I'll start by saying I love the idea and design being this cover. That is why I purchased. The cover provides a nice sleek, shiny look that complements my black King Ranch nicely. I also pull a 42' Fifth wheel RV which was a major factor in the selection of this cover. The cover came pretty quickly, even at the beginning of Covid. after 6 months of use I would like to share my honest review.

When I was originally researching covers I stumbled across this cover. I thought each panel would a fairly thick panel. That isn't the case. Which I only found out ofter the cover was delivered and I opened the box. The panels are simply ~1/16" formed metal. Still pretty sturdy.

On to installation:
Installation is easy, but very difficult to "fine tune" due to the brackets included in the "premium" kit. The brackets clamp to the underside of the bed rails. From there you must shim the cover rails to the clamps with washers to prevent bind as the cover slides. Somewhat of a trial and error task. I was able to complete the entire installation on my own.

Pros:
The cover is EASY to completely remove.
The cover retracts INTO the bed, allowing me to see thought the rear window to view the coupling process of my fifth wheel hitch.
One easy push retracts the entire cover.
Color matches perfectly.
Comes with seal kit for tailgate

Cons:
The cover does not clear a fifth wheel hitch. I must use a bungee to keep the hitch head flat and level so the cover can slide past.
When traveling open, you are instructed to tie pull string around the panels to keep from moving. Requiring you to climb into the bed.
The pull string, while convenient for the operation, is always in the way.
The cover makes ANY storage in front of a fifth wheel hitch completely impossible. ALL of this space is used for the cover to slide and retract.
Anything that slides forward during travel blocks the cover from opening. Requiring you to climb into the bed, under the cover, to clear the blockage.
Any debris or water on the cover will end up in the bed of the truck if you open it with said materials on the cover at the time. Which sucks when its raining and you need to open it.
Does leak. Even if installed and adjusted properly.

Overall:
A decent cover that won't break the bank. While better than nothing, it isn't without its drawbacks. Unfortunately for me, with a fifth wheel hitch, cause more unusable space than usable. The ability to see through the rear window while the cover is open is still a huge plus.

I am impressed by this cover. The quality is second to none and the finish is great. The installation videos were a huge help. I took my time installing this and spent a couple hours making minor adjustments for the perfect fit. I will be recommending this to my friends. Great product and American made!

I spent several months researching truck covers, reading and watching reviews and decided to pull the trigger on the Peragon. I could not be happier with my choice! Installation took about 4 hours- I highly suggest watching all the install videos a couple of times while waiting for your cover to arrive then once again when you get the shipping notification. By the time my cover arrived I was well prepared for the install- the instructions that come with your cover are specific for your make, model and year and with those and the videos installation is not difficult at all! It looks great on my truck and offers great protection for anything I place in the bed. It is unbelievable bang for the buck IMHO!

I love this cover. I have seen dozens of covers before and fell in love with this one after the demo. I purchased it last year (2019) but waited until warm weather this year (2020) to install. I had a helper lined up to help because I am 77 years old and physically challenged and only 5' 5" and my 4-wheel pickup is way too tall for me. However, covid 19 took away my helper (fear only) so I had to install it myself. It took about 6/7 hours and I'm sure it isn't installed exactly like it should be but it works very well. I can even reach up to press the panel to open it without my step stool. I strongly recommend this cover to anyone looking for a cover for their truck or even a gift for a loved one. I am however anxious to see just what a mid-west hail storm would do to this cover. Thank you Paragon for being so helpful and responsive to my troubles and needs.

Awesome cover. The build quality and fitment of the cover is excellent. I really like that the panels are painted aluminum and not covered in a fabric. This cover is replacing an old one that the vinyl had started to come apart from a different manufacturer. The cover fits very nicely over the tailgate to give a better seal against the water. The order process was very easy and had great communication. It took me 3 hours to install the cover by myself. My old cover was a roll up cover that had a canister and I was a little worried that my air compressor and tank would get in the way of this cover, but I did not have to make any changes to it.

The day the truck bed arrived I installed it!
It looks nice and it feels nice, I get compliments every single time. Installation wasn’t too bad, I read the instructions and also referred to the installation videos.
I understand with covid everything has slow down quite a bit, but to my taste it took too long to deliver from the day I purchased it (4-5 weeks). Quality is great and I am very pleased with it.

What a company! We bought one of their covers for our 2016 F250 one year ago and never installed it on the truck. We bought a 2020 F250 and I called to see if the 2016 cover would fit the 2020. The agent was quick to find out the panels would fit but I needed new bed rails. Since the 2016 bed rails were still never unpacked, they offered to exchange the bed rails for the ones that would let the cover fit our 2020. This is customer service at it's best!!! Pricing is good. its sturdy and adds a new look to my truck. I specifically chose this cover because it can fold out of the way and if I still need extra space I can remove it altogether easily. instructional videos were very clear, detailed and helpful although it is not as simple as they make it seem. definitely recommend the quick clamps. and also just a heads up, when youre watching the video on assembling the rails you have to keep in mind that you are assembling them upside down so once you go to install itll all fit correctly. it is not %100 waterproof but not enough water gets in to b*tch about.

Such an awesome truck cover. I could not be happier with the style, quality, or security that this cover provides. Installation was a little bit more difficult than I thought it would be, but that is probably because of the scorching Southern California heat that was in play at the time of installation. It's true, cover does get pretty hot with the sun beating down on it, but if installed properly it is very simple to open and I have not had any issues with it. I did purchase a tailgate seal, but it doesn't seem to work with the 2019 Ram as the gaps are larger than the seal. Not a real issue for me has very little water gets in. One of these days I will call customer support though and try to figure out if I'm missing something so simple or if the seal really does, or if I'm right that I need a larger seal.

The cover works the way you would expect it to. The installation videos are great and really helped. The only thing I noticed was that if you tap the cover you can hear the locking rod rattle a little from the outside. I can't hear it inside the truck. Very minor issue and not worth trying to insulate to reduce.

I did a great deal of research before choosing a tonneau cover for my Ridgeline. I was restricted by the fact that not everyone makes a cover for my truck but I still had lots of choices. My priorities were 1. Solid and secure with a key lock 2. Ease of use for my wife and I 3 The potential to be able to remove since we have a short bed and will occasionally need the whole length and 4. Ease of installation, clear instructions and good support.
Around my community no one was familiar with Peragon. Now they have lots of fans. People constantly want to see my bedcover and how it works. It ticks off all the boxes.
A huge benefit was that beside being really good looking, which was not a priority but is a great plus, the combination of written instructions and video demonstrations made installation easy. The biggest problem was it was a hot day outside , haha.
The ease of use is spectacular and the fact that even with the cover installed and open I have use of all but 6 inches of my truck bed is great. One point unique to my driveway is that we have tons of acorns falling on the cover now. They hurt when they hit my head but not a scratch on the cover yet!
Finally, it’s obvious that this is a Wisconsin, family owned business. From start to finish they couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. They also didn’t try to selI me anything I didn’t need. I own a customer service company and that is always a big priority.
