1. Truck Bed Liner

Of all the cool truck stuff you can get right from the beginning, oftentimes from the factory, a truck bed liner is essential. From day one, you’ll be asking a lot of your truck, using the bed as a glorified trunk and tool box, loading it with everything from golf clubs and treestands to sand and gravel. 9. Deezee Tailgate Assist

For those that upgraded to a Platinum package and have the remote tailgate that is also weighted and easy-to-use, this might not make it on the list of coolest truck accessories, however, for the rest of us, it sure does. I’ve been lifting my heavy Chevy Silverado 2500 HD tailgate now for about 5 years and while I still have my strength from throwing hay bales, it gets a little old when I also have a tile saw or air compressor in my other hand.
