It is a very nice cover. It seems like alot of the things you have to do for install could have been done at the factory. I also think the pull cord should be connected to both sides not the middle so when you pull it pulls both sides evenly.

What a company! We bought one of their covers for our 2016 F250 one year ago and never installed it on the truck. We bought a 2020 F250 and I called to see if the 2016 cover would fit the 2020. The agent was quick to find out the panels would fit but I needed new bed rails. Since the 2016 bed rails were still never unpacked, they offered to exchange the bed rails for the ones that would let the cover fit our 2020. This is customer service at it's best!!! Pricing is good. its sturdy and adds a new look to my truck. I specifically chose this cover because it can fold out of the way and if I still need extra space I can remove it altogether easily. instructional videos were very clear, detailed and helpful although it is not as simple as they make it seem. definitely recommend the quick clamps. and also just a heads up, when youre watching the video on assembling the rails you have to keep in mind that you are assembling them upside down so once you go to install itll all fit correctly. it is not %100 waterproof but not enough water gets in to b*tch about.

Such an awesome truck cover. I could not be happier with the style, quality, or security that this cover provides. Installation was a little bit more difficult than I thought it would be, but that is probably because of the scorching Southern California heat that was in play at the time of installation. It's true, cover does get pretty hot with the sun beating down on it, but if installed properly it is very simple to open and I have not had any issues with it. I did purchase a tailgate seal, but it doesn't seem to work with the 2019 Ram as the gaps are larger than the seal. Not a real issue for me has very little water gets in. One of these days I will call customer support though and try to figure out if I'm missing something so simple or if the seal really does, or if I'm right that I need a larger seal.

The cover works the way you would expect it to. The installation videos are great and really helped. The only thing I noticed was that if you tap the cover you can hear the locking rod rattle a little from the outside. I can't hear it inside the truck. Very minor issue and not worth trying to insulate to reduce.

I did a great deal of research before choosing a tonneau cover for my Ridgeline. I was restricted by the fact that not everyone makes a cover for my truck but I still had lots of choices. My priorities were 1. Solid and secure with a key lock 2. Ease of use for my wife and I 3 The potential to be able to remove since we have a short bed and will occasionally need the whole length and 4. Ease of installation, clear instructions and good support.
Around my community no one was familiar with Peragon. Now they have lots of fans. People constantly want to see my bedcover and how it works. It ticks off all the boxes.
A huge benefit was that beside being really good looking, which was not a priority but is a great plus, the combination of written instructions and video demonstrations made installation easy. The biggest problem was it was a hot day outside , haha.
The ease of use is spectacular and the fact that even with the cover installed and open I have use of all but 6 inches of my truck bed is great. One point unique to my driveway is that we have tons of acorns falling on the cover now. They hurt when they hit my head but not a scratch on the cover yet!
Finally, it’s obvious that this is a Wisconsin, family owned business. From start to finish they couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. They also didn’t try to selI me anything I didn’t need. I own a customer service company and that is always a big priority.

I ordered my cover on 27 Jul 2020. They charged my credit card that day. I was told my cover would be shipped on 8 Sep 2020. I received notification from Fed Ex (none from Paragon) that the order (2 boxes) would be delivered on 28 Aug 2020, the day I was leaving for a week of vacation. I called Paragon and they said my order would be delayed until after I returned. I waited and heard nothing. When I called I was told 1) it had been shipped and I should have it at the end of last week (11 Sep 2020, 2) called again, was told they were waiting for the return of the 2nd box, then it didn't pass quality control, The on Sunday 13 Sep 2020 the 2nd box is left in my driveway (presumably by Fed Ex), 3) I called again on 14 Sep 20 and was told - then they would get back to me.Didn't happen. Nothing but BS. On the 15th of Sep I called and canceled the order figuring I would never get it anyway, Someone should train Jacob to get his stories straight. Here's a message for Heath the CEO. You state we will see customer support as we have never seen it. You are darn sure right about and I hope to never be cursed with it again. Oh, and when I called to cancel the order it was very plain Jacob could care less. He never once asked how he could help fix it.

I just wanted to say that this cover is by far the best looking and working solid cover. It completes the look on my truck and it is helping to increase my gas mileage. The install took about 2 hours and I used the instructions and the videos to complete it. It does everything it says and they delivered the package earlier than stated. I would HIGHLY recommend that you stop looking and buy this one for your truck!

This a very easy install using the videos. But my complement is for the customer service. Absolutely top notch! Due to my error in my truck model (2500 vs 1500) I ordered the wrong rails. Sent them an email and they responded the very next business day. The response was very professional and they agreed to send me the correct rail before I could even ask. They didn't even charge me for the shipping of the new part. That was the best service I've ever had from a company. Thank you very much.

Your customer service is the best. I always do plenty of shopping around and no matter what bed cover I looked at, nothing compared to the Peragon Cover. I load my dirt bike into the truck 2-4 times a week and was concerned about the ramps/gas springs interfering with the location of the manufacturer's bed hooks - I discussed this concern with the rep and we concluded that there will be no interference, which provided me with the confidence that this was the cover I needed.

The cover looks amazing on the truck - it fits the style and look that I was aiming for. Its made of high-quality materials, durable, smooth, and very functional. Its quick and easy to remove for when I need to load the dirt bike up into the truck. Again, there is no interference between the manufacturer's bed hooks/tow straps and any of the covers rails, ramps, or gas springs.

There was no damage to the shipping box and for the install, I took my time following the installation manual and install videos which made it easy to install. Take your time while installing the cover and you will prevent any re-work. We had heavy rain recently and the bed was completely dry. I recommend this bed cover 100%.

Hello Peragon Team,

I received it this afternoon. Couldn't wait to install it so I cut out of work just before 4:00PM to install it. We got it installed in no time. Test drove over some bumpy roads with the rear window open. No rattle at all.

Easy to install and looks great. I will take it on a 2500 mile trip this weekend. I will let you know how it holds up.

I want to thank you all for getting it to me on the date promised so I could have it installed for my road trip. Greatly appreciated.

Good job on the quality and Kudos for the great customer service, very rare these days.

Great looking cover and durable. Does leak a little but no more than any other cover. Installation took a little longer than normal but I wanted to make sure it was only done once. Might want to glue the rubber bumpers on. I lost one in the first week.
