2023 Ford F-150
Reviewing a week after install. I didn’t need to use the customer support so can’t rate that. Love the design and look, very sleek low profile and preserves bed space with the retracting design. Install wasn’t easy but not difficult either, just time consuming having to watch the videos. Only issue I have is it didn’t seal perfectly so after rain some water did get in. Having to notch the gasket at the can end is difficult to do perfectly.

Solid,well-built and designed , lots of compliments. I’m pretty happy with my decision to buy it . I dinged a star just because the installation instructions were vague (even with the video we had to guess on which screws to use) and getting it aligned was a pain. Recommendation is plan on an entire afternoon to install not just an hour or so..

2024 Ford F-350
I really want to like this and I pretty. much do. I say pretty much because the install really soured me and it's taking a while to recover. While using the jigs to set everything, my power tailgate wouldn't close on one side. After corresponding with customer service and adjusting it quite a few times and basically not using the included jigs. I was ready to send it back. If it was a local place that I could have dropped it off to, I definitely would have done it. The selling point was three perceived quality and being Made in the USA by a smaller company. Anyway, knowing what I know now with the install and "adjustments" that needed to be made, I would still buy one.

Customer service was great, sent a replacement for the bed cover that leaked. It still does leak in some, in the corners though. Very easy to use as well.

2024 GMC Sierra 3500
Very nice looking, sleek looking cover. Just wasn’t what expected as far a durability and strength. Eventually it got easier to use but initially, didn’t stay on track well. If you are not opening it daily, really nice look!

2018 Toyota Tundra
I bought the Tonneau limited HD XRP bed cover for my husband for Christmas. He loves the way the bed cover looks and operates but absolutely hated the steps for installing. He says it was too complicated and took him days to get it to where it was leveled and would open with ease. My husband is very handy and smart man so I know if its hard for him then its as difficult as hes stating. As expensive as this is, you should not have to modify the mounting brackets/clamps by bending them, they should come fit to your truck. I know that If it wasn't a gift for him that he probably would have returned it. Customer service is amazing, they were very helpful with an exchange when I got the wrong size and made it easy.

I’ve used it twice to go to Florida in the winter time I leave in December and by the time I get down to Florida with an open wall, I’m towing a fifth wheel. The thing gets crooked. The wheels come out of the track and it’s all jammed up and it takes me about half a day to put it back together. It did it again this year as long as it covers closed. Everything worked great And it doesn’t come out anything but when I’m towing fifth wheel and if things loose, there’s nothing to keep it from bouncing back-and-forth and the wheels coming out of the track not satisfied at all too much work not worth ready to toss in trash.

Great looking product. Works well but installation is time consuming and adjustments have to be made with the track (could be weather related, high and low temperatures in the Midwest). I’ve had to make several adjustments through fall/winter. Videos are extremely helpful for installation. Extremely easy to slide when track is set right and removal is very easy well which is why I bought this product.

2021 Ford F-150
This cover is best around. It doesn’t take up too much space in the back, has a quick release, and looks very high quality. This is the only cover I would put on my truck. Great product.

2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500
This is my second cover. My first one was the classic. It worked well, although the cover would retract automatically when it was unlocked and going through a car wash. It also wasn't fully waterproof, but most covers aren't. I really liked how easy it was to remove when I hauled my motorcycle.
This model is the Limited HD. I like not having a key, but my truck is very tall, and I am only 5'-5". I wish the keyless locks were closer to the tailgate, but with a little stretching, it's not a huge problem. I also like that I don't have to mess with the cylinder shocks when removing the cover. I think the static ramp design was better and more stable on the classic model, but after a few adjustments, I got this new design to work. I'm curious to see how it does in the rain, but it looks good, and I can now start transporting my cargo in the bed without worrying about it blowing out or getting stolen.

Great instructions, didn’t need help but it appears to be available, took me 4 to 5 hours but I took my time, works and looks great, we will see how it holds up over time. The only reason I gave 4 stars; secure but not water tight but I didn’t really expect it to be. I would definitely recommend to others.

The cover is good quality but it was difficult to install but it did have very good instructions. It was damaged when I received it but they had excellent customer service and it was replaced. Overall I am very pleased.

2023 Toyota Tacoma
Great looking bed cover, have gotten a lot of compliments on it. Putting it on the truck initially was a two person job, once on, it hangs a bit on the back slide bar, with pulling of the bed a piece of the rubber gasket material became mashed and pinched up. Since opening and closing the bed cover, and more use the slide bar issue has been resolving, maybe needing to break in, the rubber gasket issue I keep an eye on. In terms of keeping things dry on trips etc, it does the trick, though water and dust does seep in but that is to be expected. All in all, works well, my wife easily uses it as well, and it looks good.

Installation was relatively easy following the directions. It looks great on. It leaks my only fault for it so far. I am worried about hell damage or anything that hits it as it is metal and it’s thin.

The support bar second from the cab came bent, I installed it and was hoping it would straighten out but it didn't. So this causes a leak when washed or rain.
The cover was easy to install with the help of your Videos and Paper instructions. It's a great looking cover with the exception of the bent rail, which is very visible to me.

Quality seems sturdy so far. I’m not impressed with the large gasket seal that hits the tailgate. It’s was cut like a razor by the side seal the first time I closed the cover. Also the angled roll guide seems flimsy and doubt it will hold up over time. We’ll see

Have had the cover on for about a month now and I would have to say it’s the best one I’ve had so far. Installation was straightforward and directions were easy to follow, but it still takes some time to get it all together. Had some heavy rains and water does find its way into the bed but nothing crazy. About the norm for every cover I’ve used. Being able to take the panels out is a great feature and very easy to do. Overall fit and finish is solid. Would recommend.

2011 GMC Sierra 1500
Overall satisfied with the bed cover. I feel a couple things could have came pre assembled like the cab side rubber seal. Wish there was a built in way to secure panels when folded up while driving other than having to climb in the bed and tie the cord around them. Ease of use and material is a plus.
