1st off, the customer service provided by this company is second to none!. After about an hour into the installation I found I was missing one of the four brackets needed to mount the rail to the bed of the truck. I e-mailed about a hour after they closed and much to my surprise, I received a reply about a half hour later. They sent me a replacement via next day mail and the install could resume. All went well with the installation, I highly recommend viewing all the videos prior to starting the installation. It looks great and works as advertised.

Based just on the response to my complaint, I would recommend doing business with this company without hesitation.

Nice Solid cover, 3 hour self install wasn't too bad. Installation videos are a must and very helpful. A little bit of water got into my bed after installing but considering it was a solid downpour I was still very impressed with how dry it was below the cover. The lock actually works better than I anticipated Definitely an A+ cover.

I am very pleased with your product so far but getting thru the installation process was not easy. After a 7 hour 1st try and 10 days later waiting and installing, the product is great. Here are some suggestions:
1. Update your videos and instruction sheets also include a video on using clamps.
2. Male sure in your videos that if problems occur you have one to two solutions.
3. Let your customers know that there are more types of clamps available. Ex. 1',2' or 3" clamps.
4. Also when using clamps no washees are needed to shimmy rails.
5. Why not have the clamps at 1 degree when shipped to customers. Takes the guess work out of the correct angle.
6. Pronounce important steps in bold in instruction sheets
7. If not for Jacob in Customer Service, would have shipped back product.
8. State that if over so many hours to trying to install stop call Customer Service for help

I just wanted to let you know how impressed
I am with your product. I have the peragon truck
bed cover and we just had hurricane force winds
(up to 100mph) in Colorado this week and my cover never once
looked at risk of coming off. Great design and
very happy with my purchase.

I have owned virtually every bed cover available except for a full topper. Fiberglass deck lid, roll up with a canister, and a soft roll up. About a year ago someone put something about a Peragon Truck Cover on Facebook with a link to the website. I gave the person my opinion and told them if I was in the market I would buy a Peragon. As I had sold my truck 2 + years ago I no longer needed a bed cover until recently I traded in my Dodge Durango and bought a RAM Ecodiesel. Now it was my turn to see what was out there. I remembered Peragon was manufactured in Wisconsin. As I am from Wisconsin also I figured if they have been around for 17 years they must be doing something right. Wisconsin winters can be brutal and I wanted a product I could depend on. The price was way below any poly/vinyl cover and was much more durable in my mind. I received in the matter of a couple days. Relieved on a Friday and installed that same night. Took about 3.5 hours. Had a little assistance from my wife with the frame going onto the truck. As it is a white truck I went with the black cover. I did contemplate the artic white. The painting to match truck color is a great option. Pretty waterproof tight so far. I was worried about shocks as I had to crawl into bed to push panel up to close when 1st installed but video or instructionsdo say the shocks relax after a couple days which they did. My wife asked why I didn't have professionally installed which is of course not an option. I would have paid to have it done if available. Only down fault is the end caps for rails and time to install. If you are not in a hurry and watch the videos it is not to bad. Have a 2nd person. Cover is very quiet diving down the road. No noise with rear slider open. Keep up the great work.

I have been a truck cap guy for a long time, but I really wanted to try something different. I have tried tonneau covers in the past, including a roll up canister type tonneau, and even a hard lid. Nothing really did what I needed it do do so I ended up replacing whatever I had with another cap.
I really wasn't sure about ordering a tonneau from a company that was just reachable online. It would have been nice to see one first at a dealer, but none are available and I didn't know anyone who owned one either, but after reading many reviews, good and bad, I took the leap of faith and ordered one up.
Why would I do this? I was looking for something that wasn't just black, or made of vinyl , or that would take up half the bed to roll up into a canister, and was easily removable. The Peragon tonneau offered me all those options plus a few more at a price that was very competitive. In fact, I think it was the only tonneau that could be painted the same color as the truck it was going on. So I ordered one.
The order process was very proactive as the customer service department made sure that I remeasured the bed to ensure the cover would fit. That is a great idea that could save the customer time, disappointment, and cost.
The tonneau was shipped exactly when I was told it would be, came well packaged with no damage, and the color matched perfectly.
The instruction booklet was well thought out and easy to follow. Along with the booklet, you have videos that are available to watch for each installation process. The hardware even came in individualized packages hooked together in the order needed. This was clearly designed for the novice. I took my time, followed the directions exactly, and after about 4 hours, I had a new tonneau cover installed.
So, why the 4 out of 5 stars? Well, nothing is perfect and a 5 rating would mean that there could be no improvements. As easy as it was to install and as good as it looks doesn't mean it's perfect. As stated, it's water resistant so it does leak just a little at the corners. This can probably be stopped with a little silicone caulk. Traveling at highway speeds, the tonneau is buffeted a little by the wind, causing some movement of the rearward panels. This could be corrected by some cross support ribbing on the bottom of each panel. You have to be careful loading the bed because to open the tonneau requires some of the bed space to be vacant. You can't pack anything taller than about 9 inches in the front 14 inches of the bed, otherwise you can't open the tonneau. However, the tonneau is light weight and very easily removed if you need the whole bed space.
To sum up, it's a great looking tonneau cover that has many advantages over others. I works great for me and I would recommend it.

Great product for my use. I wanted a cover for my truck that did not get a lot of use. Keeps things secure and somewhat dry but not completely. When I received my cover installation was easy, but I had issues with the opening shocks were too hard to operate. I contact the customer service rep and they sent me a softer shock which made it easier to operate. No need for harder shocks to support the weight of snow in the south. After a few months I experienced the bolts on the rollers breaking. I replaced all of the bolts with stainless steel bolts which were harder. This seem to have fixed the problem.
The customer service has been exceptional. As with all products and applications some trial and errors maybe necessary but the support was well worth it.
I would recommend this cover for someone that likes a clean look but not for daily use.

I searched the Internet far and wide before I decided on the white Peragon cover. I am very pleased with all aspects of this cover. The ease of installation, the security of metal top, and the ability to collapse the cover are the main reason I choose Peragon. This cover is convenient for pulling my travel trailer and secure storage, and it has a custom look.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME, CALL YOU RIGHT AFTER YOU RECEIVED THE PRODUCT.
PRODUCT COULD BE BETTER IF:
THE HARDWARE (L HINGES) AT 4 INCHES LONGER THAN NO NEED FOR DRILLING TO TRUCK WALL.
ALUMINUM THICKNESS IS OK (NOT THAT THICK), IF DROP 1 GALLON OF WATER AT 2 FEET HIGH POSSIBLE WILL MAKE A BIG DENT. IT COULD BE MUCH STRONGER IF INSULATED WITH FOAM AND COVER WITH ALUMINUM, MAKES IT LOOK LIKE SOLID METAL.

I ordered this product largely based on online research and the reviews. I needed to replace a hard fiberglass bed cover with something more practical and the Peragon design seemed the best option for me. The installation went fairly well and the instructions and online videos were very good. So far I am very pleased with the product and my experience.

First, and foremost, Peragon customer service is fantastic. I was displeased with the way my original cover had worn and, although I was outside of the warranty period, Paragon sent me a brand new cover. Initial installation was very straightforward; instructions and support were great. I have owned my cover for about 2 1/2 years now and have learned a few things. Most importantly, if you are going to travel for any length of time with the cover folded, make sure that you don't bind the folded cover too tightly, and find something to slide between the folded panels for extra cushioning (I use sections of inexpensive corrugated plastic). If you don't do this, there is a high likelihood of marring the surface of the cover panels. Bottom line: this isn't the greatest truck bed cover ever created, but it is hard to deny how hard Peragon works to back up their product and earn customer confidence.

Let me start by saying that Jacob is first rate. Not only did he help me place the order, which arrived in three days, but he followed up with me once I received the cover.
With so many choices of bed covers and me being a first time truck owner I wanted to make a purchase that I would not regret. Several of my pals had opinions and I did some research and came across the Peragon website. After looking at the price, the options, and the practicality of the Peragon cover I decided to purchase one for my truck.
To make the install much easier one should find and extra set of hands. I had a friend help and it took around 3 hours with breaks as it is still in the 90s here in Texas. We found the drawings very crude and provide minimal visual instructions. The written part of the instructions and the videos are needed for the install. Once we assembled the frame and attached the brackets to the bed we needed the extra washers provided in order to align the cover vertically. Make sure to measure the distance between the rails horizontally as well to insure proper rail alignment. This took most of the install time as things kept moving. Once complete the cover worked like a dream. The cover looks great, the bearings roll great, and the coating feels durable. I purchased the extra gasket, but I do not need it right now as the cover closes right at the tailgate making a good seal. I will keep the gasket as they do go bad over time.
Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and I would recommend this product to a friend.

The cover is of high quality construction...seems very durable and looks great on the truck. Beautiful finish. The installation was not difficult but rather tricky to get operating smoothly. Only required a few adjustments. The weather stripping near the tailgate started to pull off a bit. The tail gate closes snug and does not seem to let any water in. I would prefer a thicker rubber weather stipping attached with screws instead of the peel and stick variety. But all in all, I am very happy with my decision, lets see how it holds up!

This is my second Peragon Bed Cover and I like the way they look and ease of use. The installation on my new Chevy Colorado was straight forward. The only issue I had was that the height of the cover does not allow the seal at the front of the bed to completely seal up the bed. I had to add some weatherstripping to fill the gap. Otherwise it performs just like on my previous truck.

Very pleased with my new paragon truck cover. I had a couple of question and I would just like to say they have the best customer service that there is. The reason I gave the cover 4 stars is due to the fact that the ends of the rail system has rubber plugs that are held in place by a tiny pk screw and super glue. This is one area that I am sure Peragon could make an improvement. Over all I am very pleased.

I chose this cover for my 2015 Ram because I wanted a few specific things from a bed cover.
1. I wanted it to be secure so I opted for the double locking system.
2. I wanted a cover that is versatile; you can fold it up for use of the bed with ease.
3. The cover could be easily removed in case I need to load the whole bed. The easy release of the panels works great.
4. A cover that enhances the looks of my truck. I opted for white with the matt finish and it looks great.
Customer service is excellent. When I called to order the cover they told me it would take 4 weeks to deliver. I explained that I was leaving for vacation and needed the cover to protect my luggage and tools. I needed the cover around 3 & ½ weeks. The representative told me she would let me know if that was not possible. I received an e-mail the next day with a shipping date 2 days prior to when I was scheduled to leave. The cover came in right on time and I was able to install it the day before I had to travel. The installation is pretty easy and took about three hours. Since I live around salt water I also ordered the stainless hardware. The only issue I ran into with the installation was a couple of the stainless bolts for some reason when I got the nuts about half way up started to bind. If you are familiar with stainless nuts and bolts once this happens you only have one choice. That is to cut or break them off. That caused me extra time because I had to run to the store and pick up a couple extra stainless bolts. My recommendation is oil the bolts and pre test the nuts before you put them in the channel of the cover. Once they lock up it strips our the channel where the bolt sits and then you have to move the brackets a couple of inches either way so the bolt head will grab when you replace it.
The other issue I ran into on the front of the bed they have a long rubber seal that is there to keep water out. If you plan on traveling more the 65 MPH this seal will start to sound like a helicopter. I tried it straight out in front and then I folded it under the rail. Both ways the wind pulled the center out and the noise is terrible. If you have this problem you can do what I had to do. Cut the rubber lip completely off. I only left the corners folded under. I took a weather strip of 1 inch thick with self stick tape on one side and stuck that to the steal part of the cover on the underside. I lifted the whole front cover by removing the front two bolts and put silicone across the top of the bed. This way you have a good seal and there is nothing left for the wind to grab. I do wish the metal was a little thicker as I can see it flutter at high speed. It is a great usable cover and looks good too!

Finished the cover installation today. I was worried about ordering the new 2015 F150 Guard color, but it turned out to be a perfect factory match. I was having some other items installed, so had an independent shop do the installation. The two techs doing the work, who had never seen a Peragon cover, took about two hours for the assembly and then another 1/2 hour of 'tweeking'. The cover looks great on the truck, but still is a little stiff to operate. I think it just needs to be used.
