2022 Ram 2500
After upgrading my Ram 1500 to a new 2022 Ram 2500, I obviously needed the perfect tonneau cover for my rig. After searching on the internet for literally "the perfect tonneau cover" I came across the Peragon cover. I read the reviews, viewed the videos, and bit the bullet (so to speak) for the limited HD. After purchasing the packages arrived quickly (3 days), remarkable. The instructions were clear and I appreciated the q-code scans in the printed instructions for the videos. As a teacher of 30+ years, I can tell you that they were extremely organized and easy to understand. I enthusiastically began the installation (after reading the instructions and viewing the videos as recommended of course), and here is where some of the problems began. First of all (backstory) I consider myself mechanically inclined to this sort of work -installed many truck components, fixed issues on engines, etc. However, this was no easy installation. I was hung up in two areas, 1. the word "snug" and 2. "do not overtighten." I get it, we are working with aluminum here, but still...these specific instructions need to be clarified (in my opinion) much like how they mention the torque for the "foot-pounds" for the easy clips. When installing the passenger side rail, the nut for the quick release was not tightened enough, eventually resulting in the rail "clip" becoming loose, and the panels falling off the rail and onto my leg..."ouch!" OK, I figured it out, backtracking and disassembling the work I had done to essentially start over. After I did this, and eventually adjusted the width of the rails near the tailgate to allow for a smooth transition for the bearings over the distance of the rails, everything seemed to fall into place (literally). As to the ratings, 1. "Strength & Durability" 90 because...well it is aluminum, not steel, 2. "Customer Support" = 0 only because I did not use them, but, I bet they are great! 3. "Ease Of Use" 90 because it is lightweight and is easy to remove and replace when I need to use the full bed (plus uses much less space than a rollup), and 4. "Ease of Installation," yeah, never believe the videos that make it look so simple. This certainly was not the easiest installation I have encountered. However, at the end of the day, this is by far THE MOST BEAUTIFUL and watertight tonneau cover that I have installed on any of the trucks I have owned. If I had to order this again...YES in less than a heartbeat!

2022 Ford F-250
This is a great product and improved my average mpg on a recent trip by 1.5 mpg which is significant on a 3/4 ton truck. The you tube installation videos were very easy to follow. My only issue was getting the bed rail clips to the recommended 1 degree angle. In the videos, it shows using two sets of channel locks to make the adjustment, but that really doesn't provide an equal bend across the entire clip. I used a couple of spacers on the top and bottom of the bracket to apply even pressure across the bend.

The Peragon truck cover is a great product, high quality, secure, easy to use and looks great on my truck. The customer service is outstanding. From ordering, to shipping, to installation instructions and videos through to after sale support. The gasket at the end of my cover loosened at the corner and Peragon immediately shipped a new one at no cost, complete with instructions on how to replace. I messed up trying to replace it and Peragon immediately shipped me again at no cost. I'll be more careful this time! The cover looks like it will last as long as my Toyota truck, which will be many years and many miles. I feel like Peragon will have my back for as long as I own the cover and I wouldn't be surprised if they supported whoever owns it after me. First rate product, first rate company.

I want to thank Heather in customer service, she was so helpful with my problem. We purchased a cover for my 2015 GMC 2500, we had it a month and decided to purchase a new truck. I talked with Heather and she told me of the 100 day guarantee. We sent our cover back per instructions and they sent a new cover for my new 2023 Chevy High Country. I love this cover, everything stays dry, it folds up to where I can still haul a truck load of hay, my fuel mileage went up 5 mpg and it looks great. It's good to know there is still a company in this day and time that stands behind it's product. Thank you so much and I'll recommend your company to everyone.

The advertised commitment to superior customer service has been absolutely true in my experience with this company so far. Starting with installation, I had issues with some water seepage but the customer service team worked with me to get the cover adjusted ensuring minimal water intrusion. (Of course, it's still not 100% water proof but very little gets through now, not enough to cause concern with most any payload as it's only a couple drips here and there.)
I've owned the cover for a few months now and have generally enjoyed using it. It is pretty easy to take in and out of the truck to return to 100% bed space available for large payloads. Unfortunately, when moving the cover one time, I managed to misplace a strut. Here customer service shines again: I emailed support asking for the price on a replacement. The support team sent me a replacement at no cost even though it was completely my fault that I misplaced the part. Kudos to this company's commitment to keeping their customers happy!
As other reviewers have mentioned, if you completely load your truck up then you're going to have to crawl to the front to get the last of it out because of the way it opens. For me this is a fairly minor nuisance, that I'm willing to pay for having a secure all-metal cover that is easily removable.
I'm very happy that I decided to do business with an American company making an American product who is committed to their customers. Imagine if more companies operated like this!

I purchased my cover the first few months of 2020... Everything was awesome for first few years (As expected as my father-in-law referred me after he had his for a few years & he has had no trouble going on 4-5 years now). About 2 years after I installed it I started to have a few issues getting it to lock & some of the rubber seal wasn't staying in place. I thought I needed a new lock & probably new rubber seals- so I called & explained what was going on & they said I am still under warranty & sent it to me at no cost (I was very happy & surprised being a bit over 2 years since purchasing it). I got things all installed but still had an issue getting it locked & eventually figured out that one of the spring hinges wasn't applying any pressure. I called today (November 9, 2022) & asked to purchase new hydraulic parts & again... Just AWESOME! Still under warranty! Just had to write this review because it is RARE these days for companies to operate the way I believe they should... Backing their product with a QUALITY warranty! Appreciate them very much & product has been awesome (Especially if you have an issue they take care of it... No questions)! THANK YOU!

This product works great for my truck. It's clearly made for quality and after a short break-in period, it works quite well. Very easy to use overall. The installation was straight forward. I ran into a small problem and customer service was responsive and thorough. I'd support this company overall. The only reason for a "90" on Ease of Use is that taking the cover completely off is not as easy as it looks in the videos. Not hard, but it does take some readjustments. Thanks for making something with quality and intention.

By far the best bed cover I've purchased. In the past, I've had tri-folds and roll-up covers, and this is by far the best! I spent a couple weeks researching several different styles, looking for something that would last and protect anything I hauled.
There are some great choices on the market, but when I stumbled across Peragon, I started to dig deeper than I did on any other. From written reviews and customers videos on YouTube, for me the choice was a no-brainer, not to mention being an American-made product. I purchase the Limited HD with XRP matte finish, and after installing it, I couldn't have hoped for a better cover. The sleek look and the matte black finish goes perfect with the look I am after.
The easy to follow instructions and the installation videos available made it a breeze, only took a couple hours. The ease of use and functionality is perfect! I couldn't be happier! It's obly been a few weeks, but I absolutely love this cover!
I have not needed to contact customer support, but with reviews I've read and videos where customers have talked about the great experience they've received, I'm sure I would be pleased if there ever is a need.

I am writing this review about my experience to help ease someone's apprehension on buying and installing this cover. This review is more for peragon's customer service rather than the top itself, there's 300 or so positive reviews you can read about how awesome the tonneau cover is. I am not super handy but I watched a couple videos and thought that I could give it a shot. Well, I was wrong. Attempted the install got the top stuck in the rails and bent the rail while trying to remove it to reinstall. 100% user error on my part. I was very concerned now because I'm thinking There goes $1499 down the tubes. After talking with customer service they had me package up the original pieces and they sent me a whole new unit so that I could have someone a little more skilled than myself install it. I was very pleased that they didn't try and send me out pieces, as I was afraid it would be like a rubix cube for the person starting over to install. I'm sure peragon isn't trying to have to ship out 2 units for every customer like me but don't hesitate to buy this if you're concerned about an install issue, a quality issue, return issue, or anything along those lines because I can tell you their customer service was so easy to deal with and gave me no problem whatsoever when most companies definitely wouldn't have in that scenario. After I got my second cover I had my mechanic install it no problem in an afternoon and I love it. I also want to add that the XRP matte finish is no joke! I ripped that puppy out of there with a ton of force and it did not even scratch it. I MEAN NOT A MARK. After seeing it stand up to the abuse it took after my install attempt I'm confident it will be more than strong enough to hold up to years of use. Let me add I didn't have to pay for the return shipping or the shipping out of the new cover. Also let me point out that the install is NOT HARD, I just screwed it up. My mechanic did it under two hours by himself start to finish. After I fumbled the first install I really felt like I could have done it on a second try but I didn't wan't to risk it. Keep it up peragon great company!

2022 Honda Ridgeline
Bought this for my new Ridgeline Black Edition. The black goes perfectly with the truck's paint scheme. Installation was straightforward but more complex than tossing on a 3 panel folder and tightening the clamps. Take your time and follow the instructions and videos and you'll be fine. I'm 60 and did it on my own over about 6 hours. The only question I had was does the rear of the cover ride over the tailgate or butt up against it. A quick message to Peragon and that mystery was solved (it butts up against the tailgate, compressing the seal across the rear panel of the cover). You won't need too many of those washers for the Ridgeline install. I used 4 each in the front and two each in the back (plus the one underneath on top of the nut). I'm very pleased with the result - it looks great, locks well, and seems pretty durable.
