I installed this in the brutal cold. Snow was rolling in, my fingers and face were freezing. It was getting pretty dark.

Customer service was top notch, some of the best I have encountered. I have not fully tested the strength and durability, but it defiantly has a solid and secure feel. Once leveled, it works like a champ! I have been waiting to throw the tailgate seal on until its a bit warmer, but even without it, there wasn't much water let in. Install, that was a different one. I would suggest going slow, and have patience. It is one of those "first time is always the worst." The next install would take a fraction of the time (hopefully a long time from now). It easily retracts and is even easier to remove. the "30 second" claim is pretty accurate. You will lose about 8" in the bed of the truck, but that is not an issue to me. If you need full access to your bed, this is obviously not the cover for you unless you want to remove the cover once retracted.

I do have a few complaints, but nothing that makes me regret buying this and everything I think if fixable with a warm day and a little time. Leveling it is very tedious. This could be because it was my first time installing. I am also having issues pushing it down from the driver side. I think this has to do with the cover being level. It pushes down great from the passenger side. One other is it will sometimes come off track when pulling it shut. Again, I feel this may be an install or operator error. I was a little disappointed my truck did not have the "no drill" clamps. Once it warms up, I will fine tune the cover and I am sure will resolve most of my issues.

I decided to go with Peragon because I found a thread on a truck site. On that thread, the owner of Peragon owned up to past mistakes. There is not much more I can respect for someone who made a mistake, owned up to it, and has tried to make it right.

Overall, I feel this is going to be a great and secure option. It is going to free up our cab when we make the trek back and forth to Kansas from CO. We do not have to worry (as much) about things if we have to stop in BFE Kansas and stay the night.

The instructions could be better. I watched the installation video step by step. Some parts were not marked driver or pass like the video said. Still the installation went well. The quality of the components are great! It works just as advertised. I had a problem with some over spray on the panels and after writing my first review Peragon contacted me and sent me all new panels and sent a pickup for the first set of panels. Very nice and easy company to work with and I would definitely recommend them.

Well, it looked good so I ordered it. I had doubts when it arrived, but it came in well packaged and in perfect condition. The instructions were very detailed and if I had questions, I just watched the very helpful videos. They could not be any better. After using the cover for a week, I don't think I could have bought a better bed cover. It's a little stiffer to close than the videos show, but it was explained that it might be kike this when it's new. It really looks good and my friends like it. (They have other types)

After 2 months of use I could not be more pleased with my Peragon bed cover. I installed it by myself with the help of the step by step videos. The usefulness of having a fully lockable truck bed is great. I have taken the truck through rain and snow and the Peragon cover still looks like new. I have received several comments on the cover. Overall great product!

It was relatively easy to install with the provided detailed instructions that were unique to my Ridgeline. The product arrived sooner than estimated. This is my second cover, and I can not say enough good about them. Thecovers are solid, and their customer service is second to none. After I purchased my new 2020 3500 Chevy, I knew I wanted a box cover for it. I contacted Paragon, and they had not yet released the cover for the new GM body style, however I did receive a email after about 2 weeks telling me they did now have the cover ready for sale. I ordered it right away and the ETA said it would be about 3 weeks before I would receive it, and I had it within 2 weeks, packeged well with NO damage. Once I assembled the box cover, I noticed the bolts that are to adjust the angle of the tracks were too short, I contacted customer service, and they immediately sent me out the longer adjuster screws priority mail. I am a happy customer for the second time!

This is my second Peragon cover. The first one was working fine for 10 years but went with my truck as a trade in. I immediately got another one for my New truck. I leave a lot of things in my truck bed and this a strong way to keep them safe. The new quick clamps make the installation easier than before. The black aluminum looks great. A+

Searched for the best bed cover and read reviews, watched YouTube's and found Peragon the best! Ordered it for my F150 and watched the videos on installation. My new bed cover was an upgrade from the video's, but basically the same installation. It went on easily and when finished, it looked great. I had many who sees my new bed cover remark how good it looks and how well was the fit and the quality.
