Tips to take that winning photo!

You don’t have to be a professional photographer to win! Here are some quick tips to take that winning photo.

1. Make sure you can see the Peragon cover. You may need/want to get higher than the cover for better angles. Whether you break out the drone or simply get up on a step ladder, getting some height will increase the visibility of the Peragon truck bed cover.

2. Pay attention to the background. Details matter! Find an area that creates a nice backdrop to the photo. From freshly planted fields to cityscapes, pay attention to what’s behind the truck.

3. Use a good quality camera and make sure it is in focus.

Well I’m seventy four and I’m some Disabled. Well I installed the cover by myself. It looks great. And it doesn’t rattle.
Thanks for making it and being American made.

For a Ford F150 with a 6’7″ bed. The Peragon look great secure and water proof.

Hi Charles! The Peragon cover is not waterproof but with proper installation, most customers do find it to be very water tight!

I’m thinking of replacing my Backflip MX4 with a Peragon cover, for my 2019 Ram 2500 long bed.

The Bakflip MX4 cover opens out, but lays against the cab, blocking the rear window.

I like that the Peragon cover doesn’t block the rear window when it’s opened, but had the thought that you can’t fully load the bed while using the Peragon cover.

If the cover is open, it takes up room in the bed. If you load the bed with the cover open, then close it, the contents could shift, preventing the cover from opening and requiring you to rearrange, or empty the bed to be able to open the cover.

For example: I’ve done home improvement, and have loaded my bed with paneling, drywall, 2x4s, and yard waste. With the MX4, I closed the cover, and then flipped it open when I needed to unload with no issues. After a 30 mile trip, the contents shifted a bit. It’d be a hassle if I wasn’t able to push the cover into the bed after the contents shifted, and had to partially empty the bed with the cover closed.

There are a couple of options here. When you don’t need every inch of bed space you can use an adjustable cargo bar to prevent load shift into the space needed for the cover to open. When you need to utilize the space, that would otherwise be reserved by a permanently mounted canister, you can use a simple cargo hook to push items in and out of that space as needed. We designed the Peragon with our patented quick-release design allowing you to completely remove the panel group in under a minute with no tools giving you the most flexibility.
