Really like the cover. Hope it last a long time. It seems like it should.
Installation is fine until I got to the setting mounting brackets. The 1 degree they are requesting is difficult. My biggest problem was bending the brackets. Three weeks and my right hand is still screwed up. Now, I'm in my 60.s but still the effort required to bend those suckers is ridiculous. Forget about chanel locks I wish I would have used my vice grips. Again looks great. Just come up with better approach or bracket.

I love this cover. The installation took a little over 2.5 hours. I watched the video did the step and continued on. I did order the quick clamps. I did not want to drill into my new truck. Operation is very smooth. I did have to keep it locked for 24 hours like the instructions say. After that I have not had any issues. I did order the new finish and I love how it looks. It does get hot and its not even 100 degrees out yet. Not a big deal. I highly recommend

I am very pleased with this product and the ease of installation. The kit comes with everything you need for installation and the actual cover comes pre assembled for you. You are literally only responsible for building the frame and attaching that to your bed. After that is done you simply have to slide the cover in and attach the struts... There is so much adjustability that it should all mate up together. I am glad I went this route because you can detach the sliding cover to get full access to your cargo bed.

This took my friend and I about 2.5 hours to install. Watching the videos was easy to follow, and easy to understand. So far the cover works great! Its takes a minute to figure out exactly where and how hard to push down on the first section to get the cover to retract, but it goes down pretty easy once you figure that out. Its also super easy to close when you want it closed. The new XRP with rugged matte black finish goes perfect with my F250 Blackout option.

This was a bit tedious to install, but I find it water tight... I don't get why other reviews state otherwise. Love the matte finish and lock ability. Coming from a soft fold cover to this, great going through car washes and highway speeds there's no noise what-so-ever... and American made...

After talking with other friends and family that had covers, I still wasn't in love with any of them. I was about to settle for the usual folding style that covers the back window of the truck when fully open, but then I came across the Peragon. After doing some of my own research on it, I decided to give it a try. I liked that I could get it in white to go with a white with black accent color scheme I have with my truck. If I had all of my tools with me, and not at a job site, when I installed it, I am pretty sure it would have been faster. However, I managed to get it done in about 2.5 hours by myself with limited tool availability. It looks more complicated to install than it is. The videos are very helpful. If you are patient and read the instructions and watch the video, you should be able to get through it pretty easily. Once it was on, I was concerned I may have installed something incorrectly because of how stiff the operation was. However, I trusted what they said in the instructions and video. Sure enough, it has become easier to use over time and I'm very happy with it. Occasionally I'll have something slide into a position that interferes with being able to open it but it isn't a big deal to clear the issue. I'm sure another cheap accessory can solve that very easily. I haven't temporarily removed the panels yet but I'm sure it will be pretty easy when it comes time. I would recommend this to anyone.

These are everything they say they are!
Materials and fabrication/manufacturing is top notch.
Fasteners are top quality. That’s a rarity these days.
Instructions are well written and videos are pro quality, together they make assembly as fool proof as can be!
As mentioned in the description of the cover, the short (5’) Tacoma bed does require moving the “ramp” for removal of the cover. But that just requires loosening 2 nylock nuts and sliding the ramp back a couple inches. Sweatless.
I got the dual deadbolt but that was probably overkill. The cover is quite secure.
I also got the tailgate gasket, I haven't installed it, yet. I will, but I’m not sure it’s necessary?
I looked at quite a few approaches, and models, of bed covers, the Peragon seemed to be far and away the most versatile.
And, Dang, it looks good!

A Bed extender specific note:
You can’t fully rotate the Toyota bed extender with the paragon rails in place, so you can’t use it as a bed extender. BUT!, the Peragon cover will clear the bed extender in the “in bed” position. AND! you can rotate the bed extender just enough to unlatch it from its pivot lock to remove it if needed. I mostly use it to secure things like gas cans and propane tanks so I’m thrilled I still have that ability.

Have had my peragon cover installed for about a month now. I absolutely love it. Not only does it look spectacular on my F150, it's function is just as spectacular. After reading through all the instructions it took me about an hour to install, fit and adjust for proper functionality. I made the mistake of cutting the front seal too short, not because the instructions were not clear, I just simply got in a hurry and made a mistake. I reached out to customer support, explained my situation also including the fact that it was my mistake and wanted to purchase a new seal. The response I got back was very fast and they insisted on sending me a new seal under warranty. It was shipped out and arrived in 2 days at no cost to me. Peragon has reached out to me 3 times checking to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, but to make sure I have not had any issues with installation or functionality. Awesome cover, awesome customer service and support. If you haven't purchased a peragon cover for your truck, then you are truly missing out on a fantastic product.

It was hard to justify the cost but after looking at what other bed covers were offering it started to make sense. Ordering was easy, shipping was fast. When I unpackaged it I new I had made the right choice. It just looks well made and the finish was perfect. Installation took about an hour and it functions perfectly. Only thing I would recommend is a bag or cover to store the panels in.
