It takes a minute to install a quality product. No big deal. I was concerned about how much water will get in. Again, no big deal. Photos show the bed after the first trip to the car wash. MINIMAL amount of water made it into the truck bed.

I’ve only had it on the truck for a couple weeks and so far, I love it! Due to my truck being a single cab, and having it be my only vehicle, I needed a very versatile tonneau cover. After thinking through my use case, I found this cover to be my best option! I gotta haul my fishing gear around so at times an open bed is necessary, and hauling my kayak also requires that. I needed a very secure cover since I travel with expensive gear for hunting, and off roading frequently, and this is very secure.
To be honest, it is a little cumbersome to get open and folded up, but I’m getting used to it. Also to remove the panels all together is a very attractive feature to me if I want my full bed back, but I will say, having to remove those set screws on the hinges is a little annoying. Also it would be nice if the little stand offs to support the panels when fold, were not 3D printed and were nice aluminum pieces instead.

Over all I’d highly recommend this product so far but we’ll see how it holds up to time and a lot of miles on dirt.

The installation instructions were well planned. I was able to install the cover in a couple of hours. It looks awesome and keeps everything in the bed if the truck secure. And as a bonus since putting on the cover I’m getting about 2 miles per gallon better fuel economy.

First, and maybe most importantly, the service from this company is on point. That's something most companies don't pay attention to, or focus on, but Peragon is obviously very serious about supporting their customers, and I appreciate that. I didn't need to reach out to anyone, but the level of interaction, follow up, and supporting documentation was impressive. Written, digital, and video manuals sent repeatedly made it almost impossible to hunt for instructions. Love it. Now, let's talk about the cover itself. It showed up in two boxes, both manageable and packed very well. Once opened and all laid out, the instructions made it easy enough to follow along. One of my favorite things is the stamping on each piece to know exactly which one you're grabbing. No stickers to fall off! The parts bags were also labeled, and in the correct order to go from one end to the other for each part you need for the install (thought put in to make this easy for the consumer). Installation went pretty smoothly by myself, with only a couple things that took some tweaking (which may be a variance in vehicle honestly). The guide to set the height for the rails was a little low for my tailgate to close properly and needed adjusted up slightly (very minor tweak at the end). And there were just a couple of things that said to tighten bolts where I had to loosen them back up for adjustments (again, very minor). Once those adjustments were made it fit beautifully. It looks fantastic. Sleek, pretty, and secure. Operation is reasonably smooth, but I expect it to smooth out with use as time goes on. Mostly, the release latches are stiff in the locked position, but I'm guessing they'll wear in a bit and be great. As-is they're still not bad, and I'm nit picking things that aren't "perfect", but are still quite good to be fair. If I could make one change to the cover it would simply be to have a little more reinforcement in the panels themselves. I appreciate the lightweight construction and ability to remove them in seconds (the deciding factor on this cover), but I would gladly sacrifice a few extra pounds for some additional reinforcement, giving the panels a higher weight rating when closed. I can also see them flex going down the road from the wind. Not extensively, and not flapping like a soft cover, but the buffeting wind is enough to put pressure and flex them. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this cover. The install was at least as good as expected, the quality seems to be very good, the customer service is stellar, and it serves exactly the purpose I wanted it to. Overall, it gets a 95/100 for me!

I'm happy with my Peragon cover, so far. Installation was slow, as not all of my parts were labeled, but the install video helped tremendously! I am a shorter, middle-aged woman and I have to crawl up in the bed to open it all the way. It's inconvenient, but I just dont have the strength or heighth to slide it open from outside the truck. I also discovered it is not 100% waterproof, after going through the car wash, but it's still a whole lot better than no cover at all. I'm a little annoyed that they sold me a tailgate seal kit, because after I installed it, I could not close my tailgate. I had to cut most of it off.

This is my second Peragon tonneau cover (2nd truck), and I wouldn't consider anything else. Peragon products are extremely well crafted with quality materials, and hold up well over time and (ab)use. The installation is easy, but takes some time if you want to ensure everything is perfect like I do. One thing that really surprised me was how much I like the internal locking system on the new model. The cover is very simple to operate, and is also very secure.

I can’t really speak to the durability as I have only had the cover for a month.
It is relatively easy to use.
Install took about three hours. If you have done it before I suspect you could do it in half that time. The videos were very helpful. I did not contact customer support but there was lots of options for doing so. They have a heavier cover but it is not yet available for my truck. I probably would have got that one if it was available.

This is a great fitting cover that is built very well. The install instructions were perfect and I have never seen a QR code install like that ever. All others who have instructions should take note.
