I looked at bed covers for quite awhile before the Peragon ad popped up on Facebook... I was hooked.
I installed it mostly by myself on my F150, my wife helped flip the frame over and lift it up to the bed. It took about two hours because I kept running back in the house to watch the next segment of installation videos. All went well and I was so happy with the results that the next day I showed it to a buddy at work and he promptly bought one for his Honda. I helped install his after work one day in the parking lot. with my experience and his help, we knocked it out in about 45 minutes.
Review... the cover has been on my truck for 7 months, it has worked flawlessly. There are only two things to note.
1. When opening on a hot sun-shiny day in Texas you will burn your hand.
2. If you put anything in the bed when the cover is closed, be sure that it can't slide forward and block the panels from folding down.
Don't let either of these things stop you from choosing the Paragon cover, it is the best.

This is an excellent product. Once you understand how it works the installation is not a problem. Tutorials are excellent and very informative. I had a slight problem with crosswinds on the highway at 70 miles and hour rattling the metal panels. I worked closely with Jacob at paragon where we decided it was the front crossmember seal. He sent me a seal to extend the existing front seal to make it longer and thereby staying tucked underneath the front crossmember. I also added a portion of their tailgate seal to this area to press up the front seal. It completely eliminated the problem. Jacob was great and quick to follow up. I am a satisfied customer and very happy with the product.

Great product, not to mention great looking. Fairly easy to install, good video on installation. So far bed is staying dry and we have had some wet weather even some snow. Only thing I have an issue with is the locking mechanism, in my opinion it needs the "extra" rod that is not included found that weight of snow pushed down on the right side of cover and might cause leaking if setting for a period and thawed.

The installation process is very easy with the help of the videos. It took me just under two hours to complete the install. One of the panels already has a small ding it from the underside, which is frustrating, but I don't know if i did that during install or if it came that way. I did not need to reach out to customer support, however it is clear that they take pride in quality customer support. The bed cover is somewhat easy to use, mine is a little stiff, so i need to make a few adjustments. My truck bed is fairly high, and so retracting the bed cover can be a little bit difficult to reach, but outside of that, its fairly simple. I love the cover, and glad i purchased the one i did.

When I purchased my Paragon cover a few years ago, I wanted one that was strong and good looking. My objectives were fully met by this cover; since then a roller broke on the rear panel, so I emailed Paragon to purchase a new one. To my surprise, the response I received from Paragon support was amazing. They said they would send me a new roller at no charge, and I received it in a few days. so not only did I receive a great product, I also received great support! Needless to say, my cover is back on my truck and working perfectly.

Very happy with the look and construction of the cover. Really like that it is both lockable and removable. I used the video installation instructions and was very pleased. USE THE INSTALLATION VIDEO. Next to impossible to assemble incorrectly if you watch to video.

I bought a Peragon cover a little over a year ago. Installed it and it worked flawlessly, I recently had to take the entire system off (rails and all). When I was putting it back on for some reason I couldn't get the passenger side rail to work smoothly as it should. I emailed Peragon and talked with Jacob, he replied super quick and talked with me for a couple days until I could get it figured out, he even went as far as to send me a new roller that goes between the tailgate panel and adjacent panel. Long story short, I would recommend a Peragon cover to anyone. The quality is awesome but the customer service is above and beyond anything I've ever experienced. Talking to someone that actually cares whether or not you get your problem taken care of is a great feeling!

Packages arrived as described and on time. One package had a slight tear but no damage to contents. Contents were well packaged. Installation went as described in video. Only change was I went with the bolt on clamps instead of the drill type. Followed instruction paper that came with the bolt on clamps instead of the video. Also installed the tailgate seal. Alignment was easy for the cover. Used speed square and tape measure. I have recommended cover to others already.
