I ordered my cover on 27 Jul 2020. They charged my credit card that day. I was told my cover would be shipped on 8 Sep 2020. I received notification from Fed Ex (none from Paragon) that the order (2 boxes) would be delivered on 28 Aug 2020, the day I was leaving for a week of vacation. I called Paragon and they said my order would be delayed until after I returned. I waited and heard nothing. When I called I was told 1) it had been shipped and I should have it at the end of last week (11 Sep 2020, 2) called again, was told they were waiting for the return of the 2nd box, then it didn't pass quality control, The on Sunday 13 Sep 2020 the 2nd box is left in my driveway (presumably by Fed Ex), 3) I called again on 14 Sep 20 and was told - then they would get back to me.Didn't happen. Nothing but BS. On the 15th of Sep I called and canceled the order figuring I would never get it anyway, Someone should train Jacob to get his stories straight. Here's a message for Heath the CEO. You state we will see customer support as we have never seen it. You are darn sure right about and I hope to never be cursed with it again. Oh, and when I called to cancel the order it was very plain Jacob could care less. He never once asked how he could help fix it.

I just wanted to say that this cover is by far the best looking and working solid cover. It completes the look on my truck and it is helping to increase my gas mileage. The install took about 2 hours and I used the instructions and the videos to complete it. It does everything it says and they delivered the package earlier than stated. I would HIGHLY recommend that you stop looking and buy this one for your truck!

This a very easy install using the videos. But my complement is for the customer service. Absolutely top notch! Due to my error in my truck model (2500 vs 1500) I ordered the wrong rails. Sent them an email and they responded the very next business day. The response was very professional and they agreed to send me the correct rail before I could even ask. They didn't even charge me for the shipping of the new part. That was the best service I've ever had from a company. Thank you very much.

Your customer service is the best. I always do plenty of shopping around and no matter what bed cover I looked at, nothing compared to the Peragon Cover. I load my dirt bike into the truck 2-4 times a week and was concerned about the ramps/gas springs interfering with the location of the manufacturer's bed hooks - I discussed this concern with the rep and we concluded that there will be no interference, which provided me with the confidence that this was the cover I needed.

The cover looks amazing on the truck - it fits the style and look that I was aiming for. Its made of high-quality materials, durable, smooth, and very functional. Its quick and easy to remove for when I need to load the dirt bike up into the truck. Again, there is no interference between the manufacturer's bed hooks/tow straps and any of the covers rails, ramps, or gas springs.

There was no damage to the shipping box and for the install, I took my time following the installation manual and install videos which made it easy to install. Take your time while installing the cover and you will prevent any re-work. We had heavy rain recently and the bed was completely dry. I recommend this bed cover 100%.

Hello Peragon Team,

I received it this afternoon. Couldn't wait to install it so I cut out of work just before 4:00PM to install it. We got it installed in no time. Test drove over some bumpy roads with the rear window open. No rattle at all.

Easy to install and looks great. I will take it on a 2500 mile trip this weekend. I will let you know how it holds up.

I want to thank you all for getting it to me on the date promised so I could have it installed for my road trip. Greatly appreciated.

Good job on the quality and Kudos for the great customer service, very rare these days.

Great looking cover and durable. Does leak a little but no more than any other cover. Installation took a little longer than normal but I wanted to make sure it was only done once. Might want to glue the rubber bumpers on. I lost one in the first week.

Have used the cover for three years and am very happy with it. Had a couple small issues with leaking hydraulic rams, which were replaced at no charge. Now I just had a tab break off a panel (I live off a washboard gravel road) and Jacob at Peragon offered to replace the entire panel at no charge. Great product, best customer service in the world!

Installed my cover last week and I couldn’t be happier! Installation was a breeze, it fits perfect, and operates smoothly. No rattles while driving and looks great on my truck. I work for a Chevy dealership and have seen almost every cover out there. I like that when the cover is open I can see what is in my bed. Other covers block the window. This cover is designed well and operates just the way I was hoping for. Easy to remove and put in the back seat when I need the full bed.

Peragon gave me a military discount which started this process off as being spectacular. The installation came with an installation guide specific to my make and mode which I didn’t really need thanks to their YouTube videos. Installation took under two hours though I didn’t time it. It worked exactly as described it took two days for the seals to break in for best use. I did keep the cover locked during that time to speed the process up and now it works exactly as advertised and as easy as they make it look in the videos. I am 100% satisfied with this purchase and would strongly recommend anyone else to seriously consider this top notch product.

Hi my name is Alex my wife bought this for Me as birthday gift. I gave great customer service cause when I called they helped me with my question about being kinda of stiff but they told me give it a wk or so it will break in the seals. The installation took me about 2hrs-3hrs to do but I did everything by myself so if u get a friend u should be done in under 2hrs no problem. What I recommend doing is watching the Peragon video the 9 step video get familiar with the video and just look at ur instructions because it might change alittle from truck to truck. But by doing this u should be able to do it fairly easy that’s y I thought my installation was easy. When building watch the video and ur instructions. I would recommend this cover to everybody looks really nice got a lot of positive feed back from friends and family members that they really liked the cover. 1 last thing my truck was giving me about 18.2 mpg on the city now it’s giving me 19.6 mpg but I think I could actually get more like 20mpg it’s just been like 10 days of driving. I filled up my tank after I installed the cover I have only wasted 1/4 tank so far. Would recommend to everyone

I wish it was water tight and was easier to open other then that it’s a really good tonneau cover.
