I recently purchased a cover for my 2018 Silverado and received same within a few days. I watched the installation videos several times and they were extremely helpful. I ran into some difficulty when trying to adjust the rails and called Peragon customer support. Jacob was very helpful and patient. In fact the day before I was leaving for Wyoming he spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get the panels to slide more easily. It seems that one of the panels had a defective bracket which caused it to bow and create friction. I also think that maybe my installation was off a little bit adding to the problem. Jacob stayed way past quitting time trying to get things working before my trip

Unfortunately, we could n’t get it fixed and I told him I could call when I got back. When I got back home in Illinois I asked Jacob if I could bring the truck to their factory since we would be in Wisconsin. He asked and find out that under these unique circumstances we could bring It to the factory.

When I got to the factory I was met by Becca who quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced all of the panels, adjusted the rails and was done in just over an hour. During the whole process she was professional and explained what she was doing. That is old fashioned customer service!

I apologize for the length of this review but I think it is important to recognize this type of service which is something that has seemed to all but vanish in our country.

I would definitely buy Peragon again and recommend them without reservation!

I bought Peragon truck bed cover in 2011 and it performed well. The product stood up over the years. Only complaint I have is that the rubber seal on the side rails provided by the company failed after 5 years. The rubber seemed to shrink and the glue that held it in place was no longer effective. End result is a truck bed full of water every time it rains and rubber seals that fell off. Called Peragon for support and was given advice to use rubber cement to glue them back, which did not work and on followup, got an "oh well, its been a few years and there's nothing we can do".

I had shopped around at other bed covers and decided that this one fit the bill. With the help of my son, we installed this in a short amount of time. We had one small problem which was human error and made the correction in seconds. once we got the cover on the bed, I found that the tailgate would not latch. We then went into the bed & loosened the hold down bolts and tapped the rails jut a smidge to allow the tailgate to latch and still maintain a seal with the cover. Pretty much the perfect cover for me. I like the look and how it fit on the bed of the truck. I have already recommended this cover to others.

I'm 65 yrs old a I installed this myself in 2 hours. I love they way it looks on my truck and the Peragon cover now gives me multiple configurations I can use in the bed on my truck. The cover is well made and I look forward to many years of use.

I have owned 2 of this covers and each time got better for my Tundra. The first version was thin and would vibrate a little. The mounting hardware was to hard to use, so I made my own. No problems opening, closing, or leaking. During a hail storm it was damaged but still didn't leak and insurance paid for its replacement. The second cover was much better, thicker, and the seams were also reinforced; The hardware was almost exactly to the modifications I had made to the mounting hardware and very easy to install, in fact minutes to install.
The only Con is that the rollers rust out and freeze up and are pressed on and unable to replace. If you have issues opening, closing, or leaking its something you did wrong, well I park my truck in a driveway and the water all drains right off no leaks. Some truck beds bend and torque when not in level ground and at times even the tailgates bind to a point they wont open.
Just bought a new 2019 GMC Sierra and looking to buy one for it......

I read the manual and watched the video a couple of times. I had one question about the rail brackets .. posted my question online and had my answer the next morning .. OUTSTANDING support. Installation went well and the find product exceeds my expectations. I have used other brands in the past that fold upward and they have issues … this design is great and works so easily. I am recommending to all my friends that are in the market for a hard cover.

I wanted a hard cover for my 2017 Colorado. I was researching flip and fold tops, when an ad for Peragon popped up. When I viewed the Paragon ad I saw it meet all my wants: Hard cover, Easy to open, Lockable, Easy to remove if needed, I preferred it not block my vision out the back window. and bonus it works well with my Headache rack with a slight modification of a shim under the rack. (Note: most headache racks do not sit low across the back as this one does so shimming would not be necessary.)
I watched all the install videos and looked for other independent reviews on a number of web sites.
There is no perfect top but this one is as close as I could come to the perfect top.
I decided this was the top that was going on my Colorado. In placing my order I had some questions. I sent an email on a Sunday afternoon. Monday morning I had an answer. That is customer service.
I had no problems with following the instructions and videos.
I found watching the videos then reading the instruction before doing the install made the actual install go pretty smooth. The only issue I have, I find it a little difficult to get the gas pistons behind the ramps when removing the top. "

This was extremely difficult for me to install. The instructions and video are a little helpful but are missing many important steps. My advice after installing the rails slide in the panels from the rear tailgate section so you can get the correct fit. The ramp explanation is worthless. But the ramps are a very important factor in the installation. Customer support was A+++. Always available. Now installed I like them and I'm glad I bought them.

Precision Fit!! Awesome Cover!!
I am extremely happy with the product, it took longer than expected to complete the installation since I was alone, however, the installation videos and manual instructions were properly prepared. I found the Gorilla Glue was more of a pain than a solution.
Highly Recommend the product for any Honda Ridgeline Owners!

All I can say is I’m glad I went with Peragon Truck Bed Covers. Awesome customer service, easy installation, super easy to understand and straight forward instructions. Nothing can explain how happy that I’m able to use the whole bed space by removing the panels and also having peace of mind when locking my bed cover. Overall awesome product made with great materials and made in USA.

Cover was delivered 4 days after shipped. While waiting for the cover I watched the online video instructions several times to familiarize myself with the install. After examining the parts I was somewhat disappointed with the lack of paint on the undersides of the railes. Online support ensured me that this was not a problem because of the aluminium construction, but I sprayed them with paint anyway. During the install I found the Quick Clamps made the entire installation a breeze. Once the clamps were installed and leveled the rest of the process went without a hitch. When the install was completed and I showed my friends they were more than impressed with the cover.
