Customer service was great. I told them my friend had just got one about a month prior and they gave me the nice discount. As far as installation, took me about 2 hrs. I’ve only had it for a few weeks so I can’t rate the durability quit e yet but it’s aluminum and seems pretty solid . As far as closing it and opening it’s pretty straight forward.

Being a collision repair tech by trade, I have installed, or removed and installed for customers more bed covers than most people. The Peragon cover brackets must be absolutely perfectly aligned to make cover work correctly, The track alignment take the most time to setup on install. I don't like the fabric pull strap the ends up on the grease of my fifth wheel hitch, I think it should have a twist lock on front panel instead of just a key to turn latch/lock. Also if an object like a box or tire slides too far forward in bed, the cover doesn't have room to fold down and forward making you have to climb under bed to move objects in bed to open. When the cover is open while driving the cover makes noise moving forward in track while accelerating and forward in track decelerating. All in all its a nice product but probably will not be my first choice on my next project.

Had a tough time at the start because of a faulty lock but once I received the replacement. The cover worked well. Brackets could be of stronger material. Rubber bumps could use an upgrade as they fall out easily. Other than this the cover is sleek and very practical. I'm overall happy with my purchase.

What a TOTALLY AWESOME bed cover! After seeing it on my truck, there is no need for a 100 day trial! WOW! The construction and quality materials will last quite some time. Installation was easy and the instructions were easy t understand. I watched the video first , then started my install by the manual. I have recommended this cover to several friends and camping buddies! It will be great to be able to access the whole truck bed while we are camping!

I just installed my Peragon bed cover. The videos made it an easy install. There was one small hitch, I didn't receive the gas springs in the install kit. I emailed them around 8:00 pm to let them know. I received an email about an hour later that said they would ship them off first thing in the morning! I was surprised that they would reply that late at night. They were great to work with and it looks great on my truck! I highly recommend Peragon bed covers!

The Peragon cover was easier to install than I anticipated. The installation videos were very detailed and helpful. It took a little tweaking here and there to get it sliding smoothly, but now works perfectly. The materials appear to be top quality. This cover looks great on my pickup and I have had several people compliment it in the short time I’ve had it. I have been and will continue to recommend this cover.

I did a lot of research on truck bed covers. Very glad that I decided on this product. Very well made. The written instructions were hard to grasp however the videos were excellent! Took about 2 hrs to install. It looks Very sharp and high class!

I had to get some help from Peragon to get the side rails adjusted properly but they were a great help and I was able to get the cover working properly. Can’t say enough about how great the support team is. I love the cover and how it looks on my truck. I also love the fact that you can lock it and remove the cover quite easily if you have a big load. Look forward to having it for many years and recommend it to other potential buyers.

Ease up on selected beverages.
Let's say it took me 2 days to set it up... totally my fault....
You may want to ask a friend to help, hold your beer while you scratch your head... No really watch the videos, there is a possibility a good reason they have 2 sets of instructors explaining the set up!!!
