the bed cover looks great and works great. Its not entirely waterproof but it waterproof enough to leave my back back full of tools in the back without them getting ruined.

2020 Ford F-250
Just got my cover a couple of weeks ago and was installing it . Everything went smoothly and instructions and videos helped greatly . I was making final adjustments when a bracket broke off on the cover . I emailed customer Service and the within the day i received an answer from customer service. Amazing. They helped me figure out what I needed and sent new part and a tool to fix it on my own. I was able to make the necessary repair and cover works as it should . Thank you Rebecca from customer service. I believe a product or service is only as good as their customer service and Peragon delivers a great product and excellent customer service.

I am really pleased with the fit and finish of my new Peragon bed cover - modern CNC machining works wonders! Installation was a snap; every part fit together perfectly, and fit my truck perfectly, too. The instructions and installation videos provide details on adjusting the bed cover to fit your truck, but they were totally unnecessary for me. Everything dropped in *perfectly* and no adjustments were necessary. Good engineering, Peragon!
We get plenty of rain in the Houston area, and we've already had a few thunderstorms since I put the bed cover on. There has been no water intrusion into the bed. I couldn't be more pleased with how the cover keeps the weather out.

My recent purchase and installation of a Peragon truck bed cover has been an efficient and satisfying experience. I am somewhat handy so I anticipated a relatively easy install, but the online videos exceeded my expectations. They walk you through each step clearly and in order with easy to understand narration. First rate. The bed cover itself is a beautiful product. Blends seamlessly with my truck and operates as advertised. I would not hesitate to purchase this product again.

2020 Dodge Ram 1500
Installed my peragon cover a week ago and so far I love it. Installation wasn’t easy but I’m not very handy. I have the quick mount brackets and thought trying to level the brackets was challenging (due to lack of tools). As I read in some previous reviews, the cover does get very hot in the sun so keeping a glove or towel on hand to open is a must. But I can’t complain given the quality and price of the product. I was worried it would be loud on the highway but haven’t had any issues. So far I’m impressed and really like the way it looks on my truck. Thanks peragon!

Good: locking, nearly waterproof; looks great; best value for the $$
Bad: you lose some of the use of the tailgate if you choose to leave the cover collapsed; or if you have something 12" high at the front of the bed, you'll have to move items around to get the cover to collapse.

Just installed the peragon bed cover on my new F250. Absolutely love it. Installation took less than two hours. I watched the installation videos before my bed cover arrived to get familiar with the steps. I watched them again prior to installation, and then watched them step by step as I was installing the bed cover. I would recommend doing `this to make your installation a breeze. The fit and finish of the bed cover is fantastic and opens and closes with ease.
Received an email from peragon the day after it arrived to see if I needed any additional resources to help me install my new cover. Did not need any with the cover being easy to install.

I ordered my cover after searching for “Made in America”. I support small businesses. I wanted a user friendly folding cover and Peragon fit my requirements for quality and ease of installation. I reviewed the online step by step instructions and referred to the installation booklet. I also purchased the stainless steel hardware. I installed my cover by myself. Everything went together as planned. Just be sure to orient the cross brace weather stripping to provide maximum weather proof at the truck cab. I‘m glad I purchased this cover.

2020 Dodge Ram 2500
I have a 2020 Ram 2500 Limited with the 6'2" bed and the cover has been installed for about 4 days. Given my short experience with the cover, I can't comment on the durability and I have not had to contact support, so the same applies. The cover arrived about 10 days after ordering, everything was in good shape and the product looked exactly like what I expected. High quality aluminum slats, solid mounting hardware and everything was packaged nicely. I used the 10 videos to install my cover and they were invaluable. The written instructions are good but sometimes it's easier watching someone position the cover in the rails - locking it in and removing it. If you have the slightest bit of mechanical ability and follow the videos, anyone can install this cover. My lock mechanism was really stiff and I couldn't turn the key to lock it after the initial install. I removed the cover, worked the linkage a few times all the back & forth and reinstalled the cover. No issues with the lock after that - just a good install tip - working the linkage well before you install the rails. The cover looks terrific on a black truck and the truck was washed over the weekend with a pressure washer and very little water penetration into the bed. Earlier days with this cover but all appears to be good and as described on the website.

Could not be happier with the Peragon bed cover for the Honda Ridgeline. Installation was completed with minimal frustration and those errors I made were easily fixed. I bought this for my husband for his birthday. He loves it. Install took about three hours but the videos are super helpful. We got the black cover for our blue truck and it looks slick. Added bonus we did not intend on: my husband is getting an extra mile per gallon on his commute to work.

Living in the far North of Michigan's Upper Peninsula, a quality bed cover is a must. Even in May we get a little bit of snow as can be seen in the pictures, but a light dusting like this is nothing at all compared to the 300"+ we get annually. I use my truck as a daily driver, so I need to know I can keep my small cargo dry on the day to day basis. So far the Peragon cover has been outstanding. On weekends I enjoy the outdoor paradise I call home, which involves keeping boat accessories locked up while parked at the launch, stopping ice fishing gear from blowing away, and the quick removal is perfect for when the snowmobile or four-wheeler needs to come along on the journey. The Peragon bed cover has held up great. The ability to lock the bed of truck and use it like a giant trunk one day, and then pop it out to accommodate a snowmobile 5 minutes later is unmatched by any other cover on the market. Install was less than an hour, and the cover has been worth every penny. 5/5

I didn't need any customer support so I can't really comment on that. The cover appears durable in normal use, it's easy to use, and the installation went smoothly -- once I decided I would not be able to retain my bed liner. I wasted about 4 hours trying to finagle the Peragon cover into place by cutting bits and pieces out of the bed liner. Finally, I realized that wasn't going to work. Removed the cover, got rid of the bed liner, and proceeded to reinstall the cover as intended. No problems at all. Took me about 2 hours to complete the install -- after I stopped trying to do the impossible. At least with my truck, retaining the bed liner is not practical.
