My cover arrived for my GMC 2500 Denali on time and the instructions for the installation were very easy to follow. I had a rear gasket that was torn when I called their customer service they immediately sent a replacement. Everyone I spoke with from ordering to questions about installation were professional. Great cover . I love it. The installation wasn't the easiest. Trying to figure out how all of the rollers get perfectly aligned was difficult. I'm a hands on guy too. But in the end once you get it all aligned and figure out how ot gets out of alignment, it's great. I feel like the instructions could be in more depth. The QR code on every page was helpful but lacked depth. But all in all I give this cover 5 stars. The instructions id give 3.5 stars.

I have never had an easier install. Both the hard copy instructions as well as the corresponding videos were very detailed and made the install a breeze. The quality of the bed cover is second to none. I work at a Chevy dealership and would love to become a dealer for Peragon if they were to start a dealer program. I have never encountered an installation process as straightforward as this one. Both the printed instructions and the accompanying videos were exceptionally comprehensive, facilitating a seamless installation. The quality of the bed cover is unparalleled. Great cover for a truck. It’s not 100 percent water proof but what cover is. I like this cover so much it’s my 3rd cover for my 3rd truck. Its great you won’t regret it.
Install is simple but make sure you look at the directions. It takes me a little longer but I like to triple check things.

Cover came as promised in perfect condition and was pretty easy to install with clear instructions.
Have some issues with getting the first panel to close properly so that it can be locked. Instructions say that after 24 - 48 hrs this issue should be resolved. I'm assuming that the extreme cold weather here in the northeast is the problem. Assuming this will resolve itself and "ease of use" score will go up significantly!! Looks fantastic on my Ridgeline!
