A couple years later I called to purchase some replacement parts. Without me asking, Peragon informed me the parts were still under warranty and mailed them to me with no charge. I'm impressed with how well they stand behind their product!

The best cover I have ever purchased and the customer support and service was a breath of fresh air, now that almost all customer service has been shipped to Asia. Love it and would definitely recommend and purchase another if I bought a new truck.

2022 Ram 1500
I considered all of the well known retractable and folding box covers before deciding on the Peragon cover. I couldn’t be happier having chosen Peragon because the cover : 1. Opens and closes smoothly and easily; 2. By all indications is very secure in the tracks (no rattles) and offers good security; 3. Looks fantastic in the white finish that matches the truck; 4. Installation videos provided step-by-step directions that were easy to follow; and 5. Customer service was outstanding when I called before purchasing, during the installation, and afterwards (see below).
I am by no means a mechanic type but I am comfortable with basic DIY projects around the house with typical garage tools. I found the cover installation well within my abilities. It took about six hours from opening the boxes to completing the installation with the cover functioning as expected. I watched every installation video before starting and then during the build and installation. I telephoned Peragon customer service for help near the end when the bed rollers were blocked at the ramps. Turned out I did not have the ramps correctly aligned. With Peragon’s immediate help (including pictures for the correct alignment) I resolved the issue asap and had a cover that retracted and opened like skates on ice!
The truck has not been in any rain yet (desert climate) and I’ve only hand-washed the truck so I can’t speak to its water resistance. However, with the seals included by Peragon I anticipate minimal if any water leakage.
The only ding is that the cover lock was initially hard to turn and open the bolts. When opening the lock a few days after installation I actually twisted the key so hard that it bent. I should have gone slower but I was talking and not paying attention. Fortunately the key did not snap off and I was able to remove it and open the lock (with a lot more attention) with the second key. Peragon sent me two replacement keys the next day at no charge and said to call for a replacement cylinder if the problem persisted (but it has smoothed out so no need for that). The key bent because it is small and no doubt made with a flimsy alloy.
All in all, I am pleased that Peragon was straight up with their quality, assurances of a reasonably easy installation, excellent value, and support. I would not hesitate to buy from Peragon again.

2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
I am in love with the XRP Matte Black Cover. I did alot of research as i wanted a hard top cover that worked with the Sports Bar. It was not super easy to install, but i believe that to be because of my Sports Bar. Had to be creative, but Jacob at Peragon was a big help! He was quick to respond and gave me the tips and links i needed to get it done. I love that this is American Made as well. As you can see, I have an affinity for our Flag. If this cover can stand up to our NY winters, then i will never buy another brand!

Hey I just want to give a big Shoutout to Peragons tonneau cover & their service department, especially Heather. She really got things done right & quickly. They went above and beyond to make me happy with the cover.
I had a problem with the fit of the first cover sent and they not only sent a new cover but covered shipping cost without ??
I can compare costumer service to another company I was doing business with at the same time, I was dealing with Peragon. Although it was with seat covers I had to return. The other co. wanted me to jump through a bunch of hoops to get returns done. Put the seat covers back on take pictures & we’ll consider refund. Even though it had a 30 day (unlike Peragons 100day policy) unconditional return policy. The other company really wanted to make it hard to do return. Unlike Peragons no questions just tell us what you want and it’s done.
The cover has a watertight seal all the way around. Notice how the water pools at seal on tailgate. Pic #3

2016 Ram 1500
After extensive research on available truck bed covers focusing on quality, function, looks and durability I decided on a Peragon cover for my 2016 RAM pickup. Dealing directly with Peragon was a pleasure. The product is MADE IN USA, you can call them and ask any questions and they know their product inside and out. I spoke to Austin and he was very helpful. I'd never installed something like this before but with their installation videos it only took me about 2.5 hours and everything fit perfectly. After installing the cover and the tailgate seal, I washed the truck to see how it kept the water out and was very pleased the bed was kept completely dry. The cover is incredibly strong and secure. 2022 GMC Sierra 1500
Been installed for a couple of weeks and so far it's been good. The cover looks real good and the operation, although stiff at first, is breaking in nicely. The only thing I see is that the weatherstripping at the tail gate not lying flat but curling up a bit.

I highly recommend this truck cover. I shopped for years for the perfect cover and this is it! The cover is nearly watertight, easily to open and close, one person can quickly remove the entire cover giving you your entire truck bed for hauling. This cover is very secure as well. I recommend and show off my truck bed cover to everyone who will listen. Caution, be sure to lock the cover if you go into an automatic car/truck wash. The blowers can open the cover during the automatic cleaning.
Customer Service is outstanding! I made a mistake when I installed the cover. Peragon sent me a brand new panel group (cover) at no charge! Even when the instructions and video repeatedly tell you the frame must be perfectly level I thought mine was level enough. It was not level so I ruined the panel group. Thanks for fixing my mistake.

Arrived on time and in perfect condition.
Followed online instructions (videos)
With reading and watching tutorial, install went pretty smooth.
If you listen and watch video and follow set up portion, it will make install pretty smooth.
Take your time and make small adjustments until it works smooth. It will if you follow instructions.
Definitely will need two people for portions of install.
All in all worth every penny in my book.
May not be for everyone. 100% perfect for my needs

I really love this cover! The look and durability is unmatched as expected. My only hangup with it is you can't stack anything to close to it when it is open and you want to close it. Also, if you have something in the bed that slides or moves around, it has the potential to slide to the back and can block you from opening the cover.

One one hand I wish that I had not waited so long to experience how nice and functional a Peragon bed cover is, on the other I am so glad I was able to get the new finish! Matches my Mag Gray Tundra perfectly! Definitely can tell it will be super durable, Install was a breeze, between the included instructions and videos no questions were left unanswered. Customer service was top notch, worked with me on shipping timing, super helpful. Really compliments my truck in every way, short time I’ve had it have received thumbs up from people driving by! I looked at bed covers for a couple months, weighing the options between different models, materials, and price point. I ended up going with the Limited HD, hands down the best decision that I could make. It matches every requirement I had. It is waterproof, extremely easy to take on and off by myself, and looks amazing. The customer service was very responsive and was able to assist me on the shipping details that were unique to my home. I will only recommend Peragon to my friends and family, you get quality.

Let me start out by saying I did a lot of research! For a month I asked other people about their bed covers, that I saw on their trucks, read reviews on sites, called companies about their bed covers, because let's be honest, this is no small investment, it's a pretty good chunk you are adding to your truck! I very rarely write a review, unless something impresses the hell out of me, or really really upsets me!
Rest assured when ordering this bed cover guys! It's well worth it! It looks absolutely amazing on the truck! I get compliments all the time about it, it works amazing, (just make sure after installing it, you leave it closed for a few days, so the seals can settle properly), I've noticed less cab noise on interstate since install, it's easy-to-use, and MADE IN AMERICA! I've called the company personally to ask questions, and they have amazing customer service!!! What else could you possibly ask for!! If you are like me, and you do your research, this is the one to buy!!! You will not be disappointed with this cover! Thank you Peragon for making a quality product, with American hands! We need more companies like you!

Great look and sturdy. Love it so far, one small issue is it does leak slightly from the last panel at back of bed. It does say though that it is not waterproof so I expected slight leak by somewhere. Again great look and built nicely just ensure to pay attention to the support videos because they are very helpful.

2022 Ford F-150
I recently purchased a new F-150 and after having a soft rolling tonneau cover on my previous truck, I knew I wanted something more substantial and that brought me to the Peragon bed cover. I purchased the powder coated version which I highly recommend and the lock provides great security. I was skeptical at first with this folding cover because of the snowmobiling environment I use my truck in. When I contacted peragon customer support and they told me that the cover is made and tested in Wisconsin winters, I knew this cover could withstand the cleveland elements. If I could provide any bit of advice it would be to be very attentive and careful during the install and to make sure the tailgate seal is installed properly. When I close my tailgate you can hear a serious thud letting me know that the seal is perfect. I would highly recommend the purchase of a Peragon truck bed cover.
