From ordering to installation, the process was very smooth. Received the cover earlier than anticipated. No issues with delivery and drop off of the cover. The installation was simple and quick (30 minutes) with standard tools. The instructions are easy to follow and YouTube videos were helpful before receiving the cover.
The cover looks great, sturdy, and functions as advertised. Had a scouting trip where it rained quite a bit and the bed stayed dry. I just recently installed it and so far I really like this cover it functions great for my purpose and lifestyle. Look forward to many years of use!

Packaging was impressive, very well thought out and implemented. Instructions were easy to follow. I had to adjust sideplay, chose to do front only as rear section was within parameters, tracks fine now. Looks great, functions well, all I expected it to be. Videos on U-tube were my primary installation guide.

Absolutely love my truck bed it fit my 2024 Chevy 1500 and I recently just got a 2026 GMC and it fits on that as well. I love it.

2025 Ram 1500
This is a great bed cover!, it’s easy to operate (even for an old guy), the day after I installed it, I needed to haul a load of stuff that I had bought at an auction, I was able to fold the cover up and push it to the front of the bed, I had plenty of room for several totes at the front of the bed under the cover while the bigger stuff fit nicely in the back uncovered portion of the bed,, I was able to use the whole bed with no problems. Since that day, I’ve taken the truck down several dusty gravel roads with no dust intrusion around the cover and I’ve also taken it through a car wash and no water got through the cover, it’s pretty impressive. It’s a little more expensive than some other bed covers, but worth every penny.

Received my order, all was good. My son and I found the instructions a little difficult, especially with sound quality was bad to none. Other than that all went very well. Looks are great, and have gotten many compliments.

If I wouldn't have needed to go buy a torque wrench, I would have had the install completed (by myself) in 15 minutes. It was crazy easy! It's ultra-durable, and looks great. I've already recommended it to many friends and relatives. My only concern for my older relatives is that it might be too heavy for them to open by themselves, or too heavy for them to control the descent. Other than that, I love it.

Love it, love it, love it. It looks really nice in my Tacoma. The video for installation was very helpful. There’s a little resistance in opening and closing the cover but it’s not a deal breaker.

2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
Did not use customer support...no grade to give. Strength and durability...appear to be solid, does leak at the front behind the truck cab. There are gaps where the gaskets stop.
Ease of use...currently takes two individuals to open, don't know if something is too tight or will relax and work better with time.
Ease of installation...not going to lie, it was a chore. Nothing like your online video.
Per your instructions, I let the cover closed for two days to set gaskets...then took of tape on the back ends and one side of the foam gasket tore. My want to think about changing this to a more durable silicone gasket.
All that said, it is solid, locks my tools in and I look forward to putting it to use.
