I recently contacted customer service VIA EMAIL expecting a response (like most places ) sometime next week. Not from this place, a person named Jacob replied within 5 minutes. Jacob answered my question completely and actually went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Shout out to a surprisingly great customer service from a made in the USA Company. This is my second cover, and I can not say enough good about them. Thecovers are solid, and their customer service is second to none. After I purchased my new 2020 3500 Chevy, I knew I wanted a box cover for it. I contacted Paragon, and they had not yet released the cover for the new GM body style, however I did receive a email after about 2 weeks telling me they did now have the cover ready for sale. I ordered it right away and the ETA said it would be about 3 weeks before I would receive it, and I had it within 2 weeks, packeged well with NO damage. Once I assembled the box cover, I noticed the bolts that are to adjust the angle of the tracks were too short, I contacted customer service, and they immediately sent me out the longer adjuster screws priority mail. I am a happy customer for the second time!

This is my second Peragon cover. The first one was working fine for 10 years but went with my truck as a trade in. I immediately got another one for my New truck. I leave a lot of things in my truck bed and this a strong way to keep them safe. The new quick clamps make the installation easier than before. The black aluminum looks great. A+

Searched for the best bed cover and read reviews, watched YouTube's and found Peragon the best! Ordered it for my F150 and watched the videos on installation. My new bed cover was an upgrade from the video's, but basically the same installation. It went on easily and when finished, it looked great. I had many who sees my new bed cover remark how good it looks and how well was the fit and the quality. I would buy it for the next truck and would recommend it to all those who want quality, security, and looks.

I searched far and wide (on the internet) for a topper that met my need. Mainly, something that would allow me to use my entire bed if needed. Something that was flush to the bed, looked good, and had a reasonable price. I kept coming back to the Peragon. The packages arrived in great condition. The instructions were spot on. The videos helped too. The installation took about 2.5 hours, and everything worked the first time. I did have to allow the cover to sit in the closed position for about 24 hours before the locking mechanism worked properly, but that was explained in the manual. It works flawlessly now. I am more than satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to all.

This cover is the best that I have owned yet. My 2019 Silverado needed a cover, and after years of different types of bed covers on many different trucks, I believe that I found a cover that I will stick with going to the future. The build was a little tricky if you are a guy like me and prefer to assemble without appreciation for the wonderful detail given for my exact application. Do yourself a favor... read every line and it will be easy. It’s durable, user friendly and just looks sharp.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We checked your order, and you did receive the Dual Deadbolt option. This is still a single lock, but includes the second long deadbolt that goes from the lock to the driver side of the cover. After two weeks, your cover should be coming all the way up. I am going to have our support team reach out to you so that we can get that issue taken care of!

Peragon cover arrived with no shipping issues, yeah. I did ask for an additional lock in reply email after submitting my online purchase which didn't happen. I was charged for the extra lock. While warned that the lift cylinder would take some time to level the cover for locking so I had to use a long pole to lock my cover. After two weeks I am still using the pole. I would suggest a handle or toggle lift to make locking easier. I like the look of the Pergon cover and cargo feels secure. Installations instructions with video was super and helped in the install. Oh, the price is great compared to other covers and overall very pleased with the buy.

Overall the Bed Cover is great. The price and build quality are good. Shipping was phenomenal, it arrived quickly and was package securely. My main complaint is that it was not as easy to install as the company describes. I'd put it at Moderate Difficulty of installation; It requires you to be good with tools and precise.

Pros +:
+Looks great
+Low Price
+Doesn't rattle
+No Drilling required
+Easily Removable cover

Cons -:
-Moderately difficult installation.
-Cant strap down things on the truck bed rails.
-Underside of panels are not painted, you can see the over-spray from when they painted the top.

I have had this cover for over a year and must say that it has works well and still looks great. I love being able to easily remove the cover to gain full bed access. It is not 100% water proof, only a few drips, but meets my needs. My friends peragon on a Ram does not leak. I think my problem maybe how Ford designed their plastic top bedrails.

Went looking for a lockable and strong cover for our new truck. Looked in stores and online. Watched your videos on installation and set up, nice and to the point. Cover was packed and shipped and arrived in excellent condition. Installation was so easy, watched the video for the installation process. Easy to install and setup. Bought this cover with a very gracious Veterans discount. Made the cover that much better. Great product, now the contents of the bed on the truck can be secure.
