What kind of company is this? Where did the Paragon company even come from because I am literally at a loss for words.... I have a brand new 2025 Toyota Tundra and I just happened to stumble across Paragon through a random Facebook add. I decided to purchase their bed cover 6 or 7 months ago. Yes they were expensive and I mean expensive however, I have always lived by the motto. 'I am too poor to buy cheap". Let those words sink in for a moment. "I am too poor to buy cheap" meaning I cannot afford cheap stuff that will only last me a month.

Not knowing the Paragon brand I took a huge risk with their expensive bed cover however, I was not disappointed even 7 months later. This was by far the best purchase I have ever made and I am proud to be a Paragon customer even as an Army veteran.

Now let me take this a step further because their amazingness does not stop there. A few months ago I got a letter from them saying there was a safety recall on my cover. They told me to discontinue using it until they could figure out a fix. Now I will admit I ignored the letter because I love my cover and I did in fact have issues with it and knew exactly what they were talking about but I'm just a local driver so it was not a big deal. The other day I received a package from them with another letter saying that they had fixed the issues and had included all the new parts to remedy the recall.

Are you freaking kidding me? A company who literally probably, more than likely took a huge financial hit in order to make sure this issue was resolved for all of their customers? But wait, like shut your mouth and sit down because there is more. Not only did they send me the parts to fix the recalled parts. But the also had upgraded a lot of the original parts and sent me the upgrades too. "Are you kidding me?" You're not only going to fix your original problems but also and me upgraded parts for free?

Paragon, I love you, you have amazing business practices and you truly do care about your customers.

Ps. The upgraded parts were waterproofed covers for the locking mechanisms and hand turns screws for the panels. Amazing amazing amazing upgrades.

This company is truly for the people.

This bed cover give my Toyota Tacoma a really good look. It’s more sporty and it fits perfectly. The instillation is a little tricky but if you follow the instructions , you would’nt have any problem. The video is a big help too

Super easy to install. Alignment adjustment took a little longer due to minimal space to work with. End result is superior to anything else I've seen. I love th strength and the security of locking items in the truck bed and not worrying about someone breaking in. Also, tried to get water inside the bed after installation using high pressure hose. I failed!

A friend bought your top of the line bed cover. I was very impressed but having a 5th wheel hitch I could not use the cover so I went with the retractable cover that fits inside of the truck bed. Installed the cover and tested it. Looked awesome and worked great......until I reinstalled my hitch head and clunk. The panels dragged against the hitch head prematurely and would not allow the cover to close. This is where received my 5 star service. I reached out to Peragon. They were the epitome of professionalism and sent me a pre paid label for both boxes. I dropped the boxes at FedEx and they refunded all but a small restocking charge even though I had fully assembled and installed the cover. If I ever stop using the 5th wheel hitch then Peragon will be the cover I put on my 2022 F250. I am not easily impressed these days with companies but this company backs up their promise. Well done Peragon!!

Somewhat easy installation took a out 1.5 hours all in all. The video is very helpful. This thing is stout functional and looks great! I love the matte color as well. It has 0 rattle when driving.

After installing per the instructions, the cover is straight and even from front to back and side to side within 1mm. Engineered to perfection to fit the specific truck. The way the panels go on and off and move front to back is genius. There is no reason not to buy this cover for your truck!

Opening is somewhat difficult. The height of my bed doesn't help, but I'd like to have a lever or something underneath by the tailgate. Otherwise, the cover looks awesome, keeps water out very well, and is secure. Installation took a little while, but overall not terribly difficult.

I love my new Peragon sliding top to cover my Ram pickup!! The installation could have taken a little less time than I wished but any job worth doing is worth doing right. Of course, the rain here in Michigan during the installation didn't help. I read the instructions and watched the video before and during the install to be sure everything was going right. When I finished, the top slid perfectly!! No adjustments were necessary! The top slides smoothly both in and out. I had a couple of very small leaks after the all day rain storm. But they can be stopped with a little weather-stripping in the front corners. I love having a strong secure large dry place to store my stuff when I travel. Thank you Peragon!
