I couldn’t be more pleased with my Peragon bed cover. Whenever I put together or install anything, I seem to always have to go back and redo something or make adjustments so the thing will work. Imagine my surprise when, after following all the directions carefully, the bed cover worked perfectly the first time. No tweaking, no forcing. Everything worked as it should. The instruction manual for my 2021 Ford Ranger was quite detailed, with a few places where there could be enhancements for understanding, but a call to customer service quickly solved my issues, and their online YouTube videos for the installation were superb. Minor adjustments were needed to align and secure the bed cover to the truck , and they were very easy. I spent a little extra time related for the adjustments and "fine tuning" the installation. This is a really great product, looks super, and doesn't require drilling any holes in my new vehicle. I couldn't be happier. An extra "kudos" to Jacob, who assisted me twice, with great phone support.

Initial cover that was shipped to me was completely missing a bearing wheel. Didn’t figure that out until repeated attempts to install cover. But the customer service people, especially the manager of that team were fantastic at facilitating getting the appropriate cover out to me quickly, making the return of the unsatisfactory cover seamless, and gave me a nice monetary gift for my troubles. The CEO message when you call Peragon is absolutely correct, their customer service is fantastic. Overall the bed cover and railing system are worth every penny. I have been in sales for over 20 years. I know how difficult it can be to always please a customer. So many times customers have made errors in their orders, and I have always taken care of them to the best of my ability. So, I ordered my Peragon cover. I didn’t measure. I messed up. I was one of those people who “assumed” the length of the bed. I was wrong. When I called Peragon customer service, I had the same angst as the kid who wrecked his Dads 67 Classic Car. Well, how shocked I was at how well Peragon took care of me. I couldn’t be more happy. Two words of advice. The first, measure the length of your trucks bed. Second, measure the length of your trucks bed even if you think you know it. If you make a mistake, like I did, Peragon will be there to support you. Top notch customer service experience. Between the instruction manual and the online tutorials the installation was very easy. The adjustments needed to align and secure the bed cover to the truck were easy but someone needs to be inside the truck bed to make the adjustments. We found that half the install time (1.5 hours) was related to the adjustment and "fine tuning" the installation. This is a great product and doesn't require drilling holes in the vehicle.

have not had cover on truck long and can tell it is of good quality then the cheap vinyl one that has been on truck for 5 years.instructions are pretty easy to follow did have a little problem with getting cover to act right when installing it for the first in the slots at front i was going at it wrong so my fault.cover looks good on truck to be just plain black on blue truck really no need to paint to match truck unless that is what you want.will purchase again for future trucks.

I love the looks of the cover and the ease of use. Peragon customer service is very helpful if there is any issues. My only complaint is the weather strip for the front of the cab that needs to be put on by the customer. It would be nice if that was already installed and the customer had to trim a little bit for fit. I have showed this cover to many of my friends with trucks and they are very intrested in ordering one when they can. Thank again for making a great cover.

My Peragon has exceeded my expectations so far. It is gorgeous, strong, and super easy to operate. I chose it because it has the durability of an all metal design, is removable like the soft tops and folders, and has no springs to go bad like most canister models. The choice boiled down to Peragon, and a canister model with all bearings and no springs. I went for the Peragon because my bed is only 5.5 ft, and I could not afford to dedicage another foot to the tonneau - plus the Peragon is half the price.

Installation was not complicated, but it takes time to do it right. I watched each short video twice, and then performed that step. The tolerances are tight, which is good, but that means that you really need to measure accurately. To get the mounting clamps level, for instance, I used a bubble level and phone level together. I also used a torque wrench to tighten all bolts.

When it was finally time to place the top in the truck I was afraid that things were too tight. The first few pulls took some effort, but that is because the bearings need to be in light contact with the sides. Over a few days, it became much easier to open and close.

The design is an engineering marvel. It is hard to appreciate that all of the bearings have to enter the track when open, but half must be able to leave the track as the top folds/accordians. It's amazing that they can mass produce such an item, and it always work.

If I had to do over, I would definitely buy another Peragon.
