Rails are extruded from solid aluminum and then CNC-machined to within thousandths of an inch for a perfect fit.

2024 Ford Raptor
Installed my new Peragon HD bed cover in less than two hours by myself and that includes taking my time and reading the instructions and watching the installation video a couple of times before I started. It is a perfect fit and looks great!! I also really like how easy it is to completely remove the panel assembly to have a full open bed again when I might need that. Product is nice because it folds down and not blocking the back window. Product is water-resistant but not water proof as rainwater leaks in the bed.

2020 Ford Raptor
Received as described. Delivery came in 2 boxes. Installed on my own following g both paper instruction and video (video was more helpful for me). Took me about 3 hours from unpackaging, skimming through paper instructions, watching install vids and completing install. Most of the 3 hours was from me fine tuning adjustments and making sure measurements were the same on both sides of the bed.
I did reach out to customer service as there was a slight tear in waterproofing at the end of the cover. They shipped out a replacement immediately free of charge.
I did a lot of research for tonneau covers as I wasn’t sure what I wanted initially (roll up, electronics, tri fold, permanent canisters, cost, etc). I ended up choosing Peragon’s LimitedHDx version. I liked the keyless locking feature, I didn’t want a permanent canister and Peragon allowed the flexibility to easily remove the top. Sure electronic would’ve been nice, but I didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg nor give up quality. After installing the cover, I actually don’t mind the manual opening and closing.
Overall, I am pleased with my tonneau cover and with the speedy customer service response regarding the torn wether seal. After installation, we had a bit of rain in my area. I checked the truck bed to see how much water got in and noticed that the left side was dry but the right side was a bit wet. I adjusted the right side and after a recent car wash I only saw a bit of water in the bed.
Notes: I did buy a harbor freight truck bed bar ($24) to place at the head of the bed where the cover folds. The bar sits at the bottom level of the cover when folded so that big items do not slide and prohibit the cover from folding while still being able to utilize the small space under the folded cover.

2017 Ford Raptor
I researched a variety of truck bed covers and settled on the Peragon because it had the features that I most desired. I had also watched the installation videos and was impressed with their thoroughness. The installation process appeared to be uncomplicated. When I received the bed cover, I assembled it alone with use of the printed instructions. The instructions could not have been more clear and the process could not have gone more smoothly. I had it all installed in about 2 1/2 hours and was extremely pleased with how smoothly and effortlessly it glided open and closed. This thing looks great on my truck and I'm looking forward to many good years of using it. Great job from the whole Peragon team!

Hands down, one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The Matte Powdercoat finish is absolutely worth the extra money and is perfect for any truck with off-road styling. The step by step installation videos were excellent and, while still somewhat time consuming, made the installation process extremely easy to follow.
The best feature about this cover is the ability to fold it up and remove it in a matter of seconds. This is a truly unique product and is worth every penny. It also shipped and arrived within like 2 days, which is unreal.

The Dual Deadbolt System is factory installed and features an additional 3/8" heat treated steel deadbolt to lock the passenger side. It operates from the existing single key lock, for the ultimate in cargo security and convenience.
Quick-Clamps
With six attachment points, the Peragon® Quick Clamps offer an easier-to-install, stronger and more flexible installation method. No drilling required. Includes six clamps and hardware.
Tailgate Seal
The Peragon® Tailgate Seal Kit is the final touch to protect your cargo. A vacuum is created inside a covered bed when driving. This sucks dust and snow kicked up by the rear wheels into the bed through the gap around the tailgate. The kit seals the gap between your truck bed and tailgate down the sides and across the bottom. Made from automotive EPDM rubber. Installs easily with 3M tape, and works with plastic and spray-in bed liners.
