My cover arrived damaged during shipping so I hesitated on opening it until speaking with Customer Service Rep (Jacob) who reassured me to open it and enjoy the cover. A day later I received an email with shipping notification of a new part to replace the damaged one. I was blown away by this company and their service to the customer. This was my first purchase but will definitely be a returning customer now.

2012 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
INSTALLED ONE ON MY 2012 CHEVY SILVERADO WHEN IT WAS NEW ! WASN'T TO BAD TO DO IT BY MYSELF, IT WAS THE STACKING OF WASHERS YOU HAD TO GET RIGHT WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM SUPPORT ! HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE OUTER SEAL COMING OFF WITH THE HEAT HERE ! REPLACED AND ADDED GLUE WITH THE TAPE AND THAT FIXED THE PROBLEM ! THE BEARINGS NEED TO BE OILED UP GOOD AND SPUN EVERY COUPLE YEARS FOR BETTER OPERATION ! THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE NOW IS IT LEAKS WATER BETWEEN THE PANELS ! SO THOSE SEALS MIGHT NEED TO BE REPLACED ! IT DON'T RAIN MUCH OTHER THAN THE RAINY SEASON HERE SO MUCH OF THE YEAR ITS USUALLY DRY UNLESS I WASH IT THEN EVERYTHING HAS TO BE OUT ! OTHER THAN THAT 13 YEARS AND I,M SATISFIED WITH IT !

2009 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
I needed a solid locking tonneau cover for hauling musical equipment, keeping it out of sight, and keeping it dry. I also do other "truck things" like haul motorcycles, firewood, bricks top soil and whatever home owner DIY stuff I need to do. Your product fit the bill, install was involved but easy. I have concerns about the 4" bolts used for stand offs for the ramps. With my bed, a 2.5 inch 5/16 -18 bolts would do the trick. I was hauling a load of firewood and I need to be careful loading around those bolts, I didn't want to smack one with a log of hedge and deform or break. That is my only concern with this well made and designed tonneau cover.
Support was fantastic. Something was up with the original lock tumbler or, more likely I did something to break it. I called support, they warrantied the tumbler, I received and installed it. It's worked great since.

Really nice truck bed cover! Instructions were so easy and there were videos as well but one part said to put the clips somewhere between a section.. we did that but we didn’t put them in the correct “somewhere between” so we got stuck on that part for a bit. We figured it out eventually and works great!

Generally pleased with the cover, fairly easy to install, looks great. Only complaint, and one that may resolve itself as it is worked in, is that it cannot be opened with one person. I push down after the first panel and it just kind of moves down on the side I am pushing and the passenger side does not also move down so they can be opened. It requires a person each side to begin making them collapse and move forward down the rails.

2023 Honda Ridgeline
This is my 2nd bed cover and I purchased the white top both times. These are solid covers and very easy to remove and reinstall if needed. I'm in Florida with that brutal sunshine. I don't need to worry about vinyl cracking or burning my hands on black tops which is all that you can find out there.

This cover looks beautiful and being able to have it collapse underneath is great. However, you have to be careful when loading the bed because you lose about a foot of space in the back due to the folding mechanisms and rails. We spent a lot of time installing, watching videos and re-reading each step. It took a while but we got it level and secure. We did try to use the customer support number but unfortunately never able to speak to someone. We drove across country and through some storms. We did wait until the top was dry to unload since water would get between the panels. Unfortunately, when we got to our destination we found out water was able to get in somewhere and much of our stuff was wet along the corners. Although this is probably on of the prettiest covers I’ve seen and I do like the lock, I would probably purchase the other kind I was looking at if I had to do it again where I don’t lose space and would have to wait for cover to dry to open.

Very easy to install. Maybe I was just luck once it was installed no additional adjustments were necessary. The bed cover worked perfectly the first time. I was prepared for hydraulics not to push the cover up all the way. Guess what it pushed the bed panels in place first time. I still locked it for the first 48 hours. Have had no problems. Only thing I was missing 2 nuts from the box. No big deal as I had some of my own on hand.

Cons-
You can’t fill the bed and close it (or open it). This is the biggest one for me. We camp and need to secure a generator and bikes in the bed along with a few tools. The lid sections restrict the use of the last 20% of the bed near the cab making laying the bikes flat in the bed difficult.. This may cause is to get a different cover.
Although installation was ok, we've had to make adjustments several times in one area that seems to come off the rails frequently.
(If this review seems similar to another one it's because we had similar issues and I copied & edited his post because it saved me time.)

Give a 3 star, because I ordered my cover on the 30th of Sept, it took them a week for pending payment, and 3 days for pending shipment. Don't expect to get your cover 5-7 business days. I'm at 2 weeks and it's now being shipped. It would be nice if they would communicate that it takes them forever to accept payment and to start shipment for something that's almost $2k. This is very upsetting.

Extremely satisfied with my Peragon bed cover. It has great appearance, keeps my gear out of site, and keeps water out better than I anticipated. I like a clean truck. I work in construction and run my truck through the car wash 3-5 times a week. Very minor amounts of water make it into the bed.
I had to make a few adjustments after installation to level the cover for it to slide along the tracks without force but an easy fix. I highly recommend Peragon bed covers.

Love the product overall, having a bed cover that can be easily removed and not made of fabric is great. I’ve had it on my truck for a few months and it’s awesome.
The customer service is what really sets Peragon apart. Probably one of the best, if not the best. I had an issue and they went well beyond what I thought they might do. Their customer service staff was proactive and very helpful.
If I ever have to get a different truck in the future I’m coming straight to Peragon first!
