Fits my 2020 Tacoma perfectly, got the upgraded package with the stainless steel and upgraded lock, well worth it. Took me about 4 hrs to install on my own but I was taking it easy and doing other things in between some of the steps. Looks great, works great, can finally leave my gear in my truck bed without unloading it every night, would definitely recommend.

The appearance of this cover is very nice. It wasn't that hard to install and adjust, but I did end up sending it back after a week. I got the premium package, but wasn't satisfied with the security (seemed very flimsy and easy to access), and it leaked. For me, these are the 2 main reasons of having a bed cover. I don't won't to have to worry about luggage or whatever I put in the back getting wet or stolen. I will say, when returning it, customer service was very cooperative. I haven't gotten my refund yet so I guess we'll have to see how that goes.

I received my Arctic white cover last week and was instantly pleased with how well it matched the white of my Dodge Ram. Installation was fairly easy. My only complaint is that the clamps have two bolts each - one to fasten the clamp to the box and one to fasten the clamp to the rail. The only problem is that after tightening the clamps to the box it was not possible to use a socket to tighten the bolt used to attach the rail to the clamp. The head of one bolt interferes with the other. If they we offset a socket could be used rather than the tedious process of using a wrench. The first couple times I tried to lock the cover it was so tight I feared I would snap the key off trying to turn it. However after a few uses it broke in and now works beautifully. The final look is amazing and the fit and finish is excellent.

, nothing was damaged . All the parts are high quality installion was easy . Tiny little question is there no better way to align the quick clamps other than bending them ? also quite alot of adjusting is needed once all put together

This is a plagiarized post. But, I couldn't agree more so, it's a bit of repost and my own thoughts

I want to start by saying I have owned this cover for almost a year. I wanted to thoroughly put it through it's paces before writing a review. I feel compelled to write this review because I am extremely unhappy with the functionality of this cover, looks great though.

I have owned a roll n lock, soft cover, and flipbak. I purchased this cover because I liked the idea of it being easily removable and thought the metal would be much more durable. If I had it to do over again I would rather have any of the other covers I have owned in the past over this one.

I will start from the beginning.

Ordering, shipping and install: The ordering process was super easy and the customer service was excellent. The item came timely and packaged well. The install was fairly straight forward and I had no problems. The video they made for the install is very good.

Quality and sturdiness: The way they bragged about the metal on the website I thought it would be much thicker and stronger. You cannot put much weight on the cover. There is an upgraded lock that I purchased but not sure why I bothered ... if someone wants to get into it all they have to do is stand on top of it. My soft top vinyl cover I could actually stand on and both my roll n lock and flip bak could carry considerably more weight on it. I never bought another flip bak due to horrible customer service (I would never buy one despite the quality of the product).

The aluminum panels have rubber gaskets between them and move considerably while driving down the road and make a bit of noise. I'm assuming the gaskets will wear and tear over time making the cover even less waterproof than it already is.

Design Flaws (why not to buy):

1. The lack of ability to bear minimal weight on the top of the cover explained above.

2. The panels don't have any insulation or even a smooth surface on the bottom face, each panel has a front and rear lip. This is significant because if you try to slide things in the bed, with the tailgate down, the items tend to snag or jam if the load is near the top of the cover.

3. Even when I remove the cover to haul big items in the bed the front part of the cover is subject to damage if something is all the way to the front of the bed (ie. can't slide a tool box all the way to the front without hitting the remaining cover part). Additionally, the side rails prevent you from placing items flush against the side rail to strap it down. Why is this significant, have you ever tried to secure a large heavy item in the middle of a bed so it won't slide around!?

4. The only way to open this cover is to unlock it and forcefully push down on the panels until they fold up. This is a problem for two reasons 1) the cover is black and gets very hot exposed to the sun, I have had to use gloves just to open the cover 2) I'm only 5' 9" and I can't reach the center in order to push it down without it retracting crooked.

5. The cover is either open or closed unlike the roll n lock or even a flip bak. The strap that is used to pull the cover closed fly's all around when you travel with it open. It's never at the end of the bed so, you have to climb into the bed to retrieve it.

THE BIGGEST REASON TO SKIP THIS COVER:

The way the cover folds into the front of the bed makes your bed all but useless for hauling items under the bed cover. If the items slide to the front of the bed you cannot open the cover without climbing into the bed and pulling the item away from the front of the bed. I can't tell you how many times I have had to crawl in my bed, relocate totes or groceries just to open the cover. This is a ridiculous design that makes this cover almost useless. I have had to buy load poles an block off the front of my bed so things can't slide to the front. Now my bed is even shorter. Additionally, the brackets that the panels fold down into on the side are subject to damage by sliding items.

Summary:
I am disappointed in this bed cover and wished I had read the original poster's comments. I do believe Peragon believes in their product and it looks nice (cleans nice unlike a soft top or flip bak which fade), installed easily, easy to remove. The crawling into the bed to move items that slid forward or to get the strap is completely unacceptable. The product suffers from flaws in functionality that they advertise are resolved by the unit's design. Most notably, it doesn't take up bed space. Which is true from a tangible aspect but, completely false for user functionality. I am not sure on long term durability but, I think the rubber seals between the panels won't hold up.

Since my son was going to use his truck out of state, I requested an earlier delivery, which was readily accommodated. Having purchased all accessories, the installation was a breeze. The only unused item was the tailgate seal, as there seemed to be no way to improve on what was already there. The cover was a little stiff at first. Silicon lubricant seemed to help. Initially the dual deadbolt could not be engaged without tapping on the cover to get the panels to raise into their final position. After a few days, however, everything worked smoothly, and all panels would take there position without coaxing, so all actions including locking was a simple matter, all done in a few seconds. Both me and my son being of short stature, found opening the rear door and standing on the running board helped in getting leverage when pressing down the front panels when opening the cover. All things considered, the product appears to be well made, and should provide many years of service. One thing in addition to the cover, was installation of an electric lock on the tailgate, such that quick access is available from the rear without the bother of manually unlocking either the tailgate or the cover.

This truck bed cover is without a doubt the sleekest looking cover on the market. Install was very straight forward when watching the videos, just make sure you don't assume anything before the video tells you to do it. The install took me about 3 hours by myself, and is holding up very nice for the one week I have had it installed. Delivery takes some time, so don't expect it tomorrow, but the wait is well worth it.

The Peragon Truck Bed cover is the best cover I’ve seen on the market for the price. While researching bed covers online, I kind of ran across Peragon by accident. After comparing all the features and prices I decided to give it a try, and I love it. The bed cover is fairly easy to install and the customer service is the best I’ve seen in a long time. If you are considering a Peragon, go ahead and give it a try, I don’t think you will regret it, and with their 100 day trial guarantee, you have nothing to loose. When comparing quality, features, customer service, and price, I don’t believe there is a product any where close to the Peragon’s Bed Cover.

I don’t do reviews but I love this cover so much I thought I would say a few words. Firstly, I researched many different covers for my new truck. There were one’s that rolled up, folded up, lifted up and did all kinds of different concotions. What appealed to me with the Peragon Cover is that you can take it off in about 30 seconds and have the whole bed of your truck back for full loading. The cover doesn’t block your back window and takes up very little space when fully open. I mean, what more could you want? Ok, how about security? The metal construction and double locks are marvelous.
One of the reviews said it made noise around 80 mph but I took my truck up to 85 mph and didn’t hear a peep back there, and my back center window opens so I would have been able to hear it. The craftsmanship is very appealing and looks high quality. The Peragon Cover adds a nice accent to my new truck.
I love the fact that I can load groceries or packages from the rear of my truck and not have to squeeze a shopping cart between cars to load through the side doors. Awesome.
Ordering my Peragon Cover was a no brainer and the boxes came earlier than promised. With the help of the online videos and enclosed instructions I was able to assemble the cover easily.
The only thing negative I can say about the cover and whole experience is….hmm. Nothing! The appeal, quality, ease of operation, cost, security, says it all. Don’t waste any more time looking at other covers. Just buy Peragon. You won’t go wrong. Do it!

Install is easy and quick. Videos showing how to install are simple and quick.
I had a minor issue with the lock on my cover a few weeks after the cover was fitted.
Customer Service had a replacement to my house in a couple days .
Quality of the covers is great and price is good too. Not the cheapest you can buy . But quality is top notch.

Great customer support and overall good cover. There are a couple of flaws to the design. The pull cord is located in the middle of the cover so consequently it is constantly in the way when loading things into the truck bed when the cover is closed. This could easily be fixed if there was a hook or something on either side to keep the tether out of the way. My second issue is when the cover is open and you are loading the bed with caries items. The space near the rear windows is not useable do to the cover being collapsed and having to be pulled over that area. This decreased capacity by at least a 1/3 if trying to load the bed with the truck cover collapsed and wanting the cover closed after loading. This problem was identified when we were trying to load the bed for a road trip and wanted the cover closed. To solve this issue we closed the cover and then had to crawl underneath in order to utilize the space. When releasing the cover it retracts quickly which can cause damage to items that are sticking up underneath. To avoid this you cannot load the front end of the bed. The last issue we have identified is there is no middle ground with this cover, it is either open or closed. We wanted the cover to retract 1/2 way to cover some items while being able to have some taller items in the bed. This is not possible.

I had a previous truck with a trifold cover and the reason for not going that route again was the way it used to cover the back window. So when I got my new truck, I did some research and also read a lot of reviews about the Peragon cover. I went to the website, watched the videos and I was sold on it! Very easy install, amazing sleek design and exactly what I wanted in a cover. I am very pleased with the cover and it is lightweight and easily removable if I need the 6 inches of space it takes up. A very small foot print overall and does not cover my back window!
