The bed cover was exactly as advertised. Peragon does a good job of letting the prospective customer know what to expect. The "made to model" instruction manual was particularly helpful, as were the videos. The only suggestion I have is that another short segment, perhaps entitled "Troubleshooting", might be in order, to deal with issues like: adjustments (after initial install stages) to avoid binding during opening and closing; squaring the frame to ease installation (I know you think your instructions are complete, and they are, but anticipating installation problems for inexperienced customers might help), checking for "flat" (planar adjustments after the initial install). You might give some thought to having one or two "average" prospective customers (with no previous Peragon experience) come in and watch one or two installs -- without help from Peragon techs -- to see what problems might develop during the install.

Cover is a good fit, good quality. Writen instructions were a bit hard to follow but when i figured out that there was a qr code on each step of the instalation it was a breeze! Very happy with the cover so far but it still quite new so time will tell.

First of all, the customer support and service is amazing! I was able to install this within 1.5 hours watching videos they provide and a couple FAQs!! Gas mileage improved slightly and keeps my equipment dry throughout the rain! Very easy to open and close and I highly recommend the no-drill clamps and dual locking system! You will not be disappointed with this cover! Looks sharp on the back of the ram!

Bought this beautiful truck and the dealer was offering a cheesy roll up cover for $800. I said, I will find my own!! After a few days of floating around online, I came across Paragon. I read through a bunch reviews and put my order in.
I received my retractable cover in a couple of weeks, it sat in my garage for another two more weeks. Then attacked the project on a Sunday afternoon, I highly recommend watching the installation video a couple of times. I set my laptop up on a table next to my truck, about 2 hours I
completed the task. All I can say is DAM, I love this cover!! Great product, Awesome made in America quality. Please think about diversifying your product line. I have already recommended this cover to a couple of friends.

This is a great cover! The materials, fit & finish, the way it looks & works - everything is premium. The installation videos are very thorough, and as long as you follow along and don't skip anything, you will love the outcome. The following pictures were taken immediately after going through a carwash, and it seems to keep the water out nicely. I would advise everyone to get the platinum package, it does really make a difference. Also, I'm happy to have a USA made cover, they were very easy to deal with.

Easy to install works great. It takes a couple of day for the shocks to break in so it opens and closes smooth. The only thing that would be nice is a 1/4" spacer instead of all washers. Very happy with everything else.

I really like the top but the clips for install should be set the 1 degree up from the factory if the clips are not set you will have trouble this is a critical step of installation but once I adjusted the clips it all came together nicely as of now I couldn't be happier with the top and it looks great too

Wow! I went from a undercover tonneau cover to this and what a difference. I get the security I want with out the hassle of having to remove it 3 times a week when we want to go bike riding. I’ve always believed that simple is better and in this case as well a simple design that looks good and built well goes a long way.
I saw it got delivered when I pulled up from work at 5:30 it was unboxed, parts checked, and installed by 6:45. The easy to follow videos make it a breeze. (I would have done it quicker if I watched the videos first before getting started). I love how they give you pointers on the way to ensure a proper install.
This is for my wife’s truck and she can operate it, Lock it, and remove it if she wants all with no problems.
Paragon you are great, follow up emails, delivery updates, welcome letter, great customer service!!!

I went with Peragon because I was looking for a hard cover and really liked that this one folded away into the bed and is quickly removed altogether if needed. The cover shipped more than 2 weeks ahead of schedule so that's nice. Everything was well packaged and it got here quickly, so at least the free shipping is fast, they didn't skimp there.

Installation overall wasn't a problem. It was less than 2 hours from start to finish and mostly done by myself. I got my wife's help only on two parts; putting the assembled rail frame up onto the bed and then at the very end to lock the bed while I pushed up from underneath. I can't speak really on the written instructions that come with the product, as I basically just followed the installation videos that are on Peragon's website. These were pretty awesome to have for such a product, as it's MUCH easier to follow along to those visuals than trying to get your bearings from paper. The videos were quick and had absolutely zero fluff, they were straight to the point, so it was easy to review them multiple times if needed.

One thing I cannot stress enough is the importance of leveling and being centered. I was able to mostly nail my leveling on the 6 side clamps from the beginning but my centering left a bit to be desired. Once I put the cover on and started trying to work it in and out, it would almost immediately bind. I eventually was able to find that at the front by the cab, one side rail was an 1/8" closer to the bed than the other side, meaning it needed to be adjusted over 1/16" to get it centered. I made this change and it made a world of difference. So my advice to anybody reading this, make sure you take your time and verify all measurements, because you'll eventually have to do it anyway.

As the instructions said, the cover wouldn't close on its own completely at first, something about the seals needing to be worked in. So I kept it closed and locked for 48 hours as instructed, and can confirm that after 48 hours, the cover does now fully close on its own and can be locked no issues.

I haven't had a good soaking rain yet to test how waterproof it will be for the bed, however I haven't yet detected water getting in from the light showers we've had thus far. I did hand wash the truck this past weekend and with a full-pressure hose pointed right at the sides of the cover to rinse away the soap, some water did get through (as expected) but it was much less than I thought would get through. I could see water on the bed liner on each side of the bed but it was just wetness and not enough to drain back down the truck (my driveway is on an incline).

There's really just a couple of nitpicks I have. The first is that I'm not loving having to get into the bed to secure the folded-away cover. I feel like there's easy opportunity here to put some kind of clasps on each side to secure it along with the long pull rope for the cover (you obviously can't have it flapping around in the back) so you can secure it from each side of the truck and not having to climb up in the bed. The second is that the cover seems to "move" quite a bit more than I expected at high speeds down the highway. I do a lot of highway driving and the cover is really getting a workout with all the wind coming off the truck. I'm hoping it will not affect the long-term reliability and water resistance of the cover.

Overall, I do like the cover, I can recommend it thus far.

Well crafted equipment. After it is on the truck for 24 hours, it really settles in and works perfectly. The installation videos are the best of their type I’ve ever seen. They bring order to what could easily become chaos. The only non-issue to be aware of is keeping the closing strap free of items you’re putting in the bed. Remember to toss that strap over the side of the truck or you’ll have to dig for it.

This is an awesome bed cover. Tends to fall out of the tracks sometimes if you don’t pull it to close from the center of the truck. And the lock is a little hard to get to in a little higher truck. But those are my only issues. Other then that it was super easy to install with another set of hands. I’ve had all kinds of tonneau covers and this is by far my favorite.

I like the hard aluminum cover with ease of removal if needed. I used the videos available and walked right thru it easily. I have a little difficulty with the second locking rod lining up but I haven’t spent a great deal of time working on it.
