This cover is perfect. Solid. Doesn't rattle. Clean. Doesn't overhang the sides. Folds down not up. Fits! The tailgate just seals with the cover. Nice. Just bought the truck new with the factory black out package. Peragon's flat black cover matches like factory (but better). I really like it, as you can tell. But the reason I'm writing this is because of the customer support. Like an idiot, I lost the keys the first day. My wife & I tossed the house twice. Pockets, shelves, floors, drawers, countertops, and all the trash. Finally I give up and call customer support. "I need to buy another lock, because I lost the keys already." Customer support, "No problem, we'll send you a replacement, no charge!" Now that's above and beyond. I just want to say "THANK YOU" and glad I bought from Peragon.

By far of all the bed covers I’ve bought over the years this one is by far superior! Takes a bit to install if you want it done right but when you have it perfect it works amazingly and so very happy with my purchase.

I installed ARE Fusion on previous 2 Rams. What drew me to this was the cover folds into the bed, rather than up against the cab. Looking at the instructions I was a bit concerned. However, the videos were awesome. Pretty much followed along and the installation went quickly, and smoothly. I like the durability, and looks great with the Granite finish, and night edition trim.

I waited about 2 months to write a review and I'll keep it simple... homerun cover. I went with the XRP black matte finish. It's durable, matches the bed rails, and looks great on a white truck. I 100% recommend Peragon no matter which version you select. I had to call for help during install as the pic did not match my truck on one of the steps. He walked me through the step I was on step by step then told me where my exact pic was (it was actually on the page, I just skipped right over it) and he did it not making me feel like an idiot lol. Thanks by the way! Amazing product, epic customer service, and an extremely user friendly reliable cover... couldn't ask for more.

I really like the looks of my new cover. I like the Ruggedized Powdercoat finish. Installation wasn’t easy. The BILT app they have you download for installation is great! I watched all kinds of videos and the app really helped. Paragon had the LimitedHD in stock, shipped and on my doorstep in 3 days. I’m happy with my choice of the Peragon Retractable Tonneau Cover.

In addition to looking awesome, my Peragon is also the most functional bed cover I’ve ever had (or even seen), and it holds up like a champ to age, use, weather, you name it! Despite its age, mine has served me amazingly well in all kinds of weather, from blistering heat to over a foot of snow at a time, along with a fair mix of rain and ice thrown into the mix. I’m happy to say that I couldn’t possibly be any more satisfied, and I look forward to continuing to enjoy it for plenty more years to come!

I just wanted to add my review to hopefully help others with my same situation. I knew this information when I bought the cover, but I didn't think it would affect me as much as it has already. The main issue is that in order for the cover to open/retract, you must push down the front panels. This means that there cannot be any cargo underneath that area above approximately 6" tall by approximately 24" from front of bed. I didn't expect this area loss to be as large, and in a short bed truck, that space becomes valuable when packing for a 2 week long, 4,000+ mile road trip with a family of 4. Yes, you can shove it all in and dig it all back out from the back, but that becomes very annoying when you realize that the box that your 6 year old needs to get into is in the front of the bed. Also the design of the panels on the bottom side causes issues trying to open the cover if something is too tall or something shifts and it catches on the under side of the panels. It is probably difficult to make them flat top and bottom though.

One other minor thing is because my truck is so tall (2022 Ram 2500 Power Wagon), my wife has a hard time pushing down the panel to get the cover to open due to her height (or lack thereof). This was not really a thought I had when I purchased the cover. It is getting a little easier to open with time, but when it was brand new, even I had a hard time getting it open with the resistance of the gas shocks.

Other than those issues, the cover is very nice and it looks and works great for day to day use purposes. I didn't figure out the issue with not being able to pack as much stuff in until after the 100 day return period, so I am just figuring out how to make it work. Will probably buy a bed rack to put items on that don't need to be protected under the cover, like coolers, grills, etc. I'm just adding this review to hopefully help out someone in the future from having the same experience as me. Basically you lose the front 2 ft of your bed under the cover if you need to be able to open the cover.

My wife ordered this for me. She said it would be shipped Aug 8. I received it on Aug 7 to my delight. It took me about 3 hrs to install. I consider myself a dyier so it wasn’t to bad. Took a little tweaking but it seems to work well. Time will tell. So far so good. I would give Peragon 5 stars so far. And it looks great on the truck. Thanks

Great Customer Service. The product is excellent and fits my truck perfectly. Installation took a little longer than expected but overall was easy and well described in the installation manual. 2 small screws were missing after a quick call to customer service the screws were dropped in the mail and they even gave me a refund for my time lost. Great company with an awesome product better than any other bed cover I have seen. I highly recommend Peragon

Fantastic cover, very dry in the bed. I had issues with my first cover not fitting right. I contacted customer service and they replaced it with a new cover no problem at all. It turns out the first one was damaged during shipping. New one works like a charm and yes very easy install about 90 minutes total and that’s just because I always over do it with leveling…

Installed my bed cover about a week ago. I have hand washed the truck twice and been in the rain 3 times and no water inside the bed yet. I installed it myself, I’m 73 years old and the only small problem I had was compressing the new gas springs. Worked them in and out on the bench a few times to limber them up, then installed them. So far so good, looks great. I have the walk away automatic tail gate lock set so everything is secure.

Took me about 90 minutes to install. Not too difficult, just takes some time. There are lots of installation videos that help. My cover had one manufacturing defect that kept two of the panels from lining up properly. I emailed Peragon and got a quick response. They sent me a new panel assembly (the new one had the 2 point deadbolt, the original one had the single point lock. Thanks for the free upgrade!) and I sent the old one back. Very satisfied with the whole process.

I waited a few months after installing the Peragon cover on my Honda Ridgeline 2022. Well, there is only one verdict - it was an excellent choice! I installed it myself with no help from anyone to assist me when I finally put the assembly over the truck. Not without challenges but very doable. I will have to say, because of our Texas weather, I did the assembly indoors and took my time. And your tech support folks did an incredible job of patiently walking me throughout the whole process.
It was fun doing it and well worth it. Now, if a 76 year old guy, like me, can do it, any able bodied adult can.

Peragon is indeed a true paragon of American manufacturing. I attached two photos.

I purchased and installed my cover over two years ago. I ordered the premium package. I received one with a dinged panel which was promptly replaced by Peragon by sending an entire replacement folding top unit. I had a couple of interference issues with the struts but figured it out and emailed Peragon my installation changes. I had an issue with the glue on one part of the tailgate seal, which was replaced promptly by Peragon. I had not considered the cover would not open if larger items slid toward the cab of the truck. I built a simple bed divider that keeps groceries and other items at the tailgate. I then added an old squeegee on a handle for when I had items in bed requiring removal of the divider I had added. I use it to pull items that interfere with cover opening properly from the cab area to tailgate.

I drove 2000 miles shortly after installation with luggage in the bed through several heavy rain storms without any leaks. I have tested it at car washes without any leaks so far.

Great cover, made in America, great support, and well worth the money. I wish I had the white because it sure gets hot under there in New Mexico.

This is my third year with this tonneau and I'm as completely satisfied with it as I was from the beginning.
Installation was a breeze. At first, I had a problem with the pistons that push it upwards when closing but customer service replaced them promptly.
It's not water tight, but it doesn't allow much through, except for at the sides in places. I wasn't looking for water tight, however.
I love how it folds into the truck bed and it's easy to take out completely if necessary. The locking mechanism is also a plus. Best of all, it's American made. I give it the best rating possible.

I've had this cover 2 years. If it broke tomorrow, I'd go buy the same one.

I use my bed for everything from the typical Home Depot run with lumber or pipes, hauling random big things I've bought, miscellaneous home projects, etc. In the time I've owned this I moved houses taking truck loads of stuff to the new house while it was being renovated. My most recent haul was 1,600 lbs of cinder block debris from a demo project.... tonneau closed. Sometimes I'm running with tonneau closed, sometimes with tonneau open, sometimes with tonneau removed. That's the benefit of this cover - lots of easy options!

There are some reviews on here that talk about vibration on the highway... I haven't had that problem. I drive a lot of highway miles, a lot at speeds I'd rather not put in writing (they always seemed reasonable and prudent to me). Not that it rains a ton in Phoenix, but if heading up North in AZ you can run into weather. This cover is NOT waterproof (I did not install the tailgate seal and have open back stake pockets). It is HIGHLY water resistant. So I wouldn't put the Mona Lisa in my bed and drive through a rainstorm, but if your stuff is in a suitcase, or even closed boxes you'll be OK.

Removal is easy, genuinely takes less than 10 minutes. If you know you're going to pickup something huge, take it off, set it in the garage, easy peasy. If you get surprised at a pickup (or decide you need just a few more supplies than you thought), in the case of the Ram it actually fits in the width of the back seat. So there's that.

In my case the cover is black. No surprise, but in Phoenix anything black in the sun gets HOT. This is no different than any other black tonneau you may buy, but here's the difference. Being made of aluminum this tonneau conducts its surface heat through to the bed compartment. A leather / plastic / fiberglass cover doesn't do this nearly as much. Consequently, the bed will be hot if parked.... like 140+ F hot. It does get cooler when driving. Ultimately I think Peragon has an opportunity here - the way the cover is built there is ~.75" under the cover panels that could be insulated with Styrofoam. It wouldn't add much weight but would greatly reduce cargo temps (imagine an insulated garage door). I'm considering doing this myself as a mod.....

The installation is not bad. I'd say the hardest part is the rail angle setting process - it could be more precise. Using a phone to check angle is error prone at best (I got mine right the first try but I'm a bit OCD). Overall no real complaints.

Ramps are used to deploy the cover, and there is a compromise between how far forward the ramps are (farther forward means more cargo space) and how easy the cover is to remove (farther back means more room to angle the collapsed cover for removal). On the Ram they erred a little too much on the side of more forward/cargo room in my opinion. Still, after you do it a few times and tweak things here and there it works OK. I contacted Peragon about this - there isn't really a solution and I would have appreciated if they just came out and told me. Instead they checked all my install pictures then told me everything looked OK (not addressing my question). So I'm taking a few points off customer support for that.

Regarding the "stuff slid forward and jammed the cover" comments. Go to Jegs and buy a $15 cargo bar. Set it at the height of the bottom of the ramps and 1" rearward. Nothing will ever slide under and jam the cover from opening. When you need the full bed, removing a cargo bar is as easy as removing a shower curtain rod. I almost think Peragon should include a cargo bar in the kit.....

The rails do hang over the bed rails. if you're redneck like me you'll notice this and it does impair riding in the bed. Then again I'm getting too old/wise for that chit and the i-10 is getting too risky for it anyway.

As you may have noticed in this review, I'm a picky person. I hope my details are useful on some of the points that concerned ME when researching prior to buying. It's true this cover is not perfect, but it IS really good. Ultimately after having it 2 years I would absolutely buy again.
