The install was a little difficult, having to drill holes for the braces proved making the adjustments a problem. Getting alignment took a lot longer than I expected. Got it done and am happy with the appearance, and have had many thumbs up from my friends.

Looked over all the reviews of this bed cover and was sold, ordered it and got it in about 4 weeks! Installation was simple and the videos were amazing allowing installation in less than 1 hour. Had to do a little adjustment after install, but that was easy. It works great, looks even better and I love it!!! We had our first rain the other day, and it was 98% water tight!!!! I love it and would recommend this cover to all my friends, heck handed out the $50.00 vouchers that very next day at work! You can't go wrong with this cover!!!!

Customer support should be 100, but I couldn't get the slider back to 100 once I messed with it. I only had to call to change the destination address. I installed the cover the same day it arrived, it took a few hours, that slow due to learning curve and the way I tend to always miss a step and have to go back to correct it. The front rail was slightly bent, I'm sure due to shipping. I was able to straighten it with no ill effects. The rubber pieces that were supposed to be cut and placed in the bolt recesses still remain a mystery. I can see where one in the center would keep water from entering via the side gasket.
All the hardware provided fit fine. The cover closed and opened first try, and looks very much as though it was always part of the truck. I've had opportunity to use it several times, no trouble at all to operate. The drop rail is quite brilliant in it's design. I like ithe cover so much more than the OEM cover we paid about three times the amount as the Peragon cover.

Great Product, 1st one purchases years ago and we simply moved it from truck to truck. Changes in the pllastic end caps great.

Three things I would modify:

1. Front seal make it wider? Use you rear seal kit Up Front! (This works)! Make an extruided gasket like automotive (several different profile available) And, last get rid of the washers on the side rail. Need the "quick attachment "C' cloips for Chev Colorado / GMC Canyon

If and when you "make the "C' clips" notify your past customers the washer/ bolt / clip tends to move (read angle) bends.

The installation videos are extremely helpful. I scanned the written instructions provided in the package, but followed the step by step videos to make install easy. It’s important to lock your cover once installed to loosen the hinge. Did that for two days and it took care of the minor buckle. Easy install, easy to use and keeps out nearly all moisture in heavy rain. Very happy with the product

This is the best truck cover at any price. Pretty easy to install with great how to videos available. Mine had a couple of panels that had small dents in them due to some shipping damage that I didn't noticed when I first installed. Saw them the next day and sent an email explaining the issue. I got a response within a day and they shipped me a new panel immediately with instructions on how to easily replace the damaged panel. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I think that was the thing I liked best. Dealing direct with the manufacturer right here in the USA!!

Nice cover, only complaint so far is the rubber plugs that keep the panels apart.
Have already lost two.
Would recommend adding black silicon/rtv to keep them installed.

After lots of research I decided on Peragon because of how it folds to take up only 6” of bed space. I love that it is made in the USA! It is very well made and the factory paint is gorgeous! The fit and finish is perfect! The instructions and the installation videos are great! I didn’t have to call customer service because everything was well explained. I am not a mechanic or even mechanically inclined and was able to do it as a father and son project on Sunday.

This bed cover compliments my Roush nicely and I am really glad I chose it over the competition. After looking at all the others, Peragon offers everything I was looking for, including price, functionality, flexibility, and security. Install went very smoothly by just watching the install videos as I assembled the cover pausing along the way. Upgrading to the Platinum Package is definitely worth it.

I looked at all the covers available for my truck and went with Peragon. I’m glad I did the quality is great , easy to install and great service. The main reason I chose them is because I can remove the cover if I need the whole bed . Being my bed is only 5 1/2 feet

For a last minute trip (which unfortunately did not happen) I was looking for a water tight, locking bed cover. However, I was not willing to give up any bed room. Fortunately, a friend showed me his new Paragon Cover. Although not completely water tight, this cover did lock and the bonus was that they could actually match my truck color. The big question was could they have it to me in time for my trip. I contacted the company via email and Jeremy was great to work with. He assured me that even though I was special ordering my color, I would have my cover in plenty of time to assemble and install for my trip. The bed cover actually did arrive in time and my husband was able to install it very easily. He was also easily able to make adjustments to it (typical wife, always moving things around). The water was minimal to the bed during a down pour, but if needed I'll just use some plastic tubs if I really need to keep something dry. My only negative is that it can be a little nosy at high speeds, but that may need just a little tweaking on our part. Thanks again for your product, it looks great on my truck. I love it.

great cover, well made (in the U.S.A.) and they can color match your paint!! While no cover (except those ugly ones) are waterproof it does a good job at keeping the bed dry enough for my usage! Cover looks great installed and I installed it like others said, in less than an hour. Great set of instructions and great videos to help you. Awesome customer service!! (I bothered them a few times just to make sure my delivery was on time for vacation) and it was shipped early! It was packed perfectly and I received it in perfect condition.

The cover cane recommended by a friend who used it for 2 years. He’s an engineer so I trusted his evaluation and recommendations. Watching the videos pre-install was a great help and made following the written instructions that much easier. Installed it myself taking my time in a few hours. It wasn’t bad at all - just take your time. Once installed I closed the cover and crawled inside discovering light coming through the back seal. I didn’t have the frame aligned correctly. I suggest doing this to make sure it’s all sealed and no light is coming through. It will help reduce leaks.

Overall I am happy with it. Plus it looks great

The cover took me 8 hours over 2 days to install. I am fairly handy and a good portion of the time was spent reading instructions and then watching video to make sure I got it right the first time, other than a couple adjustments to where it sits for the seals to function properly . The adjustments were very easy to make.

I cannot speak to the durability as it has only been on for a couple weeks. It is easy to use although a little sticky to roll out. That may change over time but I am happy with the way it works now. At this time I have not had to call customer support so am giving ratings on the instructions and videos.
