Great customer support and overall good cover. There are a couple of flaws to the design. The pull cord is located in the middle of the cover so consequently it is constantly in the way when loading things into the truck bed when the cover is closed. This could easily be fixed if there was a hook or something on either side to keep the tether out of the way. My second issue is when the cover is open and you are loading the bed with caries items. The space near the rear windows is not useable do to the cover being collapsed and having to be pulled over that area. This decreased capacity by at least a 1/3 if trying to load the bed with the truck cover collapsed and wanting the cover closed after loading. This problem was identified when we were trying to load the bed for a road trip and wanted the cover closed. To solve this issue we closed the cover and then had to crawl underneath in order to utilize the space. When releasing the cover it retracts quickly which can cause damage to items that are sticking up underneath. To avoid this you cannot load the front end of the bed. The last issue we have identified is there is no middle ground with this cover, it is either open or closed. We wanted the cover to retract 1/2 way to cover some items while being able to have some taller items in the bed. This is not possible.

I had a previous truck with a trifold cover and the reason for not going that route again was the way it used to cover the back window. So when I got my new truck, I did some research and also read a lot of reviews about the Peragon cover. I went to the website, watched the videos and I was sold on it! Very easy install, amazing sleek design and exactly what I wanted in a cover. I am very pleased with the cover and it is lightweight and easily removable if I need the 6 inches of space it takes up. A very small foot print overall and does not cover my back window!

This is a very nice cover. Easy to install. Arrived earlier than the estimate. Video of installation made this an easy install, the instructions came with it and are also easy to follow. Customer service is amazing. I was missing some cushion tabs and they sent them right away. Nice company to do business with. The cover opens and retracts with ease. It also comes out of the truck without any problems, just in case you need the full bed to load something in. Thanks Peragon.

This is a quality truck cover for sure! However, installation is quite difficult, even for an experienced person. Having said that, once it's on it is very solid and water proof. I would buy it again if I got a different truck.

The cover got some dents delivery issue and they sent me warranty replacement when I emailed them with photos of damaged part.

I have had and installed soft covers, fiberglass clamshell, and retractable canister truck bed covers. When I started looking for a new cover from past experience I knew what I did not want in a cover. After searching on the web and reading and looking at every cover that you can imagine, I came across Peragon and their cover was unlike any other I have seen. A family owned business and made in America, that got my attention. The web site was great, videos of how the cover worked, how to install, how to remove, customer reviews, manufacturing process, and just about every question you might think of covered on their site. After I placed the order I reviewed the installation videos and instructions for my truck, when the cover came in I was able to install it by myself in about 2 hours. Very impressed with the fit, finish and quality of the product. The cover is super easy to remove and reinstall if the need arises. In my opinion its best value, best functioning and best looking cover on the market. My cover is getting a lot of attention, I know I will be seeing more around my town soon.

When I first looked at all the parts involved, I was beginning to feel overwhelmed. But I watched all the videos at least two times. I set up my iPad in the bed of the truck and just started. I was amazed how easy it was to install while following the video, stopping and rewinding as needed. First time closing it, the whole works fell off the track into the bed. Then I realized In my haste to see what it looked closed, I had not installed the Wheel guides to the sides. Lol. After all installed, I did have to crawl in to push up on the lock seam And have my wife lock it like the video said may need to be done. I left It locked for a day. During this wait, we had some major downpours like we have in Washington. After about 24 hours of being locked, it closes perfect. And there wasn’t a wet spot anywhere on the bed when I opened it. If I can install this, anymore can. I am so glad I chose this product and highly recommend it.
