My bed cover really sets off the look of my truck off. The installation was not that difficult with the help of another person. It operates as it should. I did not have to call for assistance to install the cover as the instructions were very detailed. READ THEM BEFORE YOU START! The sales person was very helpful and I received the cover earlier than expected. Good job guys! I will recommend Peragon to everyone.

Customer service is AWESOME! I am not the original owner of my truck but whoever had it mad the right choice with this cover. As far as durability i pretty sure the little damage to the rollers i have that are a little warped are due to the previous owner not completely understand how it works. However even with the abuse it looks like it was put through and whomever installed it somewhat off it still works like a champ. Customer service is by far the best I've ever dealt with, with quick responses and quick shipping to save me for my up and coming trip. THANK YOU VERY MUCH Rebecca!

I'm an engineer and business owner so I went about researching truck covers seriously. There are none that are perfect for every application, but this one is great.
Value: I almost missed Peragon because they sell direct. This means that they don't heavily populate the first page of Google searches. Do NOT judge them or their product by this.
In fact, we get much more for our money because they do not pay dealers. This cover is an outrageous value.
Customer Service: Peragon's service is among the best I've experienced in any industry. I would have given them a 200% rating. Even if you have decided to buy something else you should call them just to experience customer service as it should be everywhere.
Judging from online discussion groups, most other companies provide terrible customer service. That was confirmed when I talked to their dealers. Most lacked product knowledge and only seemed interested pushing product out the door.
Great product quality and great customer service go hand in hand.
Installation: The installation instructions are the best I've ever seen anywhere. Many steps are backed up with short online videos. Still, the installation will take 2-3 hours if you are careful. At times, you'll want the assistance of a second person.
I ordered SS hardware. The instructions remind us that stainless bolts/nuts will gull if you don't lubricate them. Gulling occurs as you tighten nuts. It will make torqueing inaccurate, and may cause threads to "weld" together. Do as they suggest and lightly lubricate the threads prior to installation.
Ease of Use: I like how this cover operates. It opens and closes quickly and easily.
You will sometimes read that the cover will operate smoother after it has time to "break-in". You can help this along by lightly lubricating the roller tracks. I used the tip of my finger to apply a very light coat of Purple Extreme along the entire track. (Any non-dirt-attracting lub should do, e.g.silicon). My cover immediately worked much smoother.
Strength and Durability: The product gets a 100, but of course only time will tell. The Arizona sun will destroy the vinyl, rubber and plastic s used extensively by most other manufacturers. Many other covers appear to be good for 2-3 years in my location.
Except for the necessary seals the Paragon cover is all metal.
Security: I ordered the deadbolt option. It's strong and I have no hesitation about leaving valuables, like skis, in the bed overnight.
Other Features: When the cover is retracted it takes up very little space. I like this because I sometimes haul bikes in the bed.
The cover can also be removed. It's a quick procedure ... no tools and takes about a minute with a some practice.
Peragon can also paint your cover. They appear to be the only retractable cover company that can color match to your spec. That's likely because the cover is all metal.
I rarely write reviews but I had to this time. I love this company and the product.

I followed instructions step by step and the install went very smooth. The wife insisted on helping...installed in about 2 hours. I made one slight adjustment the next day which made the cover roll smoothly. The peragon cover looks amazing and the functionality it great. Very little water gets in the bed during hard rain as expected.

2015 Nissan Frontier
I installed your cover a day after I received it. I am just now getting to write you and send pictures attached. I installed this by myself with no help. It took me about 5-6 hours taking my time. I was in no rush. For the record, I am a short guy so not a big deal for most to do it by themselves if they are willing not to rush the job and lay it out on the floor ahead of time.The installation was pretty easy. As an auto truck mechanic for many years all went pretty much as the instructions were written. I think they could be simplified a little more with some actual pictures. I had to
call for some clarifications and was helped immediately.
I would like to suggest to anyone who has a Nissan with the utili track system not to use the bed extender, it will work but I think you will be better off with the cargo net which is really a metal net. I have both and the net works best.
The net is easily removed where as the bed extender is difficult.

I love my Peragon truck bed cover! It opens and closes very smoothly and looks great. I have received many compliments on the cover and am very happy with my gift/purchase.
I was updated with information about my cover shipping and received accurate tracking information. Within minutes of delivery I received a phone call from Jacob encouraging me to not hesitate to call if I had any problems with installation. Their customer service is amazing; they truly care about their customers and take pride in their product.
Printed directions were included in the box as well as the URL for many helpful installation videos. Overall, the information and videos were very excellent. I wish that there were more videos; there were a few gaps that I had to use the paper instructions and a video would have been helpful.

I visited the Paragon web site numerous times over the past year; looking, studying, comparing, going through all the steps to make the order but always pulling back at the last second. Boy, am I glad I finally did, and boy and I happy with my purchase. Here is what I can tell you: Yes, it is as solid as they say it is. Yes, it is as easy to snap in and out as they say it is. Yes, the customer service is as good as they say it is. And finally, I will tell you I have been driving through down pours for the last three days, at highway speeds, and the only water that gets in the bed of my truck are the few drops that fall when I open the tailgate. I am proud to support a company with solid Christian values!

Really nice product! I ordered the factory paint-matched version and the finish looks like it was painted with the truck. Customer service was very courteous and helpful and there are plenty of instructional videos on YouTube that detail the installation procedure. I received my Peragon bed cover earlier this week. It actually arrived on the estimated ship date. Talk about fast service. The installation was a breeze when using the suggested videos. Love the color match, flexibility and overall look. The Peragon cover is more versatile that other options. It was noisy to start at high speed, but customer support provided instructions on how to quite the cover down from vibrations--now it is super smooth and quite. Highly recommended!

2013 Ford F-150
I have on order my 3rd Peragon tonneau cover. My first was the standard black which was all that was available at the time for my 2011 F-150. I sold that truck and purchased a new 2013 to find the new paint to match option from Peragon. I ordered that immediately and installed it in April of 2014. Unfortunately vandals destroyed that cover in April of 2015 and I am currently waiting on my next one to be built. Peragon not only helped me with everything I needed to get my claim filed with insurance, but they followed up numerous times to make sure I had everything I needed too.
I have either worked directly in or been indirectly part of the aftermarket automotive parts industry for the better part of 15 years. In that time I have NEVER seen a company that cares as much about their customers not only for the sale and during the sale, but after the sale, as much as Peragon does. Many places get your money, get your part to you, and wash their hands. This has never been and hopefully never will be the case with Peragon. This service and care is what has brought me back to them for now a 3rd time.
Everything about the product itself is made top notch and even though the vandals destroyed the Peragon cover when breaking into it, they couldn't get into the bed of my truck to steal anything. It stood up to the abuse and protected the bed and its contents from would be thieves. It is terribly unfortunate that it happened, but again, Peragon stepped up and stood behind their product and helped their customer when most places probably wouldn't have.
Heath and his staff are beyond incredible in what they do, what they build, the product they put out, and the service before, during, and after the sale that they provide. I will probably always own a truck and if Peragon is an option, any future truck I have will certainly have their products on it.

I am on my second Peragon Truck Bed Cover. They are easy to install and have held up great under the Florida sunshine. Though I was happy with my original cover, Peragon has improved the covers and they are more water tight. I will buy another one when I buy my next truck.

It looks great on my 2014 gmc sierra and let's very little water in.The only thing it takes two people to install the first time and takes roughly 4 hrs.i am extremely satisfied with it and customer service is the best I have ever experienced!!!
