2022 Ford F-150
I selected the Limited HD option for the Xtreme Ruggedized Powdercoat, and the use of the Ford BoxLink for installation. The installation instructions are very good, with one exception; the use of the word “snug”. I was not sure if this meant that additional adjustments will be required, or if this meant “done” as it related to a specific fastener. I had issues with the right-side locking/opening mechanism providing sufficient clearance for the operation of the cover. I still have to push the right-side locking mechanism forward at the same time I am opening/closing the cover to avoid conflict.
Disappointed with the thickness of the Xtreme Ruggedized Powdercoat; it’s very thin. I was expected something that was more durable similar to a spray-on bed liner. If I had to reorder, I would have gone with one of the lower cost options; the Limited Option is just not worth the additional expense.
But the one issue in which I am most disappointed, is the movement of the cover as the truck is driven. It ripples; think of a stone throwed in a pond. This was totally unexpected. Not sure if this movement will reduce the longevity of the seals / bearings. If I had to shop for a cover again, I would select something with more rigidity.

2021 Toyota Tacoma
The quality of this product is outstanding and it looks sleek. It easily slides open/closed. The two way lock mechanism feels pretty sturdy. I am looking forward to protecting the gear in my truck.
Initially, I was concerned about having a snug fit between the rail seal and the truck bed rail, since the overlap looked narrow. Once aligned, I could see the dimensions and production were a tailored fit.
Installation was about 2.5 hours by myself - not bad for being 5’4” female with office-worker arms. Laying the rail assembly down and installing the panel into the rails was manageable by myself. I only needed help to slide the panels through the ramp gates, as it was much easier to align with one person on the driver’s side and the other on the passenger’s side.
I was pleasantly surprised by the mounting kit. From Peragon and customer installation videos, I was expecting clamps or to have to remove my cargo rails to make way for L-brackets + a thick stack of washers. Instead, the L-brackets attached to t-nuts that slid right into the factory deck rails. Also, slots on the L-brackets allowed me to adjust the height down from the truck bed rails, without needing washers.

Just wanted to say thank you for making an awesome product. I purchased my cover for my 2013 Ford F150 back in 2013 and it hasn't let me down yet. Honestly besides the original sticker fading and not quite as smooth on opening and closing as it used to be, it never fails. It is a great product and would recommend it to any truck owner.

2020 Ford F-250
Ordered the cover on Saturday. It shipped on Tuesday. And had it by noon on Wednesday, installed it Wednesday afternoon and I’m writing this review on Thursday. You cant get much faster than that. Went ahead and bought the Limited HD cover because I wanted the better Matte black powder coat finish, stainless steel hardware and 5 year warranty. Worth the extra money to me. Cover came well packaged and very organized. Anyone can install this cover if you watch the videos and follow the instructions. Very happy with my purchase. Looks great on my truck. Being a retired engineer, I’m very impressed by the mechanics of this design. Very well thought out.

2018 Toyota Tundra
I've had my Paragon bed cover for 5 years now, I installed it when I bought my truck. The installation was pretty much a breeze as I remember it... although reviewing the instructions before starting would have been a better idea than thinking that reading them a few days prior was good enough.
Anyway, I love this thing! I have about 60K miles on the truck and I have not had any problems with the bed cover. It's traveled around the country, wintered the Wisconsin snow and cold, and has been through about 200 car washes.
When I need the full truck bed, it's very easy to fold up, remove and throw into the back seat of the truck. Reinstallation is the same way, about a 30 second job.
The original reasons that I bought the Paragon were....
1, It's a locking hard top for secure storage, that I wanted for traveling.
2, When folded forward it only takes up a 6" to 8" piece of upper bed/box space and still leaves storage space below it. Virtually the same space as any of the vinyl roll-ups that I had in the past.
3, Watertight storage. Well, it's not 100% watertight... I'd estimate it at 96%. It's really pretty good on the water. After going through a high pressure wash with brushes I'd say that it's less that a spilled Leinenkugel's worth.... which is saying a lot for a 5 year old bed cover.
I did need to place a parts order today for a new gas strut which a friend mine bent while hauling an oversized load. I figured that after 5 years it's probably time to order new anyway so I'll replace them both.
Kudos to Heather for the phone help today. It took all of about 2 minutes for her to pull up my account, get me what I needed and get it heading my direction.
Anyway, great company, great cover and great follow up service!

(LOOK ELSEWHERE) I bought this cover thinking it would last as long as I had this truck. As far as the quality of materials, they are high quality and durable to a degree (I'll explain later). I've had the cover for 18 months now, rain, snow, camping, hauling, let's just say I use my truck, a lot. My first issue is despite what they advertise you cannot store anything within the first 14" near the front of the bed, unless its only 8" tall, because the cover needs space to roll into its folded position, if you have anything in the way you will not be able to close or open it back up without taking everything, and I mean everything out thru the tailgate, because you have to remove whatever is at the front of the bed blocking the opeing function. That being the case you would be better off with a canister roll up cover because the canister keeps your gear from interfering with the function of the cover. 2nd it is no where near the level of waterproof that they advertise, across every panel connection and on the edges water comes in. Iowa has its diversity of weather so thru 18 months I have seen it all. The only way I could keep the majority of the water out was by parking at an incline so that most of the water would roll off the cover befor it had a chance to get in. 3rd (this where the durability is lacking) one of the things I was concerned with that there advertising assured me would not happen, the top of the panels are showing wear marks from traveling with the cover open in the folded position. These marks have showed up after traveling short distances only a hand full of times, this happens because the panels are such a way that they rub on each other, move, and shift as you travel. So now i have these ugly oval wear marks on what was a nice shiny black cover. Bottom line the advertising is far from a fair description of what you get. For how much you pay for this cover there are plenty of other options for the same or less money that do allow you to use the entire bed of the truck, and despite there advertising do keep 99.9% of moisture out.

2019 Dodge Ram 2500
I will be the first to admit I don't have the patience to put anything together let alone put a tonneau cover on a truck. I'm going on a extended buying trip and realized i needed lockable storage for my truck bed since I didn't want.to drag a trailer half way across the US and back. In saying that I was able to install this in just over 2 hours by myself. Tech support is at your fingertips with the step by step videos to follow. Once installed it a easy working unit that looks slick on the back of my Ram. I couldn't be happier with this product!

2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500
I've had this cover almost 100 days. It is well made, seals out water as well as others I have had, and looks good on the truck. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for the way I use my truck. This is partially my fault for not thinking it through fully before I bought. However, customer service is outstanding. Heather was cheerful and very helpful with my return and the process was virtually seamless. This company walks the talk. That's rare these days. They're so nice, I almost feel guilty returning it.

2021 GMC Sierra 1500
I have had four of these bed covers over the last 10 years and have installed all of them by myself with very little effort. They secure the bed with the locking capability and are almost impenetrable. This last one has a problem with the one side not coming up all the way so I can lock it. I chatted on line with Heather and told her the problem I was having and without question is sending me a pair of new shocks free of charge. This kind of support is a big reason why I will always come back to peragon without question. The product is outstanding and support is even better.

2022 Ram 2500
After upgrading my Ram 1500 to a new 2022 Ram 2500, I obviously needed the perfect tonneau cover for my rig. After searching on the internet for literally "the perfect tonneau cover" I came across the Peragon cover. I read the reviews, viewed the videos, and bit the bullet (so to speak) for the limited HD. After purchasing the packages arrived quickly (3 days), remarkable. The instructions were clear and I appreciated the q-code scans in the printed instructions for the videos. As a teacher of 30+ years, I can tell you that they were extremely organized and easy to understand. I enthusiastically began the installation (after reading the instructions and viewing the videos as recommended of course), and here is where some of the problems began. First of all (backstory) I consider myself mechanically inclined to this sort of work -installed many truck components, fixed issues on engines, etc. However, this was no easy installation. I was hung up in two areas, 1. the word "snug" and 2. "do not overtighten." I get it, we are working with aluminum here, but still...these specific instructions need to be clarified (in my opinion) much like how they mention the torque for the "foot-pounds" for the easy clips. When installing the passenger side rail, the nut for the quick release was not tightened enough, eventually resulting in the rail "clip" becoming loose, and the panels falling off the rail and onto my leg..."ouch!" OK, I figured it out, backtracking and disassembling the work I had done to essentially start over. After I did this, and eventually adjusted the width of the rails near the tailgate to allow for a smooth transition for the bearings over the distance of the rails, everything seemed to fall into place (literally). As to the ratings, 1. "Strength & Durability" 90 because...well it is aluminum, not steel, 2. "Customer Support" = 0 only because I did not use them, but, I bet they are great! 3. "Ease Of Use" 90 because it is lightweight and is easy to remove and replace when I need to use the full bed (plus uses much less space than a rollup), and 4. "Ease of Installation," yeah, never believe the videos that make it look so simple. This certainly was not the easiest installation I have encountered. However, at the end of the day, this is by far THE MOST BEAUTIFUL and watertight tonneau cover that I have installed on any of the trucks I have owned. If I had to order this again...YES in less than a heartbeat!

2022 Ford F-250
This is a great product and improved my average mpg on a recent trip by 1.5 mpg which is significant on a 3/4 ton truck. The you tube installation videos were very easy to follow. My only issue was getting the bed rail clips to the recommended 1 degree angle. In the videos, it shows using two sets of channel locks to make the adjustment, but that really doesn't provide an equal bend across the entire clip. I used a couple of spacers on the top and bottom of the bracket to apply even pressure across the bend.

The Peragon truck cover is a great product, high quality, secure, easy to use and looks great on my truck. The customer service is outstanding. From ordering, to shipping, to installation instructions and videos through to after sale support. The gasket at the end of my cover loosened at the corner and Peragon immediately shipped a new one at no cost, complete with instructions on how to replace. I messed up trying to replace it and Peragon immediately shipped me again at no cost. I'll be more careful this time! The cover looks like it will last as long as my Toyota truck, which will be many years and many miles. I feel like Peragon will have my back for as long as I own the cover and I wouldn't be surprised if they supported whoever owns it after me. First rate product, first rate company.

I want to thank Heather in customer service, she was so helpful with my problem. We purchased a cover for my 2015 GMC 2500, we had it a month and decided to purchase a new truck. I talked with Heather and she told me of the 100 day guarantee. We sent our cover back per instructions and they sent a new cover for my new 2023 Chevy High Country. I love this cover, everything stays dry, it folds up to where I can still haul a truck load of hay, my fuel mileage went up 5 mpg and it looks great. It's good to know there is still a company in this day and time that stands behind it's product. Thank you so much and I'll recommend your company to everyone.
