2018 Ford F-150
I really would give it a 4 1/2. Only three things preventing a 5 star. One cannot be helped at this time,and that is I really wanted Platinum White, but current restrictions would not allow. So, I went with black. It looks good with the black, but really desired Platinum White to match truck.
2nd - Need to have all bolts with same size heads. Having to switch back and forth between wrenches/sockets when assembling, adjusting bolts per directions, etc. is somewhat annoying, a more time consuming especially when assembling alone.
3rd - Need something to keep pull strap out of the way when tonneau closed, without losing the aspect of it sliding back and forth as you open and close tonneau. You have 3-4 feet of pull strap at the tailgate opening when tonneau closed. I thought about velcroing or tying it off somehow, but then tonneau panels can't drop properly. If you throw strap towards cab end of the truck bed to get it out of way, when you open tonneau, you cannot reach strap to close it.

I’ve had my peragon truck bed since my truck was a few months old. It’s been awesome. I recently had an issue with one of the roller brackets breaking. I contacted Peragon and they sent me a new roller bracket along with instructions on how to change it. All free. No charge for anything, not even shipping. Outstanding customer service.

2020 Ford F-350
I thoroughly enjoy the ease of which this thing operates. The finish is also gorgeous and matched well to my truck. My only gripes would be how much the side rails hang off the sides. I normally get in my bed from the side by pulling myself in but doing that now would have me pulling and bending the rails. Not a deal breaker. I've also noticed while driving freeway speeds it flexes decently albeit haven't noticed any affect from it. Also not a deal breaker. I recommend it highly at any rate given the price, ease of install and use and being USA made.

2015 Toyota Tundra
I have had my Peragon cover for close to 6 years now. I use it often, as I fish and hike, securing items in the back as I hit the water or the trail. After much use, one of the short bearings roller wheel cover went bad. I ordered on Thursday, because plan to use next week Friday, and need to be able to close and secure back. Jeremy said he would do his best to get it out on Friday, but probably by Monday (risking not having it on time). At 1000 pm on Thursday (day of order) I receive notification of the package being shipped. I have had 3 interactions with Peragon since buying my cover, all were exceptional from a customer service and support standpoint. A great product and exceptional experience. Can't say enough.

I have never installed a cover so I was a little apprehensive but I researched it online found the videos and watched them before ordering
I like the fact there was no drilling as my truck is like new I followed the videos on line and was able to back them up if I missed something. The only part I had help with was laying the rails on the truck it works perfect and even gives you a couple troubleshooting answers. I am very happy with my purchase and it looks great on my truck. 2020 Dodge Ram 1500
This is my second person bed cover, my first is 10 years old and still great after years out doors! It takes a few hours to install but the instructions and videos are great! I was alone so I disassembled the tracks and placed them on the truck. Putting the folding top into the tracks is easier if nothing has been tightened down yet. Once the top is attached and in the tracks I made sure everything was smooth and didn't bind, then tighten everything.

2020 Honda Ridgeline
This is a great looking truck cover. It seems to fit perfectly. I struggled some with installation but that is probably on me. I had an issue with the lock mechanism failing. When it came time to push the truck cover up from the inside to "work" the seals I was unable to unlock the cover with the key. The key wouldn't go in all the way. I had to crawl in the truck bed and move the lock arm manually to open the bed. I called customer service and they were great as advertised. They sent me a new lock and instructions. After a few attempts I got the new lock to work properly but I'm not convinced it's quite right because I need to turn the key back and forth a couple times for it to lock and unlock. I'm sure this is also a tweak on my end. One thing I dont care for is the bolt that goes into the ramps is way to long and protrude into the truck bed. I think I'll need to get shorter bolts to replace those so I don't rip something by mistake in the future. Overall I'm happy with this cover. I love how it opens and closes. I struggle with removing and reinstalling the bed entirely because it's a tight fit so I'll try to avoid doing this as much as possible, but again probably something I'll get better at. I already think I've noticed improved gas mileage.

After watching the installation video, Peragon truck bed cover was a breeze to install. The cover opens & retracts smooth & easy. I've taken my truck threw the car wash a few times now, & not one drop of water has leaked into the bed.
My cover had recieved some slight seal damage between the aluminum pannels during shipping. Customer service responded to my email immediately & fixed the issue. Peragon makes a great product & Customer service is excellent!

Cover arrived Saturday, my son and I installed it on Sunday. After watching the video several times we were ready to go. Had my computer by the truck so that we could do it step by step. It took us a little over 2 hours and the cover looks and works great.
So far so good.

I love my second Paragon tonneau cover, installed after wrecking my Ford F250 Super Duty. That tonnuea cover - remarkably - survived a complete 360 rollover on an icy highway. Thankfully I was wearing a seat belt and not hurt. The truck was totaled by the insurance company, but I was astounded to see that the Paragon tonneau cover still worked just fine. That left no doubt in my mind that I wanted another one on my next truck. So I ordered another and put it on my Silverado. Installation was easy, and support (if you need it) is just a computer click or phone call away. I especially like the Paragon tonneau cover because it keeps things clean in the truck bed and easily folds whenever hauling large items. And if I ever roll this truck, I'll get a third Paragon tonneau cover on the next truck. Number three!
