1. The roof over your bed
Our panels are crafted from laser welded .080” 5052-H32 solid aluminum, with 50% greater tensile strength than 3003 alloy aluminum.
2. These are no cheap hinges
Hinges machined from 6061-T6 Aircraft Grade Aluminum with Type III UV Resistant Anodizing (architectural grade). In other words, the bees knees.
3. Built to carry
Machined aluminum and architectural anodized tie-down cleats are integrated directly with the structural support stud underneath, ensuring your cargo on top isn't going anywhere.
4. Layers of protection
Your cargo is sealed from the elements by multiple layers of protection, including a full perimeter gasket, secondary rail seal and internal rain gutters at the hinge points.
5. Welded Support Beams
5052-H32 aluminum welded structural support beams provide weight distribution and increased strength.
6. Twice the Finish of other Covers
Literally. First we powdercoat the entire cover with an underbody automotive grade powder to provide incredible adhesion and tooth for the final coat. Then we throw down an indestructible spray-on bedliner finish ready for anything you can throw at it.

From the very start of the process of purchasing the Tectonic bed cover I have been extremely pleased. The tutorial videos for unpacking and installation were on the mark and I knew exactly what to expect.
I am proud to say that the cover was successfully installed. To insure proper fit and seal I tested by going through our robo car wash and what do you know….not a drop of water permeated the bed!

2024 Toyota Tacoma
The cover is very easy to use and seems very durable. I have had to take the cover off a couple of times to use more of the bed, and it's a 5 minute job at most. Putting it back on is just as easy. Initial installation was fairly easy, but I had some binding with the rollers - having to adjust them is a bit of a pain, but doable. Being able to stack a decent amount of weight on top is a nice benefit as well. We've had totes strapped on top and with the tie downs and textured surface didn't have fear of them going anywhere. Overall it seems to be a very well built, designed, and manufactured bed cover that allows for way more versatility than most other covers on the market.

2025 Toyota Tacoma
This was my 2nd Tectonic cover. The first was for my GMC 3/4 ton and the 2nd for my daughter's Tacoma short bed. The packaging, delivery was exceptional with zero damage. Installation was straight forward and went seamless on the GMC. The Tacoma cover needed the guidewheels adjusted inward to allow the cover to drop in appropriately. It wasn't difficult if you use a ratcheting wrench and only added about 30 minutes to install. Performance on both has been flawless. Dry and super convenient to use. Love the ability to load on top to save bed space for dry items. Well done.
