged items placed in bed. Instructions show screws holding on endcaps which looks more secure than mine that were glued on. Rubber bumpers between panels do not stay in place during installation but seem to stay when installed and held down by edge seal. After alignment and leveling cover operates EZ and tight.

I did a lot of research before pulling the trigger. Packaged arrived a few days after order. I watched videos. They were helpful BUT they should do one specifically for the Ridgeline (b/c of the differences). I think the written instructions were OK. Parts packaging could be a little bit better too (maybe color coded with written instructions). Overall, everything went fine. I just had to "figure" out a few things. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and it has served me well for several weeks now.

During the month of Sept. 2018, my Peragon folding cover broke in the hinge area of one of the panels. I contacted Peragon by phone and was greeted by a real person! I explained my problem and asked if replacement parts were available. I emailed photos and received a prompt call back. I had explained that this cover was 10 years old and had been on two trucks. In that time the covers had been redesigned and they no longer stocked parts for my old cover.

I was then offered an amazing discount on the new improved version. I did not expect this on a unit that old. I jumped at the chance and in a few days had the new cover and replaced it myself in one afternoon.

I like the new quick release system and optional clamp-on mounting system. I am a happy customer. Thanks Peragon. Tom Pollard

I just want to up date you on the cover I bought 16 years ago for my new 2002 chevy 1500 short bed side step The powder coat did not last due to the heat and the ice and snow blowing on it. I had to make my own hinge plates on 2 of the panels. I notice that the new tops you sell now have a hing in the middle of the panel to take the force of the pulling similar to a garage door to solve that problem. Please correct me if I am wrong. Other than that the cover has worked fine and the original pull strap is still there and the pistons are the original as well. I knew when I received this product hat it would last this long. I have not seen another one like it here and everyone i show it too are amazed to see how it works. Thank you for a great product.

installation was very easy by following the videos showing exactly what to do and the order to do it in. In the past I have had the rollup covers which anyone could get into . Now the new F150 has a locking tailgate. Why put a roll up on and make the locking tailgate feature worthless ??? The Paragon cover Lockes and make the bed as secure as the rest of the truck.
it is also very quite on the road .

I installed the Paragon cover on my 2013 Supercrew five years ago. The installation was pretty quick for one person. The adjustments were a breeze and the lid has worked flawlessly over the years. The only issue is that with the heat and smog the seals between the panels began allowing some water into the bed. I've opened the lid, cleaned and put silicone on the rubber and it seems to keep most of the moisture out of the bed most of the time -- like anything else the parts age and need additional care to continue doing their job. I've had many trucks and covers over the years and this is by far the best I've ever installed. I'm looking at a new F150 and I'll be installing another Peragon on the bed. American made and pretty darn good quality!!!

I recently purchased a cover for my 2018 Silverado and received same within a few days. I watched the installation videos several times and they were extremely helpful. I ran into some difficulty when trying to adjust the rails and called Peragon customer support. Jacob was very helpful and patient. In fact the day before I was leaving for Wyoming he spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get the panels to slide more easily. It seems that one of the panels had a defective bracket which caused it to bow and create friction. I also think that maybe my installation was off a little bit adding to the problem. Jacob stayed way past quitting time trying to get things working before my trip

Unfortunately, we could n’t get it fixed and I told him I could call when I got back. When I got back home in Illinois I asked Jacob if I could bring the truck to their factory since we would be in Wisconsin. He asked and find out that under these unique circumstances we could bring It to the factory.

When I got to the factory I was met by Becca who quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced all of the panels, adjusted the rails and was done in just over an hour. During the whole process she was professional and explained what she was doing. That is old fashioned customer service!

I apologize for the length of this review but I think it is important to recognize this type of service which is something that has seemed to all but vanish in our country.

I would definitely buy Peragon again and recommend them without reservation!

I bought Peragon truck bed cover in 2011 and it performed well. The product stood up over the years. Only complaint I have is that the rubber seal on the side rails provided by the company failed after 5 years. The rubber seemed to shrink and the glue that held it in place was no longer effective. End result is a truck bed full of water every time it rains and rubber seals that fell off. Called Peragon for support and was given advice to use rubber cement to glue them back, which did not work and on followup, got an "oh well, its been a few years and there's nothing we can do".

I had shopped around at other bed covers and decided that this one fit the bill. With the help of my son, we installed this in a short amount of time. We had one small problem which was human error and made the correction in seconds. once we got the cover on the bed, I found that the tailgate would not latch. We then went into the bed & loosened the hold down bolts and tapped the rails jut a smidge to allow the tailgate to latch and still maintain a seal with the cover. Pretty much the perfect cover for me. I like the look and how it fit on the bed of the truck. I have already recommended this cover to others.
